Amy continues to hold events for customers to ice skate and pickup turkeys for thanksgiving. They offer a free program where you can rent out tables/chairs, etc for free. Positive experience: It was all good ! There were alot.of people there !! The only thing I could suggest is that some deserts and drinks be at the realtor tables the place to get them was packed with kids and parents us older people just more or less got our turkeys and left would be nice to be able to enjoy it more !! Seems like all the activities that are scheduled are for parents with kids none for older people!!

Fantastic experience: Rockwell was my agent and I can not thank him enough for making the process easy on my as a first time home buyer. Everything was explained and laid out right in front of me and I was so thankful how he was always on top of everything making sure I was aware of any updates and changes. I know it wasn't an easy job considering we can to cram the whole process into a shower time frame but he did an outstanding job. Even when the appraisal was flagged he cam out and personally helped me repaint the house even offering to take care of it himself with the help of some friends. I'm glad I received his help and aid in every turn, he couldn't have done a better job in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: Leah did a fantastic job for us and took care of looking after our house since we were many states away. She always notifed us when she needed too. She was easy to work with and always helped explain things. I would surely use them again if I would ever move back that way.

Negative experience: They will have to earn more stars. I came to town for 2 weeks to find a house. Found out my agent was on vacation in Florida, but was not hooked up with someone else, so I waited patiently for when she got back expecting for her to have houses for me to see. Nothing. The only house that was seen was one I asked to go see. This realtor has had no function to help me find a house, come to find out, she hadn't listened to all of the configurations that would have worked to change my search profile.... You would have thought the house I asked to see would be a clue that the profile had some flexibility. I was very patient and too patient. So I don't know what to think of this outfit, but absolutely avoid the agent I have. I got to my last day here with terrible communication and no effort to find me anything even after she got back from vacation.... I had inquired about this earlier. I went through all the steps just to find out I couldn't see a house which should have been mentioned weeks ago. Good riddance.

She was personable, full of knowledge and had so many connections to help me find my home. The experience was so smooth and easy to navigate which I did not anticipate as a first time home buyer. I was pleasantly surprised to find out about their VIP Benefit Program which I've used many times. The team is always so friendly to work with and thinking of innovative ways to stay in touch with their clients. I will be a forever client and cannot recommend their team enough!

Fantastic experience: We moved to the area from out of state in 2019 and truly could not be happier with Tyler Stunes and the Stockberger crew. Tyler showed us home after home via video walk-through and was upfront and honest, which helped tremendously, as we were under contract before ever seeing the home in person. We couldn't have done it without Tyler and the amazing resources that come with the Stockberger Team. We are still in our home, and I LOVE that they offer lifelong perks! Every year we have the option to sign up for things like free turkeys before Thanksgiving, ice skating events...I know I'm forgetting a ton, and they also have a garage full of items you can rent/borrow, FOR FREE. Tables, chairs, awnings, bounce houses, corn hole sets, coolers, items for moving like trailers, tools as well...pretty great perks. I personally have utilized the free rental items for a family day with my work (cotton candy maker, snow cone machine, hot dog roller, kid bounce house) and personal gatherings at home. I can honestly say that I trust working with this Team of professionals.

Negative experience: I used them as a property management company, which is far from it. Do not use them for this, they do not have a property manager. When I first ask about their management, they sent out 2 separate agents that came to my house and told me how they will take care of everything, by the time we sign paperwork this 2 agents no longer work there and I was never informed that they do not offer any services. When I had an issue with my property, some reported damage, I asked if they could take some pictures of it. In the words of the owner Adam Stockberger “we do not have time for that”. And then he sent an email canceling our contract in 20 days, even though we have a contract from them that they are required 60 days. I do not trust someone that tells you something to make a sale and then forgets everything when it’s convenient.

Fantastic experience: Tyler is a great communicator and sticks strictly to any list or parameters you request for your property goals. Tyler responds well to requests of communication in a prompt manner and is quick to implement feedback requests. When it comes to any sticky or awkward situations that real estate can bring Tylers experience shows in an effortless ability to smooth things over or to mediate through what could potentially become a difficult situation. At one point last winter I locked myself out of my house and Tyler sent someone else over to open the key lockbox to open my garage then stay and help me troubleshoot garage door opener issues. I really needed someone to show up that day and I wasn't disappointed. 7/26/2024 update Lots has occurred since my last home purchase in March with Tyler. He definitely followed through with being my realtor and was able to really step in and assist with communication and maintenance issues that that seemed to keep piling up. His ability to really show up, to give the common sense answers plus the smoothing over of the rough edges of frustration with the builder of my home was greatly appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Doug was a great agent, and there are so many great benefits of working with Amy Stockberger Real Estate. Doug was incredibly responsive and timely, and we likely wouldn't have been able to purchase the home we did if he hadn't gotten our offer in so quickly! Along with that, this company offers free moving trucks, furniture dollies, and tools to help facilitate the moving and renovation processes. Doug even gave us a gift card to our favorite restaurant at closing! Cannot recommend Doug or this company highly enough.

She is informative, knowledgable, has a Creative thought process, is kind, sincere and patient with me as I've asked so many questions. Her critical thinking skills always amazed me.
