Negative experience: It’s sad to see how great my friends experience was with their real estate agent and how mine was the most horrible experience I’ve had in my life. I went with Fox Real Estate group and my friends did not. To know my family and I wasn’t taken care of or shown any love especially as disabled veterans moving to Oregon from another state is mind boggling. Not only did my friends have a wonderful experience, they were greeted to their new how with grace, a beautifully made family sign, custom made cookies, and welcome greetings. Me, with Fox real estate group, nothing. Not even greeting to our new home from our agent. A empty, cold welcome as new Oregonians and homeowners. This was just the beginning. I’ll leave it at that.

Fantastic experience: I was thoroughly impressed while working with Sean. As a retired military officer I was impressed with the gameplan he presented from Jump Street, I had never heard of a real estate company that featured specialization and a team, approach when it came to providing the seller a team of people working together yet each team member was a specialist and had expertise in their particular area. It was not just a case of one real estate agent trying to do it all. Sean was not pushy and he represented my interests well and provided me some excellent advice when it came to pricing my house and making financial adjustments along the way when a subsequent inspection revealed structural repairs needed to be made. I observed first-hand his negotiating skills and ability to create win-win situations so the buyer and seller are both happy. Negative experience: Stay away from Tony Loupe!!! He was my realtor when I purchased a lot in Portland. He lied to me so much, he should have his license revoked. Not until I started working with another realtor, did I realize who deceitful Tony had been. He is just in to make money, a quick sale, regardless of the truth and the wellbeing of his clients. He doesn't know anything about building codes and rules in Portland. In fact, he told me the exact opposite of the rules just to secure a sale. There are much better realtors out there! Be wary of him.
