He doesn’t typically offer financial advice but when it came time for my wife and I to put together a trust for our children John knew the ins and outs of the Massachusetts laws and was super helpful. Experiencia positiva: 1) I had to wait around for owner's parents on 03/14 to come into the home for keys and get into the garage. I lost a day with my family. 2) The owners parents showed up 1 days and came in the house unannounced, 1 day early indicating we were to be out by 10am on 3/31. Our departure contract indicated 4/1. The Father was rude to my daughter and wife when they told him we were to be out on 4/1. They waited in the driveways until my daughter reached me and I told her where the contract was located. When my daughter brought it out to them, they didn't apologize for being rude and simply rolled up their windows and drove off. 3} the intake worker was on time and pleasant. 4} Yard and pool maintenance personnel were timely and professional. 5) The canal where the property is located is very narrow, with the owners boat in the lift, it made it more difficult to navigate a rental boat to the property etc...

Experiencia fantástica: This was our second year renting through SWFL Real Estate Services and we have already booked for 2022. Everything is always as advertised, no surprises, and really quite wonderful. My friends and I have been renting vacation homes for over 20 years and recognize and appreciate the professionalism and just plain decency of everyone at SWFL. They are great people offering great vacation rental experiences. We hope to continue dealing with them for years to come. 2/28/22 And now we have ended our third year renting through SWFL and we are booked for next year as well. As usual, everything was great. 3/1/23 Well, once again we old ladies had a wonderful month in our SWFL rental in Cape Coral. Villa Luisa suits us so well. We cooked in more than usual and were happy with the kitchen and all the great stuff in it, especially the slow cooker. The pool is fantastic - nice and warm for lazy floating around. We hope to be able to return next year.

Experiencia fantástica: Stayed the month of February at Villa Charlotte. Home was clean and very well stocked. Plenty of towels and kitchen had most everything you would need. Lanai and pool are awesome with plenty of sitting should you need it. Can't wait for next year.

Experiencia fantástica: The house is clean and newly renovated and we felt very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant. Some small things are still missing but we were also with the first tenants after the big storm Ivan. Shopping can be done in a short distance and who has fun on a boat , also has a mooring in front of the door.

Experiencia fantástica: Our family we spent New Year holiday at Villa Siena, Cape Coral. Villa had everything that we need. Kitchen, laundry, pool, grill and everything make you are at home. Rooms are big, clean, beds were perfect to sleep, living room was the place that we enjoyed. We spent most of time at pool and poolside. It is close to everything, restaurants, shopping, food and others. Generally, the Villa Siena is absolutely comfortable as our home and very clean, well equipped and good location, nice area. Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful property. Great Customer Service. We've stayed at the Villa Butterfly twice now and have immensely enjoyed our stay each time. SWFL is a relaxing area of FL that caters well to visitors. When staying in this area I recommend checking out SWFL Real Estate Services to see what rentals they have available. The one we've stayed at has been clean, spacious and well-equipped for a home-away-from-home vacation. A full kitchen, beds, baths, as well as entertainment devices with Netflix, Disney+, movies, Playstation, Alexa smart devices, and even coloring and puzzles for kids. Not to mention the Villa Butterfly also provides highchair/playpen for babies. Since this location has a pool and a dock, floats, kayaks, fishing equipment, even a paddleboat is on site for use. ALL FOR LESS THAN A HOTEL!!! It's a perfect relaxing getaway for the whole family.

Experiencia fantástica: Villa Judy is a wonderful home for a relaxing vacation! We particularly love the pool area. SWFL rentals are incredibly helpful and responsive. It was also a nice bonus having beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler, and fishing gear already in the house.

Experiencia positiva: This house (Villa Amore) is very large and beautiful, however it lacks in several places. The beds are very comfortable they are very firm. The kitchen is very lacking in utensils for any one that likes to cook, and there are no grill tools. When renting a house listed as a luxury home I would expect simple things like decent toilet paper, I don't know who is responsible for that if it's the homeowner or rental agency but it should be better than single ply gas station toilet paper. I know it is not required of the homeowner but supplying beach chairs and toys is kind of expected when in an area that is about going to the beaches. Tenants that are flying in probably are not bringing those kinds of things with them and don't expect to have to spend half a day running around shopping for them. This house has a ways to go to become a five star rental.

