Negative experience: Charges for maintenance requests and charges outrageous amounts after move out. Watch out and make sure to cover yourself. We took videos when we received the property and left it in better shape and still got taken advantage of after move out. $250 charge for 1 set of curtain rod holes in our son’s room, $225 for paint (that was already messed up). $275 for a general interior clean when it was not needed. They refused to change the hotel string locks on exterior doors even after they were told it was against fire code. Staff is snappy when bringing concerns.

Negative experience: This property management company will use any property service request against you when you leave at an end of lease. They failed to replace roof that was leaking from the start of lease. The septic never worked vines over took the whole house and they never took care of them per the lease agreement. Property was in major neglect when we took it over.told us that we would get $100 gift card for a positive review on google. There famous for its cheaper if you have someone come fix issues so there half ass contractors don’t have to come out and not doing anything for half the day.

Negative experience: This management group is trash!!! They lie and steal!! Also I was here 4 years and no one was sent out to fix any issues I had!!! I cleaned up the property before I left and they still tried to charge me 1700, also put it on my credit and I’m taking them to small claims court because I took before and after pictures of the this property…

Negative experience: I called and acquired about a property, they set up a date for me to look at it. After receiving a show time to look at the property I paid the 75$ application fee and dis the application. Two hours later they said the house was off the market. They said they had an approved application already submitted before I even ask about the property. I want my application fee back.

Negative experience: WARNING.. never go through All County Property Group. If you love a home but see it is managed through them, do not do it! We were in a home for seven years with them. We took great care of the home and they tried to take our $1400 security deposit plus a remaining balance of $3,600.. we were informed to not paint the walls when we moved out because the owner is not aware of the color and to only patch any holes and not to try to match the paint color. We were recommended BY A REP AT ALL COUNTY MANAGEMENT PROPERTY GROUP. The charge to paint and retexture the walls was $3,200 alone (which is crazy) also we were charged $1,655 about cheap vinyl flooring that came up because they did not properly lay it down.. they laid vinyl on top of vinyl before taking up the old vinyl. We asked if we could replace it but they said that is fine, it is wear and tear and we aren't allowed to replace it because they have contractors for that. Plus $175 cleaning fee. They can keep that cleaning fee.. although we got everything out of the home and cleaned it thoroughly. BEWARE OF ALL COUNTY PROPERTY GROUP. We are reporting them to BBB. From other reviews you can see they are scheming other residents out of money. Very upsetting. We already disputed the charges and they denied it. So this will be further escalated.

Negative experience: As a landlord, I had a very disappointing experience with All County Group Management. They were incredibly slow in finding tenants, to the point where it felt like they didn’t care that I was losing money each month trying to cover the mortgage. They only seriously discussed the details of their process after I had already signed the contract, which felt misleading. Despite months of waiting, they never found a tenant for my property. When I finally decided to terminate the contract, they added several additional fees and even threatened legal action if I didn’t pay immediately. It’s clear that they’re more interested in collecting money than in actually helping property owners. In my experience, you’re better off managing your property yourself than dealing with them. I cannot recommend them based on this experience.

Fantastic experience: We've leased through All County Property Management since January 2018. Paying lease fees online is easy, as is putting in maintenance requests. We've been pleased with our experience. 10-28-2024 Just signed a renewal for 2025. I appreciate being able to review the terms of a renewal every October. The renewal process goes smoothly, and being able to electronically sign documents instead of driving to their office to sign saves not only time, but also gas.

Negative experience: There was a leak in the bathroom when we moved in. After several maintenance requests and 7 yrs later, our deposit was kept because the leak grew mold inside the wall, while we were unaware! Just one of many issues.

Negative experience: 0 STARS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Do not use this company. Never changed the AC filter but charge for AC preventive maintenance, either the company or the tenant stole the washer and dryer, either way was never informed because company never visited property as agreed, shifty monthly statements with illicit fees, made up charges to not provide deposit back to owner.

Fantastic experience: Well i left a very negative review 11 months ago and just realized that it was still on there. I would like to clear there names post haste! There was a mix up in paperwork in which I was told I was denied when in fact I was approved! They apologized sincerely for which was really just a clerical error and went out of their way to contact me. Needless to say I got the property I wanted and I absolutely love it. Since I've had the property, I have not encountered any unusual problems and when an issue arrived they dealt with it immediately! The ladies in the office really do go above and beyond! I will always refer All County Management to anyone looking for a home! They really are the best!!!

Negative experience: I regret to inform potential renters that my experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing. Despite consistently paying rent on time for a year and complying with all terms of my lease, I was informed without explanation that my lease would not be renewed. While I understand that leases end and tenants must vacate, the manner in which this agency handled the transition was both unprofessional and concerning. Upon reaching the end of my lease period, the agency immediately locked the apartment and began showing it to potential new tenants without regard for my privacy or safety concerns. Despite my explanations about having an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) and the necessity for prior notice before entering the premises, the agency disregarded these considerations and imposed arbitrary fees for denying access. To exacerbate the situation, I discovered that the agency had already leased my apartment to new tenants shortly after my departure, even though my lease had not officially ended. Furthermore, they falsely claimed that I was delinquent in rent, resulting in exorbitant charges. This experience has highlighted the agency’s lack of professionalism, disregard for tenant rights, and prioritization of financial gain over ethical conduct. I caution others to be wary of entering into agreements with this agency, as they prioritize profit over tenant well-being and operate in a manner that lacks transparency and fairness.

