When I gave them a call Sina was courteous, and ready to answer any of my questions on their procedure of acquiring documents I needed. Very professional experience. The turn around time was incredibly fast! Most HOA /Property management companies takes 5-10 days to get the Condo Questionnaire back to my, but Sina and his Team got it done in under 3 days. I actually got it the next day after submitting and paying for the Survey packet. Thank you for making the experience smooth and timely!

It was one of those messes where you just stood there in awe and scratched your head wondering where to start. I'm so happy I started with Catalyst!
