I learned very quickly that I could put my faith in Tracie to get anything figured out. My house was listed for 4 days before going under contract. Experiencia negativa: TWINK TWICE BEFORE USING MCINTOSH REALTY TEAM! While utilizing McIntosh Realty Team to help my family find our next home, we came into multiple occasions where the McIntosh Realty Team was recommending illegal activities and practice's during the process. Unfortunately once my family and I were aware of these activities, we were very deep into purchasing the home, and when we made the commitment to not follow through with McIntosh Realty, it cost us thousands of dollars. McIntosh Realty Team initially will come off as a wholesome, and honest realty team, but they were far from that as the home process thickened. Also, you must ask yourself why there is zero negative reviews. It's not because they run a perfect company, because no company is perfect and has their issues. But somehow the negative reviews never last long on their google business page for some "odd" reason. Hopefully this one can stay up long enough to help another homebuyer be more aware before possibly dealing with McIntosh Realty Team.
