Experiencia fantástica: Ziprent has managed my property for a few years now and their service is fantastic. All their team members are responsive and work really hard to make my tenants comfortable. Whenever maintenance is needed, they quickly gather quotes and provide a clear list of options, and always provide great results. Experiencia negativa: I've been helping my friends navigate the process of trying to find a property to rent through ZipRent. To sum up the experience so far, it has been horrible. Through the website, every single number is an automated system. The only number I called and real person answer, was out sourced. Which is ok, sometimes, but this raises a huge concern. How do you get in contact with someone? Due to this I would not recommend anyone attempting to sign a lease through this company. There are many fears in my mind caused by previous landlords and management companies and ZipRent has become a company I would not want to deal with ever again.

Experiencia negativa: This is ridiculous! I submitted my application 12/23/25. I was initially told I was denied, 3 weeks later received an email saying he changed his mind. After submitting everything they ask for and waiting…TODAY 2/18/26 I receive an email stating the landlord started a lease with someone else. There is horrible communication, very inefficient, very unprofessional and I could not even understand the customer service agent when I did get someone on the phone. It was a complete waste of time and money! I at least should get my application fees back! ***update*** They emailed me back We've shared additional context in Ziprent's limited capacity. Unfortunately, the property's owner lack of response/update/decision affected the experience. This is out of Ziprent's control as Ziprent is not a stakeholder and therefore cannot act without the property's owner's direct confirmation. Experiencia negativa: Dishonest individuals. There was an email exchange regarding a unit open for rent. In my last response I voiced deep concern at the dirty, totally unready state of the unit. Only a few minutes later (I kid you not) someone else from the company responded and said it was now unavailable. Funny because it was well into the evening and I doubt anyone applied and got approved within a span of 5 min. Well, it turns out they simply lied because upon checking Google a few days later, the unit was shown as available across several sites.

As we have team members active during the late evening, properties may get leases executed late in the evening, and then interested parties are automatically informed. We also post to many sites, and while our site would update the change immediately, unfortunately, other hosting sites require some days for their systems to fully reflect the update. Experiencia negativa: It took them 3 months to vet a renter. Renter moved in for 2 weeks and was late on the 1st month and this company did not do anything for us at all. And now we are involved in evicting the renter and get caught in all the rental/court battle. Do not use this company. They are useless!!!

Experiencia negativa: Not a great experience. Their automated system is a pain to use if it flags you as high risk. It makes you jump through hoops and the customer service agents are powerless to just help you schedule a viewing.

Unprofessional staff, service failures, negligence with respect to contract terms, I would recommend don’t just look at the management fee per month and discounts that they offer at start with photography or tenant placement, very unprofessional company.

Experiencia fantástica: Ziprent has been an amazing experience for me to rent out my property in a tough market. They’ve found qualified renters within 30 days and managed vendors, showings, and day-to-day requests from tenants so that I just need to respond to emails or approve vendors. I tried finding a renter on my own before Ziprent and found it extremely tough to manage a tenant while on the opposite side of the state. I look forward to utilizing Ziprent for years to come!

Experiencia negativa: Zip rent is irritating and so are the landlords that use this platform. The main issue that I have with this company is the process they use. You fill out an application which is then “forwarded” to the landlord and they have the final say of determining whether they want to rent you the unit / house / whatever else . I completely understand landlords wanting to be selective with who they rent their property out to, however , what is the point of using a company like ziprent then ? They are supposed to be vetting the applicants for you to get the property or unit leased out. The time frame in which this all happens is very slow and time is of the essence !!!! Some of us need to move . How many applicants are you going to take ? It’s either you fit the criteria or you don’t which I most definitely do . The process is slow and doesn’t seem to make any sense . If you are a landlord you might as well save your money and meet your own clients to rent your property out to because what the heck ?!?!?! It shouldn’t take weeks for someone to know if they are approved or not . Then on top of that , even if you aren’t approved , ziprent will not notify you so that you can move the heck on with your search . This is a horrible property management company because the process doesn’t make any sense !!!!!!!!!!! If you guys can’t trust ziprent to vet your applicants and get your property or unit leased , then there’s no use for using a third party then -_- . It’s a waste of time , money , and resources . Do not use this platform !!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Ziprent manages two of my properties and it has been a great expereince. They are very responseive in all aspects. There is always someone who responds over email, even in the middle of the night. THey are always on top of things and follow-up until things get done. Tenant placement was also very smooth. Their agent-free system works! Easy for prospective tenants to self schedule. And all of this at a fixed cost, not a percentage. Highly recommend them for any rental management and tenant placement compared to the traditional property management companies.

Experiencia negativa: Wow, so many bad reviews of ziprent, wish I'd looked sooner! Sometimes the only way to be heard is to leave a scathing review. Landlords and tenants, please save yourself some time and AVOID. Landlords you're losing good tenants due to bad communication and lack of human touch. We're a young family with 3x income and with credits scores of 750+ and this is the 2nd time we've wasted time applying for zip rent properties. Today Norman Cook, the vendor of 1338 Parker St, pulled the lease offer back to "punish us" when we simply asked if he'd be open to increasing the rent to include utilities based on recommendation from ziprent. He went from "definitely interested" to retracting the lease offer within 24hrs, due to what can only be either be really bad comms by ziprent or rash/manic decision by the vendor, either way major red flag. Save yourself the emotional roller coaster and don't apply to ziprent listings!!

