Experiencia negativa: DO YOUR RESEARCH - make sure you FULLY understand the lease and obligations or they will make you pay up to 60 days of rent after you move out. Most of the service order requests I entered went unresolved after I moved out but they expect a cleaner house than when you moved in. My rent was increased but listed LOWER after I moved out. BE WARE!!
Madison- thank you for sharing your review. Yes, our lease does require a 60 day notice to vacate. As for the rental rates, these prices are subject to market rates and ultimately decided by the homeowner. We wish you the best in your next home.
Experiencia negativa: Do not, and I repeat, do not trust this company with your property. They don’t care and will leave you thousands of dollars in debt. They don’t do property checks AT ALL! I paid for ALL expenses for the tenant as they have tenants just return the key without doing a move out inspection and refund them their full security deposit back forcing you to pay for ALL repairs! The absolute worst property management company in the Savannah area. Parker Kornegay is a fraud and will make promises that he will not keep. I have had 4 property managers in 4 years “trusting” the “new” property manager will be better. My property went 6 months without being rented and I received no replies from any of my calls or emails. They refused to even provide a way forward for my property that was left damaged from the prior tenant. Unless you have money to blow, do not, and I repeat, do not trust this sorry company to represent you. They do not care about your property and you will need to spend your life savings just to take care of property that they don’t care about. Don’t trust this company and don’t waste your time to try to rent from them because they don’t care about their tenants at all either. It’s pretty sad when my former neighbors can reach out about damage regarding my house but a property manager, who you pay, can’t make a simple phone call. Plus, good luck reaching your property manager as they’re “always” busy and you are instructed to just leave a voicemail that is never returned. They don’t even trust you to provide you with their direct number. I would leave zero stars but that’s not an option. I wish Google would allow me to post photos of before and after so I can showcase the deteriorating of a home I committed to spending hundreds of thousands on. In closing, please don’t waste your time or money and just let this so called business rot in the ground because there’s better property management companies that offer great southern comfort and will make you and your tenants feel right at home.

To clarify, we do perform inspections, including documented move-in and move-out reports with photo evidence, along with written email communication regarding property condition and repairs. We do not release security deposits without proper documentation and lease compliance.
Extended vacancy is often a reflection of current rental market conditions, pricing, and property condition, not a lack of effort. We provide owners with market feedback and recommendations, but market absorption is ultimately outside any manager’s control.
We use structured communication systems to ensure accountability and documentation for all owners.

Experiencia negativa: Couldn’t recommend a worse management company to rent from. A constant lack of communication and false promises. They nickel and dime their tenants and will take advantage of you constantly. They are negligent to the living conditions and laws for their properties. I can’t say they hold up their southern hospitality. There are better options out there. Thank you
Experiencia negativa: Start off good until those high maintenance fee creep up on you $449 tolier fee so be aware if u have any maintenance issue because they will overcharge you rent due on 1st got till the 3rd after the 3rd they charge $130 late fee all others Rentals give Tenant till the 5th be AWARE they will overcharge you for every little thing, Don't say I didn't WARN ya

It is disappointing that after 4 years of tenancy we would receive a bad review, but wanted to reply to explain the issues you have experienced.
As the lease states, any maintenance item that is caused by the tenant will be charged back to the tenant. In the case of the plumbing item- the plumber had to pull a toilet and run a cable line and removed hair products from the line which caused a back up of the plumbing system. I reviewed your tenant ledger- there were 2 other instances in which you were billed back for maintenance items- 1 being a window that wouldn't close properly, upon inspection maintenance found a toy screwdriver jammed in the window which caused the issue, the 2nd being an HVAC issue in which the company found a dirty filter that had been pulled into the return and once removed/changed, the system operated properly. In regards to the late fee, it is written in the lease that rent is due on the 1st and late after the 3rd and has been that way since you moved in. I am happy to discuss further, but wanted to give an explanation on the mentioned items.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible I will never ever rent from them again sometime I wish I would had took my old neighbor advice when she lived next door to me years back. Told me they is a rip off and will over charge you for every little thing we'll people this one was on me because I was WARNED and ignored her. I remember one time I forgot to change air filter it slip my mind don't u know they charge me an arm and a leg for a filter be mindful air filters don't cost much I normally get like 5 in pack at Walmart for like 8bucks. So this time I order 1 off Amazon because I moving out a month early it's last for 90days. I took picture of it and put it in air filter next to it its good until April19 I keep yall up wit the updates. Oh yes better believe I'm taking pictures of everything b4 I return the keys got to be smart and a step ahead because they will lie and add on additional fees because they are money hungry people Educated yourself on Georgia Tenant Laws and Tenant/Landlord laws they broken a couple of dem as well

