Experiencia negativa: When I first rented the house, everything was fine. However, as soon as I decided to move out, everything changed. Nicole is by far the worst person I have ever dealt with. They deducted money from my security deposit for a rug that was never removed by me, and when the property was previously rented through Airbnb, they tried to charge me for everything that happened in the house. I have received no response or proof regarding my deposit. Extremely unprofessional, untrustworthy, and very frustrating. Definitely stay away from this company and do not rent from them.

They refuse to accept responsibility for damages they either caused or that they neglected and force you to pay for it - multiple times they have done this through my occupancy. This company deserves to be scrutinized and held accountable for their disgusting business practices and laughable property management.

Experiencia negativa: The process of moving in was smooth and the owner/PM were accommodating with our move-in date. However we are disappointed by the condition the house was given to us and the lack of effort the property management has made to address our concerns as well as the poor quality of work that was performed to address those concerns.

Only while I was in the house, after I moved they changed the lock two weeks before I had to return the keys even though I had two pieces of furniture in the house. I also had the new items they said needed to be replaced before I turn in the keys and they asked me to leave them inside the house. Hemos recibido quejas de dos de ellos en donde se quejan del trato recibido por personal de la oficina. No quiero dejar malas estrellas pero con seguridad no son ni de 3, 4 o 5.

Experiencia negativa: Don’t feel like the company is for the homeowner but takes the side of the renter. Also mortgage and HOA are due on the 1st but monies aren’t dispersed until 2 weeks later

Experiencia negativa: We (we live in Michigan)had Floridas Finest as our “turn key” Cape Coral investment rental property Management Company and was extremely disappointed with their job performance.Our rental home got hit by Hurricane Ian and suffered some minor damage which we took care of…I had asked them to recommend a lawn maintenance company and decided to use their recommended company…Floridas Finest visually inspects the property 4 times a year and posts the pics on the portal as part of their service, although they did not execute this till after 6+ months (and my questioning or where are current inspection photos and info) and they had noted no issues with the property…the pictures were of the interior of the property…we decided to sell our property in June of 2023 and our realtor went out to the property to photograph and inspect the property. We were shocked when we saw photos of the yard with large areas of grass covered in large pieces of shingles from Hurricane Ian 9 months prior, the lawn maintenance company just “mowed” over the shingles? Palm tree leaves and coconuts littered the lawn. I called FLORIDAS finest to discuss and try to understand HOW this could Be which led to an interesting conversation: I told them I paid them to “manage” the property and overseeing the exterior maintenance was part of agreement…their response did not contain an apology or we will get it taken care of and was quite argumentative…my wife and I were not impressed with this company…BEWARE!

Experiencia negativa: As some other reviews stated, Nicole Pistone is HORRIBLE to her renters. Florida's Finest? What a joke. At first everyone was wonderful. I was assured any issues would be taken care of. Turns out, Nicole is rude and dismissive. The response to simple maintenance requests was lousy at best. I submit requests in writing, but always ended up having to call or text. Again, Nicole has been condescending over the phone - one time she read my request back to me as if it was an inconvenience to her. Nicole makes false promises and acts like she forgot when she doesn't follow through. Meanwhile, the interior is frequently inspected and intrusively photographed. The exterior is rarely maintained. The A/C does not get regular maintenance either. It would be difficult to complain if the property was priced appropriately. There is no appreciation for a good renter that is clean, quiet, and has never missed a rent payment. I imagine Nicole's thoughtful response would be "if you're unhappy, move." She has zero empathy for her renters. There has to be fraudulent reviews here.

Very responsive to all of my queries, both by phone and email. Very professional and empathetic to my needs as I had to relocate, yet again , following hurricane Ian. They hop right to the task at hand and communicate back to close the loop. If it’s not almost immediate, it will be communicated as to estimated response time. Their teams of contractors, handymen, cleaners etc. are responsive and reasonable and handled by them, communicated then to us. The owner portal is easy to navigate, and the reports thorough. I am so happy my husband found FFP. They truly go above and beyond.

Experiencia negativa: From a renters standpoint this group is terrible. We requested things to be fixed in our rental from the start and instead of fixing these issues they sent over an inspector that tried to blame us for things that were and had been broken prior to move in. The few things they did fix were not professionally done and broke again. Never did a walk through with us in the beginning. We kept a professional cleaning person in the house every two weeks while residing and cleaning also at move out. We basically did EVERYTHING required of us, as well as never making a late payment, not even one time. When we moved out, they charged us $55.00 for light bulbs. Very unprofessional and rude!

We had a sheriff show up an serve us foreclosure papers./that's a whole other can of worms, we went with out water for almost a full work week until someone finally came to fixed our problems. This has been ongoing for 6 months. Currently our septic tank is full an its been 4 days with no response , no window of time an no date as to when i can use my toilets or take a shower after work. so as write this we are sitting in limbo until Florida's finest is ready to help their tenants. I've had better response time in a apartment I'm convinced that people are paid to leave a good review here. very unprofessional just wants to collect our money
