My House Angel (Christi Mott) called back and Our lives changed forever. We had no idea what road lyed ahead but she assured US we would go thru it together. We called her and she came out to show us a lot that we were interested in but, she showed us two more that day and we wound up buying the last one she showed. She is very thoughtful as well, she wants to keep in touch. through the process of clearing the land and building the house. Realtors don't usually do that, that's awesome in my book!

Fantastic experience: Courtenay was a delight to work with during our house hunting. She was prompt, patient, efficient, knew the right questions to ask when viewing properties, and brought in all the people needed to inspect, finance, and complete the deal. I highly recommend her and the company. It was a seamless transaction that was done in about a months time. We are still in contact as we transition. It was a wonderful experience.

Negative experience: I rented a home that Exquisite Property listed and managed in the Apple Creek community. To start with the positives: the neighborhood is great, the neighbors were wonderful, and the house itself is spacious and comfortable. The realtor who conducted our virtual walkthrough was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful—he was the highlight of this experience. Unfortunately, our experience with Exquisite Property’s management was consistently frustrating. Scheduling the initial walkthrough was oddly difficult. The first agent I spoke with acted as though they “don’t really do rentals,” despite the home being listed for rent under their name. After pushing for clarity, I was connected with the realtor who was great. Before move-in, we were relocating from out of state and repeatedly requested a copy of the signed lease but could not obtain one in a timely manner. This was concerning and did not inspire confidence. The condition of the property did not match the listing. The epoxy floors throughout the house were damaged, though this was not reflected in the online photos. During the virtual walkthrough, Exquisite Property agreed the floors would be repaired and to provide photos confirming the work, we never received the photos. When we arrived, the floors had not been properly repaired and appeared to have been painted over in a different color. The epoxy continued peeling throughout our stay. While they later filled new holes, the original damaged areas were never addressed properly. Communication issues continued throughout the lease. We were promised a washer/dryer quote and landscaping recommendations; neither was ever provided. This became a pattern—promises made, then silence unless we followed up repeatedly. Move-in day was also rough. When we arrived late after an out-of-state move, the yard was flooded and water was spraying from a broken hose spigot. We had to locate the main water shutoff (which appeared to have been tampered with) in the middle of the night, and it did not close easily. Maintenance did respond quickly once contacted, but this situation should never have occurred. At lease end, we gave notice well in advance but received no acknowledgement until we followed up. Move-out logistics were unclear. We were told they do not conduct weekend walkthroughs and that we could leave the property unlocked for inspection after we left (we were moving out of state). They offered to send this instruction in writing but never did. Despite knowing the lease ended on a weekend, no lockbox or clear key-return plan was arranged, leaving everything unresolved until the last minute. More than a month after move-out, our security deposit has still not been returned. We were told it was mailed, but we receive images of incoming mail and nothing has arrived. We left the home clean and in good condition—better than we received it. When we moved in, the house had dirty floors and carpet, including what appeared to be pet urine, and we paid for cleaning before unpacking. I understand that some decisions—such as major repairs—may rest with the property owner. However, accurate listings, timely documentation, clear move-in and move-out logistics, and basic responsiveness are within a management company’s control. The house is currently being relisted using the same older photos and described as having “stunning stained concrete floors,” which does not reflect the condition we experienced. In short: a great community, a comfortable home, and one excellent realtor—but a very disappointing experience with the management team. I would not rent through Exquisite Property again unless their communication and transparency significantly improve.

From the very beginning, Marie was consistently available, always responsive to my questions and concerns. She never pushed me into decisions, which I truly appreciated, but when it came to negotiations, she was confidently assertive and ensured that I got the best possible deal. Beyond her professionalism, Marie’s warmth, friendliness, and patience made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. She started by being completely open about the market which resulted in asking for the perfect amount the market would support for house. This resulted in my having an offer within 4 days and being under contract within a week while similar houses in my neighborhood sat and are still not sold. All her advice for counter offers was spot on. As I had moved several hours away, she helped with any appointment's necessary for service before closing. And then because I had a gamily emergency and couldn’t make it back to drop off the keys, she did this one last thing before the new owners took possession.