Experiencia fantástica: We just finished a nine day stay at Villa Valentina. We loved every aspect of the house and the area. First, the house is exactly as advertised - beautiful, spacious, well appointed and remarkably well equipped. The owners have lovingly and cleverly decorated every inch of the home to make it warm and inviting. Our family was a group of 8 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen deserves a special call-out as it is simply spectacular (including the outdoor grill and bar area). Well stocked with everything you need to entertain. The pool area is wonderful and we made great use of the dock. We rented a boat from the site recommended by SWFL Real Estate Services and it really enhanced the experience. As a family, we have traveled all over the world and stayed in some wonderful homes from the Caribbean to the Greek Islands. We place Villa Valentina among our absolute favorites - and we will most certainly be returning for another visit! I should also add that the property is very well managed and user friendly. We were warmly greated by Denny the day after we arrived and always felt the team was ready to help if we needed them. Truth be told - we never needed anything - but it was good to know they were there. Simply stated, this place is a gem!

My wife and kids loved the whole experience, and we will definitely be back to stay at villa Alexa. We are visiting from Utah, a very dry state. Villa Amber was very nice, has an open floor plan and had everything you would need. The beds were firm and comfortable, nicely decorated, the home was very clean and it has a nice pool area. Her recommendations for our family fun around the area were much appreciated. The rental Villa Ahava far exceeded our expectations. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a successful vacation stay. The pool is what made it a winner for my family- it was gorgeous. The home is farther away from the beaches then we initially realized but we didn't mind because it kept us away from the crowded beach towns and we had our own space. We will definitely be back and based on my pictures, others have asked for the link to the home as well. Experiencia fantástica: Stayed at Villa Annabella for 2 months in early 2022 and house was well equipped and gorgeous. Very clean with nice pool and furniture. Will definitely use them again for future stays.

Experiencia fantástica: Brand new property. pool was nice and warm and clean. Rooms are great. Beds are soft foam. Kitchen is well stocked. The tap water is rather chlorine tasting so you likely want to bring some drinking water. Plenty of supplies provided. The living are is loud with the all tile flooring and the noise does easily get into the bedrooms in case that is important or something to manage. Check in and out was very easy and got a nice call from the management company. Had a great stay.

Experiencia positiva: Very disappointed that we weren't able to use the pool. It was advertised as a heated pool but the heat was off and with the cooler evenings it wasn't able to catch-up. The lady from real estate office that showed up the first morning to check us in and go over things was VERY rude. She was upset with us because we had called the maintenance man about the pool before she had arrived. She was doing alot of texting and taking a phone call while we were asking questions. The house was very clean and beds were very comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: We stayed at Villa Harmony from Christmas to New Years Day. We had lots of boat traffic to watch and on New Years Eve watched numerous fire work displays. The house was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and lots of little extras left out for the guests to use.

Experiencia positiva: The home is on a canal where manatees gather, making it special. The house needs TLC. A number of repair needs were given to the property management folks. They visited us on the first morning and were helpful. Property management was fine and the house was clean.

Experiencia fantástica: SWFL ReaL Estate is doing a great job with marketing our private home, Casa Del Sol in Cape Coral Florida for rental vacations. The pictures they took of our home were so professional and inviting. We loved the Arial shots that showcased our pool and floating dock with canal access. So far all of our guests have been happy with their orientation and we are looking forward to their return. Marcella and the rest of the office staff have been very responsive to our needs along with those of our guests. We love that they have the same staff that work with our guests and know our home so that we know that we do not have to worry about cleaning services, orienting the guests or that our guest are getting the best treatment while they are there. I understand why they have been voted best rental property manager for this area.

Experiencia fantástica: This House is beautiful with 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Pool was warm and comfortable to swim in everyday. The view from The back deck was perfect to watch the sunset. Two of the bikes worked which we enjoyed our daily bike rides. There were blow up toys for the kids. My only suggestion would be to have some kayaks for renters. There is also a damp smell in the garage.