Experiencia negativa: It pains me to leave this review but I am beside myself at the lack of communication. I am currently required to be in California full-time but my home is in Savannah. I decided to look into either leasing it out or hire someone to check in on the property and help deal with any maintenance issues. I flew out to Savannah for 2 weeks 4 months ago to meet with property managers, gather info, and make some arrangements. I met with Parker Kornegay. He was great! Said he was very interested in managing my property and loved the location etc. Said he would return to the office and look at some comparable properties and get back to me with what I could likely lease it for furnished and unfurnished and more pricing info on their management services for unoccupied properties. I was so impressed with Parker that I cancelled meetings with other companies. I returned back to CA confident I had found the company I wanted to work with. After a week or so I emailed Parker. No response. Sent another email. He responded that his previous email to me bounced back and he didn’t have my phone number. It was on my emails. I said no problem just please resend the lease rates and management info again. I never received anything. I sent another email asking if something had happened or if he had decided he wasn’t interested in managing my property. He sent a short email that said “I’d love to work with you and manage your property”. And that’s it. I’ve emailed a couple more times and called once. Zero response. So now I’m on the other side of the country and have no idea what happened and no property manager. ???

Experiencia fantástica: I wanted to update my review of Market South because of my current property manager Teresa Arndt. She has been a godsend! I hope that she never leaves and they give her a raise. About a month ago our former tenants moved out and we had to go through the new tenant process again. Teresa kept us in the loop about some small repairs that our property needed and some requests that we wanted addressed quickly and timely. She has always phoned, emailed or texted whenever I had a question or any type of concerns. Before I felt like the property managers were “bothered” whenever I had a question of any type. But, Teresa has always made me feel very comfortable that our property is in good hands since we live in California. So, Market South has been our mangers since 2020 and I think because of Teresa I had to update my review because she is such great employee!!! At the beginning of the process my husband and I were a little concerned with the Market South team, but it has gotten a lot BETTER. Market South helped us we a total remodel of our property and it went smooth because the construction lead person Braun is great! Our listing person was Kiley Sheppard and she was helpful, but it was extremely hard to get in contact with her at times. But, after a few hiccups she was great to work with also. We also have worked with Parker Kornegay and he has been very helpful when the air conditioning had to be replaced unexpectedly. During the whole process of the remodel and renting of our property the only issue we had with Market South was that they were hesitant that we pick out the materials for our property. But, we explained to them that WE wanted to pick everything that was going into our property. Nothing against what they were choosing, but we wanted to make sure everything was top notch and we were able to get appliances, toilets, sinks, paint at a great price. We did use the flooring that they suggested and EVERYTHING turned out great! We live in California and our property is in Pooler,Ga. so we have been dependent on the Market South team on making sure we have been updated on the whole process. I would like if they would get in contact with me faster, but I understand with the 3 hour time difference. They have been helpful even in the crazy times we are living in with the Covid19 shut down. So, we would like to say thanks to Market South and I hope that they continue in doing good work and we have a long working relationship with their company!

Experiencia fantástica: I have had an unusually pleasant experience renting a house from MSM. Their manager, Kristin Lightle, has been incredibly responsive- which is definitely not the case with most property managers in Savannah- and while I haven't had any true issues, the few things that I did want addressed have been. We'll see how things go over time, but so far, so good. Great service!