Experiencia fantástica: We used Ziprent for tenant placement and currently have them for property management. Overall I was impressed with the service received. They were proactive to ensure property does not stay vacant. My initial concern was whether it was safe when prospective tenants are touring the house without an agent. They have a pretty good processes in place ensuring the home is safe. They have a flat fee and no monthly admin fee for the tenant - which is great. One does not add to have multiple fees on top of the rent.

Experiencia negativa: As a prospective tenant, dealing with Ziprent has been an extremely frustrating experience. This is the process we just went through: 1) We applied to the unit and were told it had been offered to someone else. 2) The next morning we were told the owner is "interested in offering us a lease". It took us calling to learn this meant that we were still a backup. 3) We were offered and accepted the lease request. 4) The offer was rescinded on the basis we have two pets, information that has been available to Ziprent and the owner on Day 1. Please save yourself the time and emotional rollercoaster of dealing with this company. I'm sure it has been great for the owner to toy us along like this through a faceless third party, but as a renter this has been emotionally draining. Edit: Instead of taking accountability, Ziprent has shifted blame to the property owner who they maintain a working relationship with. Something helpful for property owners to keep in mind potentially. They've offered us a gift card (???) to remove our review. Unfortunately for them we are not negotiating and would prefer helping others avoid being in a similar situation rather than get a Cheesecake Factory dinner as a bribe.

Experiencia fantástica: We had a short time to find a place and lots of constraints such as location, property type, rooms number and amenities. Ziprent had just the right place on their listings. Scheduling a viewing was easy and we ended up liking the place. The application process was perfectly organized via their web platform and we were able to complete all the steps online. The keys were waiting for us in a lockbox. Easier than ordering a pizza for movie night.

Experiencia negativa: Ziprent keeps deleting my reviews. If you want your place os residence listed on ALL rental sites like Redfin, Trulia, etc, then go ahead and rent from Ziprent. This is a hostile property management company who is in the business of real estate competition and not "efficient" property management. You have to ask specifically to have them remove your listing, which they will only do temporarily. I looked again today and found my HOUSE where I LIVE listed with all details on all sites. The sites say "not an active listing" but it is still on the internet for all people to search, watch and wait. What a joke this company is. Can't wait to see their reply!

Experiencia fantástica: Zip Rent has been a phenomenal service. They are excellent in coordinating communications with tenants and have shown to be professional and diplomatic with both parties. When working through disagreements, repairs or other challenges, they truly work to ensure customer satisfaction for both landlords and tenants. Before using ZipRent I was doing things on my own and at times I regretted the stresses that came with being a landlord. Experiencia negativa: My children and I have nowhere to go and I paid for 3 applications for two properties equaling out to $240! It’s going on 3 weeks and I have yet to hear an answer. Also the credit bureau they go through had my score from the early 2000’s! Causing me to be denied and to do a lot to get the updated information to send to them. I’m still waiting on an answer but have also moved on for my search for a home for my children and I. I hate to say I won’t be viewing any properties through “Ziprent” I don’t have money to waste.

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely horrible experience with ziprent rental experience. Owner of 3335 brittan ave unit 2 is awful. Not only they provide the fake information about their apartment. Claimed there is air condition in the unit but it didn’t. Also faced a really loud upstairs neighbor with two kids running all the time. They hide the information as well. Definitely the worst owner I have dealt with and ziprent support owner’s benefit.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I rented a 2-bdrm house in NorCal from Ziprent. A few months into our 1-yr lease, I was transferred and we had to move out of state. I notified Ziprent that we had to move. What unfolded next was a nightmare. I happily showed the property to prospective renters during the last few weeks of our time at the property. But no one was interested. When we moved, all showings stopped. After a week or so, I checked the Ziprent listing for the property and found that when a person tried to book a showing, they received a message saying that no showings were available. Mind you, I’m still paying full rent. I called them to tell them of the problem and they eventually got it fixed. After several more weeks, there were still no renters. I eventually took out an online advertisement and found renters on my own to take over the property. Once the renters that I found signed the lease, Ziprent tried to interpret the CA civil housing code in a way that let them return less of our deposit and keep more money than they were legally allowed to. It was a huge headache for me but I eventually got everything back that was supposed to be returned. Update: After I posted my review, Ziprent reached out to me and made a significant corrective effort to help remedy the problems that I experienced. Because of this, I have updated my review to five stars.