Experiencia fantástica: Our trip to Cape Coral and our stay at Villa Arianna was one that none of us will EVER forget! The home was emaculate, comfortable, and stocked with anything you could think of to make a vacation rental home perfect! The pool was the center of activity when we were not venturing out to places in the area. There were plenty of pool toys and blow ups for the kids to enjoy and we practically had to drag they out of the pool daily. The layout of the house was perfect for us and our son’s family to have our own privacy when we wanted. You could just tell the care that was put into making this space special for visitors. We spent Christmas here and it was very special! Our grandchildren were so excited to see that there was a Christmas tree set up with lights and decorations. It made them certain that Santa would find them in Florida. Also provided was a large binder of info on the home, the area and suggestions of things to do. It was wonderful. We would definitely stay at Villa Arianna again in the future. My grandchildren wanted to live there! Thank you for making our family trip so special! The Aikens Family

Experiencia fantástica: This home, for us, was perfect in every way. The decor was beautifully tropical, with comfort being just as important. We rented the house for family that was visiting for Christmas, which included my grandson’s fiancé from Scotland. There was plenty of table and counter seating, and we spent much time sitting out beside the pool. My 11 year old grandsons spent most of Christmas Day in the pool. Our guest from Scotland was thoroughly impressed. I can’t imagine what we may have needed that we didn’t have.

Experiencia fantástica: We checked into Villa Nichola a little bit early on Saturday and were surprised when a representative stopped by on Sunday to check on us and make sure that they were aware of any things that needed to be repaired etc. in the unit. There were several things we reported to them and the next day I was called by maintenance! Nothing needed immediate attention we just wanted the owners to know that these items were not in good condition when we arrived. We did not need them repaired while we were in the unit. That said we were very impressed with the house itself and the service of Southwest Florida rentals!

Experiencia fantástica: Came here for the week and enjoyed every minute we spent relaxing around the house. Very clean and comfortable. Slept like a baby. All the instructions were to the "T" so there was no confusion. The pool was wonderful. We would definitely come back here. Worth every penny and it was not expensive at all.

Experiencia negativa: The house smelled so badly of pee the hot tub and pool were broken the TVs didn’t worksheet water in the tap was brown! And the hot water tank broke the house was horrible!!! we had to leave the house they would not give us any money back! We had a month long rental we left after only 5 days of trying to get the house fixed I would never recommend this place or the company!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: We rented Villa Patrice (formerly Villa Silvana) for 10 days, 10/8/21 - 10/17/21. We were very pleased with the house. Some updates were made prior to our arrival which made the house comfortable & inviting. SWFL kept in touch via email throughout the rental process. Ann did our check-in, answered our questions, provided the SWFL info notebook, & gave us great info on local restaurants & activities. Ann & Dwayne provided us with a fan when requested. They made our experience terrific. Our friends who have been Cape Coral residents for 14 years, were impressed with the restaurants & activities suggested by SWFL. We highly recommend SWFL for securing a rental property. We will use SWFL again in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: Villa Leah was perfect for us. The pool and patio area were our favorite hangout space. The house is equipped with everything you need and more! The mattresses and pillows were soft and comfortable. The house smelled so clean when we arrived and there was a welcome basket with all the essentials you need right away, like soaps, paper towels, toilet paper, dish sponges, etc. and even a floaty! We stayed for 9 nights and there were extra sheets for every bedroom. The binder for guests included all the information you might need if you are vacationing in the area for the first time, like good restaurants, top places to visit and boat rentals. My husband really liked the Weber Grill and that we could park the car in the garage. We rented a boat for 3 days and the location of this house was perfect to reach the river through the canal to the river in about 10 minutes or less. The landscaping around the house is beautiful and and the interior decoration was just beautiful. Next time we will stay longer, because there is so much to do and see around Cape Coral. We really loved the location.

Experiencia fantástica: 7 adults stayed at the lovely and amazing Francesca house on Cape Coral this past Labor Day weekend. We couldn't have asked for more in the house and the location was convenient to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva. Luckily, they also allowed as to change our 'stay' dates, as the first weekend we booked, a couple weekends ago, was going to be rainy thanks to Hurricane Henri I believe it was. The home was clean and had everything we needed. When we checked in by phone, we were provided with helpful information about the area, and activities. They also offered to heat the pool as it was cold from the rain.We will definitely be booking again next year!!