Experiencia positiva: Previously had another agent rep with MSM who was not good. We actually had started looking for other representation. Our good fortune was that the poor performing agent either quit or was fired. Beth Darieng was assigned to us by MSM and has been wonderful. We are either having no problems or she is handling them without need of our involvement. I easily see our rating hitting 5 stars as we get more history with Beth. Sadly, after the above was written, Beth passed away. Later agent representation was just "ok". We now have another agent. First impression is good, but we need more experience to fairly rate.

I initially spoke with Parker who was very knowledgeable and took the time to inform me on the process and answer all my questions. The fact that the transition was seamless reassured me that I made the right decision in seeking property management, and my personal PM, Teresa, does an EXCELLENT job when it comes to all aspects of managing the properties. Her professionalism and ability to handle tasks such as screening tenants, conducting walkthroughs, and managing monthly maintenance demonstrates her commitment to ensuring everything runs smoothly. Experiencia negativa: I’m so tired of being a nice person. I try not to complain and work with people but this has been a terrible experience for renting. My concerns were dismissed. I gave my notice on July 16th after my inspection since I would be leaving at the beginning of September since the living conditions are HORRIBLE. I have had a rodent issues since end the of March and someone came by the beginning of April to look and they have done absolutely nothing to fix the problems. Do they realize that rodents can carry diseases that can kill you? They rodents left dropping everywhere and on my cooking station!! I have documented everything including emails. Their “maintenance” workers basically left it up to me to get steel wool to stuff the holes and set traps which I can’t fix this. This was their responsibility!! They are in the walls. Now they want to fix the problem while I’m in the process of moving out now? Gee, thanks. Homeless people sleep on the front porch and leave trash everywhere. It’s not worth it. The property is not well kept, old appliances on their last leg, and they simply don’t care. When I stated this in my notice they just gave me my “ acknowledgment of not renewing my lease letter” and what the expect from ME…. No follow ups… nothing. Stay far away from this property management company. They had the nerve to state I have to pay for October’s rent when I move out September 1st. I feel like these people have tried to pull a fast one on me. If you’re a local like myself just run… if you get stuck with them, you better document everything!! Stay away from the Historic District. This is not worth it. They are slum lords.

Your lease didn't expire until October 14th- hence the reason for the charge. However, we did inform you that we waived the October rent as well as administrative fee as a courtesy. We sent multiple vendors to the property during your tenancy to address your concerns. We are empathetic to the situation, but unfortunately, maintenance issues are more common in Historic buildings that are 151 years old. We don't have any record of reports of people sleeping on the porch, however, again living Downtown this can happen. We wish your experience would have been satisfying and wish you nothing but the best moving forward.

