This was my first purchase and so I had a lot to learn. She helped me find my way and understand all the ins and outs of the process. And the little touches really helped too like brining toilet paper to the inspection (something I never would have known to do) since it was a several hours long process, and being available via text and call throughout the process (even when she was on vacation!).
