It was definitely five stars plus. The entire process went smoothly from the very beginning of meeting staff all through the closing process. Fantastic experience: I bought by first home with Stefanie and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. We were buying during the height of a crazy market and then Covid quarantines started while we were looking. It was so stressful but I think working with Stefanie made it less stressful than it could’ve been. She was patient and kind and very helpful and was able to find us a home that met my husband’s very specific requirements within budget and literally worked a miracle.