Experiencia negativa: I would not recommend this company. They are CROOKS! I payed my rent on time, I never been late and after my inspection they told me they cannot renew my lease because I installed a security system on the house and was accused of hiding people in the rooms which was not true. Heather Andrews nit picked all year about everything we did only to find out the owner wanted to sell the house. I hate heather andrews and parker never again!
Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I were planning to relocate to Valencia, Spain from Savannah, GA last year. We needed the best Property Mgt. Co. available to rent out and maintain our beautiful Southern Victorian on the Eastside for the foreseeable future. I met with the three top Companies in this field, the Cos. that handled the best properties and had the best reputations. Market Management South really stood out, I was particularly impressed with Parker Kornegay. We signed on with MSM and were assigned Tamara Bailey as our personal Rep. We couldn't be happier with Tamara's judgement, thoroughness, professionalism and work ethic. It wasn't long before Tamara had our house leased out at a very nice (but fair) price and her follow-up with the issues that come up with a house from the 1920s and tenants. Tamara is the definition of a "full-service" Agent, even helping us with an insurance claim for a burst pipe and coordinating repairs between tenants and plumbers. We couldn't recommend Market South Management, Parker Kornegay and Tamara Bailey more highly! A+++ This is a follow up, one year later: These guys are the best!! We've had several maintenance issues with our Southern Victorian in Savannah, GA - to be expected given the climate in that part of the country. Tamara Bailey has advocated for us with Contractors, Insurance Companies and Repair People with great skill and consideration. Parker is a great person to work with. Our tenants are handled expertly and are kept comfortable and secure, at all times. You just can't go wrong with Market Management South! A+++
Experiencia negativa: Started of well (plus they were recommended to me) but I never even got to sign a contract after speaking with Parker. He talked about communication being important but then, after 1 email promising a follow up with the application, I never heard from him again. I called the office, no answer. Idk what happened but I don't recommend using them. (Note: added the picture recently but this post is a year or two old)
Experiencia fantástica: My experience with MSM and my property manager, Kristin Lightle, has been exceptional! Every step from choosing the apartment, to signing the lease, to moving in, and every question I've had has been a breeze. When I had a slight maintenance issue on moving in, Kristin had the maintenance man, Charlie, knocking at my door literally within minutes, and he had the problem fixed less than 15 minutes later. Amazing! Thanks Kristin and MSM! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place in Savannah! ...the above was written a year ago, upon moving in. One year later, at the expiration of my lease, I couldn't be happier with Kristin and MSM! I've had zero problems all year. It's been a total pleasure renting from them, and they made the final days of my lease just as easy and painless as the beginning. I can't imagine ever having a better experience with a landlord or property manager. Kristin will definitely be my first call if I'm ever looking for another rental in Savannah, and I'd wholeheartedly recommend that anyone else searching for a rental in Savannah do the same!
Experiencia fantástica: Great company I left one time because of price increases but found myself coming right back after bad apartment experiences at another place. They always have problems fixed in timely matter and get great tenant neighbors in beside you never had a bad experience with this company.

Experiencia fantástica: MSM has managed my property in Savannah for about 14 years. I am happy with the services that they provide, especially keeping the property rented to good renters. The only negative comment I have, and it’s very minor, is that they could communicate more often regarding things needing repair. I do like the monthly report they send and the annual summary.

Experiencia negativa: All they care about is money, not people. Horribly rude, uncaring & dismissive. Treated us like dirt because we had some well justified issues on our otherwise decent credit (hello have they heard of Covid related job losses!). No heart at all. Wasted $200 trying to get approved only to be treated like trash.

Experiencia positiva: For three years we have appreciated the quality advice and management received from Market South Management. Beth Darieng was our property manager for most of that time before her passing and she is one of the main reasons for the excellent experience. In July 2022, however, a tree fell on our house. Maintenance came immediately and cut down the tree and tarped the house. We called again on the second day because the tarp was not holding but were told that maintenance could not return because of the rain. We spent $300 on a ladder, tools and tarp to stop more rain from entering the house. We stayed in a hotel for 9 days until MSM helped us move into a new home. I called multiple times during the remaining month to find out about the return of deposit and rent but was told no decision had been made. At the end of the month another $400+ was deducted from my checking account. Over two weeks later, I received for the first time a document (dated 15 days earlier) giving me five days to dispute deposit charges. MSM said the document had been emailed to me but I could only receive the document when they replied to an email I sent them. Nothing had been mailed or put in my tenant portal. When the final settlement came, the overpayments to rent were adjusted but MSM deducted $500 for property left at the house. Had I received the notice in time, I could have corrected the problem. I still regard MSM as on of the best property managers in Savannah but I urge you to make sure any legal documents are sent to you and your tenant portal and you review exactly what they say.

Experiencia fantástica: We have had excellent service since the house was new 16 years ago and highly recommend MSM to manage your rental property. They screened very good tenants for us, followed up immediately on any issues, the office staff is as knowledgeable with the intricacies of real estate law/rental market as they are friendly and competent. We are out of state at some distance but the house couldn't have been better cared for if we lived next door to it. Wish you have as much success as we have had.

