I was left on my own for much of the experience; I think their strategy to do a tiered bid actually hurt me when it came to price (likely based on how it was implemented/handled); and still have certain items that are unresolved that I am handling on my own. From other reviews, sounds like it’s not the case for all realtors there. My advice is to rely on friends who tell you “my person is really good.” I wish that I had, but, I felt shy about jumping ship after we started viewing homes, as she was very nice.

Experiencia fantástica: Without a doubt the best decision we made was acquiring Heather and her friendly professional team to sell our “fish camp” down on the Kenai Peninsula. Even though Unity Home Group is based in Anchorage this was NEVER an issue. In fact it was mind blowing at how professional and knowledgeable this team were. Experiencia negativa: There’s likely some good agents here, but Sarah Hawkins made three months of our lives pure hell with her incompetence. The broker and transaction manager barely helped once looped in, and after the transaction we heard from the listing agent that she was bad mouthing us while vacationing in Florida on our commission she just received. I would never trust this agency again just based on the quality of agent they’ve shown they will let in. From my family’s experience it would seem they have absolutely rock-bottom hiring standards.
