Positive experience: Our particular agent had a lot of difficulty remembering information throughout the process. We would give her information and then she would ask for the same info multiple times. This particular agent has a very strange communication style that made it hard to understand what was being asked and we had to ask for clarification many times. One thing that all your agents needs to understand is how the process for paying for solar panels works. The buyer is paying off the loan for the panels and in turn receiving electricity for FREE. Having buyers pay for the solar panels is the only way to go. The more the agents understand this, they can educate their buyers etc. Our sale went through but there were many hiccups along the way.

Fantastic experience: I’m pretty particular in my old age about what type of house would serve me; small but roomy, adorable lending itself to a craftsman’s feel and in a certain type of calm, curvy streets ( due to a habitual run away dog) . We looked at many but found one that needed a few more features added to seal the shell and Patti knew what I needed more than I did! Fantastic experience: Angie Row is amazing! She saved me last year when I moved across the state for a new job opportunity! My original plan was to rent my house out and create an income property, and I found a property manager and everything. This manager, was unable to find a renter, and was unable to get a showing to sell the house and one day emailed me that he was "quitting the real estate business". I was already living in Georgia and had no clue what to do! This is where Angie comes in to save the day! Full disclosure, I had been her daughter's volleyball coach at Canyon Lake a couple of years prior and knew she did real estate.