Experiencia fantástica: MSM is very professional and has always done an excellent job managing our property. The response time is always short and they get the job done. We live out of town and MSM is always there to deal with any issues that might arise. At the end of the term, new tenants were found in very short period and we have never had any complaint about them. Very recommended.

Experiencia negativa: PSA: If you apply before you view a property, you're automatically denied. You have to wait 30 days to reapply. That's something that should be in bold letters... I even called before hand to see if the property was still available, I was told yes. No one mentioned these terms. This system sets you up for failure. Hard inquiries for nothing

Choosing Market South Management (MSM) was the best decision I ever made. For over a decade, MSM took incredible care of my investment rental property. During more than ten years, the longest my property went unrented was two months between tenants, and that was due to renovations we wanted to personally make. The diligence of Keisha and the rest of the MSM to keep our property in good repair and rented was second to none. I would highly recommend MSM to anyone looking for a fantastic property management company and if it weren’t for selling my house recently, I would easily be with them for the next decade.

Experiencia negativa: They will charge you 300 dollars for a dirty fridge when we left a ziplock bag of cheese sticks by accedent. They will absolutely try and screw you if you try to terminate early. They charged us for be charges to keep deposit and still charge us for extra stuff. They charged for the house being dirty even tho it was cleaner than when we moved in and we even did work to the property to make it nicer. They take forever to do anything and are horrible to work with. I terminated 2 months early and it’s going to cost me 3 months rent and these people will have a new tenant in a week. They are horrible to work with unless it’s to give more money.

The termination charges are clearly stated in the lease in which was signed. As with any contract, there are penalties if you choose to terminate the lease prior to it's end. In regards to the move out charges, the freezer was full of food, there were excessive holes in the walls, crayon writing on walls, and a lot of trash left by the road which will not be picked up by trash service.

Market South Management has been good, but the real difference & my reasoning for staying has been Tamara, the property manager! It’s very rare to find someone in that position who is truly kind, professional & caring of a tenants concerns. She is quick to respond with a helpful answer anytime. If she isn’t sure, she finds out quickly & relays that answer back A.S.A.P. My window was broken due to a fight happening outside the apt. at 2am. I informed her of the accident the next day & she stayed on top of getting the window replaced as soon as possible. She even offered to meet the contractors at my place & let them in for me since she knew I work 7days a week. Not many people these days go out of their way to help the way she does! MSM is good but with property managers like her, they will be great!

Experiencia negativa: Literally the worst place I've ever rented from. Grass never gets mowed. You have to buy professional cleaners when you move out of a rental. You have to hire an exterminator if you have pets, with a rental. They expect YOU to make their place livable for the next renters cuz they do nothing. They never mow the grass, clean side walks, etc. Lived here 3 years, would have been 2 if not for Covid, went through 4 property managers. Literally the worst, get an apartment before moving on Live Oak St.
Experiencia negativa: I applied for a property through MSM. I received an email asking me to create a portal. Once I created the portal it told me to pay $725 by end of day to hold the house. I tried to reach out to to make sure I was approved but I could not get ahold of BETH the property manager. I paid the $725 to hold the house but after a week I still had not heard back from her. I left multiple messages with the receptionist and still no response. I finally decided to go with a different property management company as they were actually responsive and professional. When I tried to reach back out to get my money refunded I left Beth a voicemail. I ultimately received an email stating that as stated in my acceptance letter my money was non refundable. I never received an acceptance letter or call from Beth. When I replied to the email explaining the situation Beth decided she was no longer going to reply and removed my access from their online portal. I feel this company has scammed me out of my money and I will definitely never recommend this company to anyone.
Experiencia fantástica: I have lived in our community for over 30 years and the communication and responsiveness of Market South Management, Debra Parker, in particular, has been a breath of fresh air. Debra may not be able to solve all of our problems as quickly as we would like, but she reaches out immediately and does the best she can, as quickly as she can. Experiencia negativa: As a tenant, I was extremely excited about the property I was going to be renting. I did a walk through and noticed a list of things that needed to be repaired, but excited nonetheless. I sent the list of repairs to the property manager, she said they would be completed by move-in day, and they were not. They, in fact, seven months later have yet to be completed. A couple of months later, their online payment system errs, and I am charged a late rent fee of $200 when I have proof from my bank and from MSM themselves that I attempted to make the payment. I have yet to be reimbursed. Meanwhile, the owner has decided to take advantage of this booming market and sell the property. What this means for me, is there are strangers in and out of my home constantly. It was written into my lease, and there was nothing I could do about it. I have never ever been so disappointed with a rental before. I basically never leave google reviews unless they are positive, but I am crying as I write this. I want out so badly.