Fantastic experience: This is the best property management I ever worked with. It took time but it was worth the wait not only that as many times as I called to ask about our application Jacqui was calm and polite when assisting me with whatever I needed. As a pregnant mother with a 3 year old who has just got Terminated from her current residence only have a month time frame to find another it's been hard, but with Jacqui she made me feel more calm about the situation thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I applied to rent a house on a Monday and received approval that Wednesday. I am very pleased with the service i’ve received and would recommend All County to anyone. They were very communicative and quick to respond to any questions I had by email and phone. I appreciate them making the process so seamless.

Negative experience: Sneaky. I filled out and paid for 4 applications only to receive an email with the pet application that lists my bulldog as a restricted breed. I asked for a refund of the application fees because I did not see where bulldog was listed as restricted and they refused to give me a refund because they say they have a (small) statement on their website to check another page on their website for a copy of the pet application which is the only place the breeds are listed. If you are a pet owner, be extra cautious! Also, they charge $77 per application but have you send out the verification requests. Why does it cost $77 if the applicant is doing half the work?

Negative experience: If I could give it a zero star I would..we had a scheduled showing for a rental through the agency and nobody showed up at all. There were also 2 other couples waiting for a 3 o'clock showing (same as ours)! Oh well, their loss but definitely need to learn how to correspond and return calls

Negative experience: Went to view a property from a HomeFinder listing created and managed by this company. Not only was it an absolute trash heap that was completely unkept and run down, but the agent didn't even show up to their own scheduled timeslot. Terribly rude, deceiving, and completely unprofessional to have an active listing when the property isn't even remotely presentable.

Negative experience: I would never use this company. My wife and I worked with Victoria and we applied for a rental home. We have 2 dogs, one of our dogs was on their "breed restriction list". Our veterinarian provided us with an emotional support letter so that OUR FAMILY member could live with her family. Victoria told us this was all that was needed to complete our application. Days had gone by we were tired of the lies and discrimination. They asked me for a copy of my bank statement even though I'm a W-2 employee. Even once they received that info, they took "days" making a decision until WE decided to cancel and never use this company again. The straw that broke the camels back was when yesterday I called to get status of the applications and some rude lady who answered the phone yelled" I spoke with your wife this morning and gave her an update you should speak with her"...I hadn't spoken with my wife as of yet, but to be that rude, when we're waiting overtime for them, it's just not the way its done.

Negative experience: This is a terrible property management company. They are unprofessional when it comes to serving tenants and charge for work orders of things that should be fixed by the owners. They told us the home would be make ready and it still was tons of work that had to be completed when we received our keys. Then told us the place was as is afterwards

Negative experience: I keep getting charged for unnecessary charges, this time it was for my garage door that keeps coming off the track. They charged me $100 yet again. This is the email I sent to Natasha, and still… she never addressed my question about getting multiple charges. Thank you for your response, however, I’m extremely disappointed in the charges that were incorrect and never refunded. When I first moved in, I reported an issue in my master bathroom tub, I was charged $100 because I was told nothing was wrong. A few weeks later, the whole faucet broke off, causing water to gush everywhere on Christmas Eve. I was without water for 6 days and I had to stay in a hotel. Nothing has been addressed even though I reported it. Not to mention, my water bill went up to nearly $200 because of the issue Don’t you think something like this should be taken care of in an ethical way? I will NEVER use this company again, nor will I recommend it. They don’t care about the people, it’s all about what they can squeeze out. When I mentioned not wanting to pay the fee, she told me to pay it or I would be charged a late fee, which is $200 Renter beware!!!! UPDATE…. I Asked what the charge was for. It was for my garage door coming off the track. This is the 3rd time I’ve had this issue, now they’re charging me for it.

Negative experience: This company with the support of their tenant Melissa Potter scammed us out of our deposit of $3200! Please be careful in your leasing I wouldn’t want anyone else to fall victim. Our deposit was used for make ready charges. I’m so disappointed in being treated this was after being a loyal tenant for 2 years! I NEVER paid my rent late and we were taken advantage of.

Negative experience: By choosing this company to manage your property will be big mistake. If you do choose it then be prepared to receive rent late and by that time you will be late making your mortgage payment. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Negative experience: When I still rented from All County things were great. However, after moving out we received several frivolous charges for damages we didn't cause. Even after providing proof that the damages were pre-existing this company continues to pursue these charges.

Negative experience: When trying to cancel a lease that has not even started yet and even though in their own contract it says “this lease begins on the commencement date and ends on the expiration date” they will try to make up an amount that does not even exist on the lease and they want to call it a release fee which is not stated anywhere in their contract. So be careful before signing a lease because God for bid something happens and you are unable to even start a lease they will try to scam you out of money. I will be contacting anyone and everyone to report this business

Negative experience: I wouldn't deal with these guys. Always trying to keep your deposit in the end and will try anything to do so. We waited for guy to shampoo carpets. We left and returned with another load and in the 45 minutes we were gone he had supposedly done them. We took pictures of nasty refrigerator, dried blood under it. Spots on carpet. Rust spots on ceiling where nails were. Broken blinds. Pictures galore of everything and still in the end they said it was our fault. Said they had lost the pictures we sent and so I sent more and still excuse that it didn't matter. Watch out as I heard another couple that had same experience.
