Experiencia negativa: We have requested to schedule a viewing of the property with this company a few times. The first time I got hold of one of the "supervisors". He asked me to call their office because he said he wouldn't accommodate me since he was on the road. So, I called their office as requested and talked to a female. I provided the name of the property that my husband and I are interested in, and she said that she'd give me a call back to confirm the schedule in 2 days. She didn't call back. The second time, I requested a schedule of viewing on their actual website. That was like, I think, two weeks ago. No one has ever gotten back to me. This company doesn't have a passion to care for the customer. You may get a lot of requests to view a property, but at least get back to them. Don't waste their time, because it reflects on how unprofessional your employees are.

On top of that, I also needed to sell a 3-bed, 2-bath house at a reasonable price to get back money that was invested. She did it all !!!!!!! Again, excellant person and fabulous realtor !!!!!!!! PS-she did this all while I was in Europe on Tour.

I found the real owner to confirm this, and he said to use Locations Hawaii, the REAL company he uses to find tenants. Locations has been wonderful - and fast - from start to finish. I reached out to them a little over 24 hours ago, and sign a rental agreement tomorrow morning. Shoutout to Adrian for the great service and Shanon too.

Experiencia negativa: Locations took over management of our building about a year ago and have made us recertify our 12 month lease 3 times over that period. The process involves filling out dozens of intrusive forms over the course of 2-3 months and requires employers to file paperwork as well as access to bank accounts. You need to explain every single deposit including venmos, paychecks, and refunds for the past 6 months despite already having explained the same deposits months prior. They regularly "misplace" paperwork you file in person containing SSN and bank account information and require you to file it again. Kayla has been an absolute nightmare to work with and refuses to email more than one form until the last one is completed and accepted. This is extremely frustrating when you dont own a printer or vehicle and need to travel to a print shop between work shifts. Not only this, but she will wait a week to respond between emails and then tell you the process is only slow because you're taking your time sending each form back. I am very suspicious of these 5 star reviews all written in an extremely similar tone. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are not knowledgeable or trustworthy in my experience. I have not had a single positive experience with any of their employees except for Mary Joy (she is an absolute sweetheart) but is not involved in the excruciatingly long and painful paperwork process unfortunately. I will be avoiding this company like the plague moving forward.

I first off do NOT like websites that don't let you in until you give them all your info, but I thought I would give it a try. within 11 minutes I had 4 emails from someone named Doug Weber. I had not even been on the site yet! After email number 3 I responded to him and asked him to stop emailing me until I actually asked a question or had time to look at the site or his earlier emails. Then BOOM, number 4 popped right up with yet more info not asked for. Each email was long and full of basic listing junk and information that was irrelevant. The first one started off with 37 million dollar listings. That was not my budget so there is no reason I needed to be bombarded with this kind of information. I would say email spam is a very poor business model for sure in our world today. I then unsubscribed and here we are. I cannot stand any company that spams you non stop from auto responds and never listens. I would never do business with a company that works this way. I will also be interested to see if my review actually posts on their site as well. Seeing that they have nearly 8000 Reviews (on their website) and every single one is a 5 star shows you someone is manipulating this big time. That is 100% impossible to get that type of review pattern. So mine will likely be taken out from some type of moderator.

Experiencia fantástica: There are many Real Estate companies in the Hawaiian (Oahu) market place. Multiply that by X amount of Real Estate Agents. Subtract all those yields very little results, whom are incompetent, or/and are self-serving. What you have left is a solid Real Estates Agent relentlessly trying hard to find just the right property to meet his client's needs. Mr. Cory Tsuda is that agent. Cory has been my Real Estates Agent for well-over a year. He is extremely patient, optimism, and goal-focused. From the first time I met him until present, he maintains a question-answer ready posture while possesses a great deal of knowledge in the Real Estate market. His advises are well-thought out and of sound judgment. He represented Locations, LLC with high honors. He personifies trustworthiness and I am very pleased to not only calling him my agent, but also my friend. Prior to signing with Cory (Locations, LLC), I signed with another Real Estate Agent from a completely different Real Estate company. After a few short uneventful months, I dropped the previous Real Estate Agent due to her lack of enthusiasm, ineffective performance, and overall poor commucation skills. Had I chosen to sign with yet another Real Estate Agent/company other than with Cory (Locations, LLC), I most likely would have forgone purchasing a property here in Hawaii. Purchasing a home is not always an easy notion, sometimes riddled with pitfalls and possible tumultuous experiences. Throughout the home-buying process, I was lucky to have had Cory in my corner. Here are some of the obstacles that we (Cory and I) faced through 2019-2020 together: In 2019-2020, we physically went to well-over 50 properties throughout the island (Oahu). I religiously went to the Locations, LLC page and methodically checked each of the listed properties. Throughout the home searching process, I must have changed my search parameters at least a dozen times, to include location, $$$, etc. He was tenaciously focused to quickly find properties based on my ever-changing search parameters. Last year, I went into contract, and fell out of it the following day due to a possible last-minute PCS (military move). Since so many uncertainties were looming, I was forced to back out of the deal. After a few months had gone by, I received the final word that I would be allowed to continue serve here in Hawaii. Experiencia fantástica: Our agent Aileen Wada provided incredible service in selling both of our condos on Oahu. She was also our agent 18 years ago when we purchased these rental units. Since she did an excellent job for us back then, we decided to reach out to see if could represent us for the sale. Living in the Chicago area, there was much coordination needed, making it significantly more difficult than if we had been living in HI. Further, there was some damage to one of the condos due to flooding from above. Aileen went well above and beyond taking charge of all of this, getting quotes for us, managing the many details, and working with the building management to make it all successfully come together. To top it off, the closing prices for the two condos were more than what we had anticipated (& and we stay current with real estate prices in HI).