Plenty of linens and other home items we needed on a daily basis were available to help make our vacation with small children an easier one. The location is a quiet neighborhood where stingray, minnows, and even small sharks swam by to "say hi". Overall, we had a very nice trip, and would use the rental company again for vacation planning.

The pool hot tub and lanai where wonderful to spend our evening out back and the house was perfect size and cozy inside, the area is close to a lot of shopping and restaurants ! Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic house my family rented in Cape Coral for summer vacation. Everything was much better than expected! Plenty of stuff for the beach and the kids loved the pool. The beds were soft and huge. I loved the covered lanai and the firepit at night was awesome! Close to all restaurants and stores. Quiet street and neighborhood. Check in/out was fast and quick. Will definitely come back to Cape Coral.

Experiencia negativa: My family booked a vacation with 3 other couples for the 4th of July Weekend 2021 for a location in Cape Coral through VRBO, managed by SWFL Real Estate. Our trip was canceled by SWFL Real Estate the week before our trip, due to the rental location “sold” the property and no longer available for rent. Other than refunding our money (which is not fully refunded yet) SWFL Real Estate made no effort to help us locate another rental, nor has other rental options available for my family. Thanks for ruining our 4th of July family vacation SWFL Real Estate and not planning accordingly on your part. In addition, all of our vacation time will now be wasted, unless we find another rental property, which is not likely the week before a holiday weekend. If the tables were turned and we had to cancel our reservation, they would have kept our deposit but yet there are no repercussions for their actions / cancellation.

Experiencia fantástica: The pool was a hit with our teenagers and was very relaxing. It faced the sun just enough to be warm.(June 2021) The kitchen was fully stocked with pans, utensils, bowls, blender, toaster, and had everything needed. The towels in the master bath were so nice .....as I wrote down the brand to order some. We rented a boat which made the trip an adventure. SWFL rentals was a pleasure to work with. Note: hot tub did not heat or make bubbles, but did not take much away from the pool.

This was our first time using them, we have used several others and this company was very prompt, Denny was great, informative as well as the wonderful binder that was put together for guests. Highly recommend it and this company to rent through. House was very clean, they left plenty of supplies for us to use during the stay. Experiencia fantástica: My family and I stayed there for 4 days and our experience was wonderful. The home was very clean and felt so comfortable. Checking in was very easy and ann was great she really helped us find our way around town. She had great recommendations on beaches and restaurants etc. The pool temp was great and beds were comfortable. The decor was beautiful. I would definitely come back!!!

Experiencia fantástica: This is our first time coming to Florida. We Loved the house, very pretty, affordable. The Lenai was awesome as the tiki hut over the dock. Loved the stay here. Had a great relaxing vacations - well needed. The SWFL was very professional and answered all our questions. Only issue was the Master bath shower was very slippery almost fell a few times. We will definitely be back for future vacations!

Experiencia fantástica: We stayed at the Villa Addison for a girls trip this past week. It was absolutely wonderful and relaxing. The house was very clean, comfortable beds and pool area was private from neighbors. I would definitely stay again. The staff were quick quick to respond with questions.

Experiencia positiva: We used this property for a family weekend. We had many issues with the property including the front door not working, we had to clean before using it, the washing machine not working properly, and many more. Like another review I read, this property could really be a beauty with a little love and attention. It is a great location and nice layout for a family gathering. I am giving it 3 stars because Christine, the property manager, really tried to make it right for us, if it weren't for her I would have given it 1 star.

Experiencia fantástica: We stayed in a breathtaking Villa on the canal with beautiful views. Huge swimming pool and a lovely house. Definitely an amazing Villa close to Sanibel island which is great for shelling, Fort Myers beach, and Naples which are all a very short drive away. Also got my daughter a birthday card and cake waiting at the house when we arrived which was a nice surprise for our daughter. One thing is We had an issue with the master bath tub and they were quick to get someone out to fix the issue. They are definitely a go to for vacation rentals. Very accommodating.

Experiencia negativa: Property was dirty. Unclean sheets with long black hair at check in, supposedly after the cleaners were there. Unsettling during the COVID pandemic. Pool filter was broken and there was trash & sand in the bottom of the pool.

