Fantastic experience: First of all, Micah is a very professional, very patient, and very knowledgeable realtor we ever met. This is our second home. Ten years ago, we had a realtor for our first home. Micah MADE us to realize that that previous realtor did NOTHING but took the commission. Micah did everything to make our journey as smooth as possible. He answered to all the questions we had. Simple to awkward questions. ^^ Thanks Micah. We gotta also mention how great Tracie, transaction coordinator, is. She MADE MADE MADE sure we were on top of everything by sending all the reminder email which we did not mind at all. ^^ Also, she/Micah contacted the seller’s numerous times and got the info we requested very quick. Thanks Tracie. The last, the Chandler group helped us to protest our property tax and did very good job. Thanks the Chandler group.

Fantastic experience: Let me talk about Rachel Adkins, she is a superior real estate agent!, I had two options (agents) and one tenant who was not very happy to move out of my house, I asked both of the agents if they could help my tenant find a new place , one said “I can refer you to somebody “ while Rachel said of course I can do it! that way I’ll have the assurance he will move out ASAP… from the beginning always proactive, helpful and kind - all the way through the end, we were a week before closing day, I was out of town and the freezing weather coming up- Rachel went to my house to close the water valve of the street, drained the pipes to make sure no pipe will burst ! who does that?? An AWESOME seller agent named Rachel Adkins - Hey did I said she got me top dollar for my house? The gal that answered the phone was friendly and very helpful and had me talk to Ruth Potts a realtor in the office. Ruth guided me through the process of selling my home, had a stager come to my home to help stage the house for photos. The office staff kept in touch all through the process as well letting me know what to expect as well as Ruth keeping in touch. Chandler also did a few videos for me too. Great people to work with and get very good results. I couldn’t be happier.

My husband passed away and I needed to downsize to a manageable space. Fantastic experience: 10 weeks ago I made the decision to move out of my house, with no plan as to what was going to happen next. I called the Crouch Realtor group based on recommendations in my neighborhood to see what would be needed to sell, thinking of being ready in a few months. Fantastic experience: I needed to buy a house to care for my mother in her later years. I had some very specific things that I was looking for in the house. I was looking for a realtor who could help me with the task of searching for a house that hit most of my points, and really guide me through the process. I struck gold with Ruth Potts! I had initially chosen Chandler Crouch Realtors because they handled my property tax protest for FREE when I owned my last property (saving me thousands in taxes, by the way). I'm so glad that I did. Not only was Ruth very knowledgeable about the whole process, she was also very easy to work with. I had expected the process to take a month or two, with several viewings. The very first place that Ruth brought me to was a new build by Lennar Homes. It hit every single point on my list of wants. After we viewed it, I told Ruth that I wanted a couple of days to think about it. Unfortunately, someone came in later that same day and bought the house. Ruth, however, was undeterred. She got with Lennar and found they had the same floor plan that would be coming available with the next couple of months, albeit at a slightly higher price. She convinced them to let me lock in on the house well before they had planned on making it available. In the subsequent months, Ruth and I met several times at the new house to see how it was progressing. She was always walking around with her blue tape finding issues for the builder to fix. Ruth has a very keen eye for detail. She found many small things that I would never have noticed. She made sure that I understood what was happening at all steps of the way and helped me whenever I had any questions. Ruth Potts made the whole process very easy. I can't recommend her enough! There are two very important lessons that I learned in all of this. One: Have a good realtor at your back. Two: When you find that right house, don't wait.

Fantastic experience: Working with the Chandler Crouch team has been a wonderful experience! From the first moment I called and spoke with Jennifer, I felt comfortable and at ease. In speaking with Jennifer, I felt I was talking to someone I had known for a long time versus someone I had just met over the phone. Jennifer paired me with George Choike to find my forever home and working with George has been an incredible experience! George took my wish list and found me the perfect home in less than a week! We faced some challenges but George remained calm and diligent through it all. He provided me with contacts for inspections and various repair vendors and even a handyman moving forward! Tracie Skinner was also fantastic! She was always available to help especially during the inspection when it was discovered the seller had the gas turned off! Even after closing, George and the team have been extremely helpful with George even doing a few repairs for me!! I have purchased homes in the past but I usually worked directly with the builder to build my home. This was my first experience working with a realtor to buy a home and George and the team made it the BEST experience I've ever had!! Fantastic experience: I don't really write review of anything good or bad experience, but I feel like I'm obligated to write a positive review about this dude. Where people are charging 25%-50% of tax saving or a flat fee without any guarantee of saving, Chandler Crouch does it free... really? who else do that? The main reason for my review about Chandler is personal. This is the first time I'm protesting my property value, and just following his video I was able to reduce my property value by $40,000. Means I will not pay almost $1000 in property tax this year,..... WOW...... Chandler's video of how to protest shows how to protest "automated level" on my computer. I didn't have to go anywhere or talk to anyone. Chandler Crouch is amazing. He truly deserve a minimum 5 star from me and a lots of blessing.

Fantastic experience: We found our forever home so fast. We gave Luis an idea of what we were looking for and in no time he came up with some addresses for us to look at. When we came to Caddo Mills, the first home we looked at the backyard was not good for us. We were looking for something a little bit bigger but the houses were great. He did not give up. Fantastic experience: I'm not one to write reviews with any sort of regularity, so you either need to really impress me, or really make me upset to get me to write a review outside of picking a star rating. This was the former. I had been having Chandler Crouch's office assist us with protesting our taxes for 3 years now. I remember the first time, I was also asked if I would be willing to retain their services if I ever sold my house. Given all the money they saved me with the protests, when it came time to sell, I remembered that, and reached out. We worked directly with Rachel Adkins at Chandlers office. We also received support from several other staff at the office. I was surprised when I saw their commission rates were slightly higher than other realtors I had worked with. However, we "cheaped out" on the last house we sold prior to moving to Texas, and looking in the rear view mirror, learned we could have gotten more if we had gone with a better realtor. So we figured, why not. Let me just say that I have learned recently that you DO, many times in fact, get what you pay for. OMG! Rachel was so amazing to work with, and helped out with SO MUCH of the process. Fantastic experience: Earlier this year, my father moved to Memory Care and my mother needed to move in with me. She could not climb stairs, so the 2-story home I had was not suitable for her. Micah Tomasello was recommended to me by family members he had previously helped, and I couldn't have been more pleased with all he did during the process of selling one home and finding another one to buy.