Experiencia negativa: Do not recommend renting through MSM. We paid rent on time (usually 2-3 weeks in advance even during COVID and took pride in our property. The ideal rentees.) They are disorganized, lack communication (professionalism is absent from the office team and management) and need to learn how to follow through with engagements / commitments. I wish I had better things to say, but just very unhappy with our experience. Will not be renting through MSM. If you do, you need to stay on top of people to get anything accomplished.

Experiencia positiva: Most everything is handled really well. I generally get a timely response and resolution to what's going on. They set me up with an amazing tenant. I did have issues with my first property manager, but she was fired so I feel like that's less on the company and more on her being a poor employee. They've since replaced her with someone that does much better. I do have to request documents like a copy of the lease, move in inspection pictures, etc BUT when I do request these things I get them within a reasonable amount of time. Seems like the best property management company in the area from the research I've done.
Experiencia negativa: Market South has as a priority profit over customer service/experience. It takes $50 per person just to apply to a place and there are hidden fees for everything, fees for "insurance", "admin fee", air filter fee. In my 9 years of renting i've never had to pay $50 for an application fee and I've lived in major cities like Boston and Chicago. Every-time I call the office no one answers other than the front desk receptionist. I always have to call at a later time or leave an email. Even though they know students are their main audience they disregard this and make one of the roomates pay for the whole month instead of having the option for each roomate to pay their part through the appfolio portal. I got locked out of my room for a keyless door that malfunctioned and locked me out of my room and got charged for it even though I was not at fault. Overall a terrible experience of greedy realtors who don't care for their audience.

Experiencia positiva: My manager has missed several things of importance to discuss with me such as renewing a lease without first asking me, approving a month to month lease without consulting me, a problem with a rent increase, and prior approval of some repair items. Also, the contact with the tenant for important HOA maintenance has been lacking and as such, my condo has missed some maintenance items. Hopefully they will improve in communication with me and the tenant, and obtain my approvals in the future or I will have to move on from MSM.

Everyone in the office is super friendly and helpful, you can tell they genuinely care. Parker has been great in helping me with this process. I came from an apartment complex that was always understaffed, nothing was fixed in a good timely manner and I cringed to pay rent each month, but I've already had a great experience renting this new home from Market South. Anything I need, I just send an email and it's taken care of. The online portal is extremely easy to navigate around and pay rent. Experiencia fantástica: I have used MSM for a couple years now and they have always been a great “middle man” for my rental property. Resolving issues in what has always been timely and professional experiences.
Experiencia negativa: This company will do everything in their power to try and scam you out of your deposit money. Take pictures and document every inch of the place when you move in. Every wall, all the floor, the lights. everything. We left the place in better condition than when we moved in and they still took most of our deposit for a bunch of nonsensical reasons. EDIT: we were eventually returned most of our deposit, but I would still not recommend this company. The main issue lies with poor communication. If I wasn't going to be charged for half of the listed items then why email me those costs? Why wasn't I informed about what I would be charged for during inspection? Why did only one out of four tenants receive communication throughout the process? Why were better records not kept prior to the latest property manager? There are so many problems that might have been rectified by better communication. If any of that information was conveyed in a comprehensible way then maybe I'd recommend. That is setting aside the fact that I believe the original property manager we dealt with was no notating information correctly. Also as a small note: why should we be charged for light bulbs if the majority of the lights in the house were working when we first moved in until we replaced them ourselves at our own expense. We left more lights working than what we had moving in. Same statement applies to the whole house. We left the house in a better state than we arrived in it and that's by a long shot. But since the paperwork doesn't accurately reflect that, who knows right?