Experiencia fantástica: SWFL was excellent to work with. I was able to reserve my vacation without issue online. The morning after we arrived we had 2 people come take care of us. Showed us how to use everything, they also had a book at the site that provided details about local restaurants, beaches, entertainment, etc as well as coupons for various activities. We did have a couple questions that we called about after hours and they got right back to us. Every bit of the way they were professional, courteous, and helpful!!! I'd definitely vacation with them again and will recommend them to everyone I know traveling to FL!

Experiencia fantástica: We rented a beautiful property in Cape Coral. The property manager was very pleasant and kind while we did a check in over the phone. The property was clean and well taken care of. The check in and out process was simple and easy. Would definitely look into renting from them again in the future!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent rental, would definitely rent again! Very clean, ample amenities, nice/safe area! Easy check-in process and all the advance communication was great! Ann (Rental Company) offered several ideas with things to do, restaurants, routes to take to avoid traffic (which we greatly appreciated!) Beds were comfortable, pool and outdoor area was immaculate! Fishing was fun, even caught some catfish (catch and release). We can't wait to come back to Cape Coral!

I also appreciated the paid option for them to have groceries at the house with our late arrival and nothing open. Will defiantly rent from them again!!

Experiencia fantástica: What a wonderful week in this beautiful home ! We have booked plenty of times with this company and we love the experience every time a little more ! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Neighborhood was perfect and beach right down the street ❤️

Experiencia negativa: Will not use this company again for rental. We arrived approx 45 min after check in time and the cleaners were still there for another hour. The pool was dirty and the spa would not heat up. After a few phone calls and texts they said the pool guy would be there the next day and the property manager said he would come himself to check the spa. The pool guy did not come until 4pm the next day and after a conversation we learn that the pump was broken for about a week. Said he would be back to fix it THE NEXT DAY (our last day). He did come back and work on the pool, but never got it running and never spoke to us to give us an update. So we had no use of the spa for the entire trip. And then to add insult to injury another guy came the next day, spent 5 minutes on the pool and said the system is working now. Yeah, now that we are packing up ready to leave. When I voiced concern about not having use of the amenities to the property manager all he could say is OKAY. We should have been notified prior to arriving that things were not working and given an option for another rental or our money back. When visiting south Florida for a girls trip, pools and hot tubs are very important and one of the reasons we chose this house. Very disappointing.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful staff and super responsive whenever I had a question. Helped us find awesome places for us to eat, if we wanted to go out for dinner. We needed to extend our stay due to a cancelled flight and they helped us book another day over the phone. It was done literally in 5 minutes, so that we could get back to our vacation. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking to rent.

Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful home and well stocked. We brought our boat here. We were disappointed at how far you have to travel through the canals on the boat to get to open water- over an hour. We could not park our truck with boat trailer at the house either. Next door neighbor has a trailer RV parked in their driveway. The hot tub really is a "warm" tub no jets. I also never have stayed at a home where they monitor the electric usage. We didn't know if we were going to get charged an extra fee so we barely enjoyed the hot tub. Over all we did enjoy ourselves.

Had minor maintenance issues, they came right away. We left a pair of headphones behind by accident and they contacted me to resolve. Highly recommend - will definitely use this company again!

Experiencia fantástica: We stayed in Villa Aleena. The house was great, perfect for our family of 6. The canal, the pool, the pool table, the kayaks... the kids loved it all. We had the best vacation and the location was great. We couldn’t figure out how to get the hot tub to work and they sent someone out that day. Everyone was great to work with. Check in and check out was a breeze. We loved sitting down on the canal under the Tiki hut at sunset.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time renting with SWFL Real Estate Services, LLC, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was in great condition, very clean and inviting. All amenities were as listed and in great operating condition. The hot tub, heated pool, kayaks, screened in lani and tiki hut on the canal was the icing on the cake! Beds were so comfortable and the added bonus of adjustable bed frames in the master and secondary king bed suite. The house is so comfortable you don’t even want to leave; we stayed in most days just enjoying our surroundings. Kudos to SWFL Real Estate on exceptional customer service, before, during and after our stay. I would recommend this to anyone!!! We can’t wait to come back!
