Over two weekends Mary Ann cheerfully guided us through nearly 20 houses a day, somehow maintaining energy, humor, and sharpness the entire time. A few things stood out. First, Mary Ann knows Savannah real estate exceptionally well. She was quick to point out the subtle differences between neighborhoods, construction styles, and investment potential—often before we even thought to ask. Second, she has a remarkable ability to keep the process organized while still making it fun. After the tenth house of the day most people would start fading…Mary Ann somehow got stronger. Most importantly, she listened. When we started refining what we were looking for, she shifted instantly and helped us zero in on the right property. We set our closing date for Friday Sept 27th, looking forward to starting the next chapter of our lives. Then, boom, Hurricane Helene. The house was unfortunately not spared from the impact it had on our community. It was a devastating feeling, but after fighting through service outages for hours, she reached out to us and asked if we still wanted to make it work. Our heart was set on this house, so we said yes. Thus kicked off two months of grueling work to keep the deal together in time to maintain our financing in the face of ballooning interest rates. Misty took the reigns and communicated constantly with our lender, the sellers agent, contractors, and insurance to keep us informed and advocated for us fiercely every step of the way. In the end, she had to introduce her own connections in the contracting field to get the seller working with an estimate the insurance company would accept. It came down to the very last minute, and was the source of many sleepless nights, but Misty kept the hope alive and kept the whole ordeal under control. Mind you, this wasn't a high value deal. We were closing on a modest starter home for a young couple totally unfamiliar with the world of real estate transactions, but the commitment, expertise and service we got from Misty was truly the highest caliber. It literally would not have happened without her. This was probably a worst case scenario when it comes to buying a home, but we ended up with a complete and convenient home that was, most importantly, ours. So, if you're looking for a superhero agent that will treat your needs as the top priority, will be ready whenever you need them and will come through for you despite seemingly impossible odds, this is the person you want on your side. 10/10

She was always quick to schedule house tours so we didnt lose more time. She would run comps on houses and compare it to the listing price to see if it was over or undervalued (this was just an estimate. The appraisal will give you an accurate standing, but she was really close!) we ended up deciding to put in an offer on a house that seemed like we had no chance of getting (up against multiple cash offers and higher offers) but she fought for us, pleaded our case, and we got the house!! Very grateful that she was our real estate agent.