They got our duplex rented quickly, and our Property Manager Keisha Leger has been on top of all transactions and has communicated with us very well. The owner Portal is a great way to keep up with the financial aspects of our relationship with MSM. Experiencia negativa: I’ve emailed our property manger for Station Trl over 10 times now about the same parking issue, he is completely unresponsive and unhelpful. He promised to have minor touch ups completed on the outside of the home (which the HOA is responsible for) when we moved in. However 5 months later and after ignoring numerous emails from me he had no recollection of the issues. The only way I could even get a hold of him was by calling. Our properties have recently had the road resurfaced, which has made it worse than it was to start with, we have huge puddles of standing water and large raised sections just outside our drive by drains. The gate is constantly broken and they are reluctant to spend the money required to replace it. Instead they have someone new look at it every week. How can they not understand this is a false economy?
Experiencia negativa: I had my property managed with Market South Management for the last five years and have gone through 6 different property managers with various degrees of communication. That’s the first sign things are not run well. My last tenant recently moved out and I received an email that the house was left in good condition with no damage or cleanliness issues, that was a complete lie. My realtor walked the house and called me telling me that the house was filthy, stains on the carpet ( which was replaced two years prior), food in the fridge, broken towel rack and hand towel, broken porch door, tv mount left on the walls, etc. you get the picture and the pictures that were sent me said it all. When I notified Gary the owner I get a dismissive email from Parker stating that the part of my house that was repainted was left in condition. Obviously an actual move out inspection was not performed. I hired these people, paid them and trusted them and I have no words for they treated my property. After another email they finally went and cleaned and repaired my home, which took two days to complete (outcome to be determined). It’s very disappointing this is how they treat homeowners that are there bread and butter and income, and not once did I receive an acknowledgement that they dropped the ball or an apology. My suggestion to any homeowner in the Savannah area, choose another management company who actually will do their job properly.

Experiencia negativa: The lack of professionalism within this place was shocking. My roommate and I were interested in a property that was being rented through this agency. We walked in on a Thursday and were told that the property was available to view by appointment only. Then we spoke with them about scheduling a viewing and were told it would be an open house. We were told to go home and fill out an application online ($50 each with a processing fee and it’s non refundable). Before we left we gave our information and were told that we would be contacted with the open house date and time. So we went home and filled out the application. Well we never heard from them about a time or date. So I called back the next day, and asked about the viewing time. I was told that LeAnn was the agent on that property and that she wasn’t in the office, to call back on Monday. So I did. I called on Monday, (yesterday) and spoke with the receptionist. She took my name, contact info(again) and also pulled up my application. She told me she would speak with LeAnn and that I would receive a call that day to tell me the viewing time. Well I never heard from them. So I called back on Tuesday at 11am to be told that the viewing was at 10am that morning, and I had missed it. Then I was told LeAnn would call me back to discuss how we would have a fair opportunity to rent the property. Well I waited two hours and never received a call. So I went up to the office to discuss my dissatisfaction. At the office I was told that another viewing could be scheduled but only if an application didn’t come in from this viewing. Even though I was told to do my application early to be first in line for the rental property. So I didn’t get my money back, and it feels as if LeAnn deliberately didn’t call us back to make a quick $100 off of my roommate and I. This place is a terrible representation of customer service. I will never do business with them and I would advise other to do the same.

Experiencia negativa: MSM managed my property for years and allowed it to literally crumble. To my own fault, I should have traveled back and checked on my property but on the same account, I’m paying a company to look after my property for me.... When faced with concerns from me on my property and tenants not being held responsible, I was given the company line that there was nothing they could do and that they were not at fault or liable for anything. Well, with the exception of the large holes left in the walls from the last tenant, which I still have seen no form of payment for. MSM and there upper management is horrible and I would not recommend using them to oversee your property! Very disappointed.