Experiencia negativa: Stay away from Ziprent managed properties. We have had terrible experience as tenants. 1. Their lease terms are extremely hostile to tenants. Most of your security deposit will be lost. This is because Ziprent has a term that lets the owner unilaterally decides what they want to repair/upgrade after the tenant move out and then deduct the cost from the tenant's deposit. And Ziprent is extremely untransparent about the whole move-out repair situation. They will only tell you you have to accept whatever the owner repairs and deducts from your deposit. This is likely illegal. 2. Repairs are extremely painful to deal with. Whenever you need repairs, you need to go through a very lengthy process of getting owner's approval, which can have a lot of back and forth between Ziprent and the owner, because most of time the owner wants to save money and won't choose Ziprent's vendors. The water heater issue at the property we rented took over 3 months to resolve. If you encounter an emergency repair situation like no hot water, good luck. They will answer your phone, but all they will tell you is they have to hear back from the owner. 3. Both phone and email communications are extremely time consuming because Ziprent will send multiple emails about the same issue, and often things contradict in agents' responses. This is because whenever you email/call, it will be a different agent, and the person you communicate with has little to none context about the previous communications. Often you will find it's running circles with their communication and nothing gets answered or resolved. We learned our lesson and will never consider Ziprent-managed properties ever again!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been putting off the inevitable, strictly because of the process involved with finding a new place to lease. Ziprent made this process as smooth and easy as it could be. Their system for viewing properties is exactly how it should be. Never had anyone bothering me, following me around, or asking me over and over if I like the house. Experiencia fantástica: I have been using Property Management companies for years now. Overtime, I became displeased with the services that I was receiving and started looking for another PM for my properties. I found Ziprent and have been extremely pleased with their services. So much so, that I have recommended them to friends who now enjoy their services as well. There accounting/billing system is easy to understand which makes things simple which is why you use a PM to begin with. Rent and associated payments, including the deposit/s, go straight to your bank account with notifications when it is initiated/completed. No waiting to get your money while it sits in the PM’s account. You can use your own vendors for repairs if you like. When I need something I almost always get to speak directly to someone who can resolve my issues. When not, my call is quickly returned. Did I mention there rates. Check them out. I highly recommend giving Ziprent an opportunity to make your life easier.

Experiencia negativa: My experience with Ziprent was absolutely terrible. First, it was almost impossible to get anyone on the phone to ask about a property. I had to go onto their website and just start dialing every number I could find. When I was finally able to get someone on the phone, they basically said I had to fill out an application to just get a question answered. When we did a site visit on the property (note: this house was one of the most expensive houses in the area, so standards are high), it was absolutely filthy. There was grime on the appliances, toilets were dirty, and there were giant stains on the carpet. After I was finally able to get past that nonsense, it came time to sign the lease. We had some negotiating to do for the lease, since the carpets were end of life. The negotiations took more than a day, which was a big problem! If you don't sign a lease within a day, the lease gets archived. And then they stop returning texts and emails. Ziprent was just impossible to deal with, so we had to move on and sign a lease with a different property

They have done a great job so far and their fees are very reasonable. When my other rental houses come time to find new tenants, I will be switching to ZipRent.

They did swift work in setting up rental through expedited photography, putting up rental ads across all rental portals, such as Redfin, HotPads, etc. They also were very collaborative in coordinating with our applicants, preparing lease and adding addendums for special cases. They also helped to fix repairs that was needed and was also done expeditiously.

Experiencia fantástica: I am thrilled with Ziprent's service to find a new tenant for my townhouse. Ziprent was recommended to me by another property owner in my community. I used to handle finding renters myself, but I figured that I would see how well Ziprent could do - especially because I had to travel away from the area. Ziprent was able to use their "self serve" process to show the townhouse to a lot of interested parties, and the new tenants have already moved in. The process was fast, cost less than other property management companies, and I got "top dollar". Their high-quality photography and 3D tour helped the property look at its best. I have decided to use Ziprent for the ongoing property management. It's too soon for me to say, but I expect that they'll continue to be responsive, professional and effective.

Experiencia fantástica: Ziprent has been managing a property for me in the Seattle area since December 2022, and I have nothing but top praise for this company. Ziprent is very reasonably priced: Their fees are much, much lower than those of other companies in my area. In addition, their staff are much more responsive and expedient than the staff in that other company I used to work with and that slammed me with a lease renewal fee of 50% rental: that’s right, same tenant, nothing to be done but ask the tenant to sign the lease! Ziprent’s staff jump on my email requests immediately, and they have made it clear that I am very important to them. Although I have not had to do marketing and tenant search with them, I am confident they would shine in that area as well – or at the very least charge me a flat $1,250 rather than a full month’s rent. Nor have I had anything break in my rental property, so I can’t speak to how Ziprent would handle that – still, I think they’d do well. So far, this is THE company I would recommend to any current or future landlord.

Experiencia fantástica: We are a preferred plumbing vendor for Ziprent properties. We have had a positive experience with ZipRent. The vendor onboarding process was smooth. Once onboarded, we were able to get requests for bids for many plumbing jobs in the coverage areas (Seattle) that we provided. We also like that we are able to setup autobids in ZipRent that gets passed on to property owners instantly when requests are made. We also like how responsive the support team is. Even on a Sunday, I was able to call and talk to someone in relations. We like to complete many work orders and be a reliable plumbing vendor for ZipRent properties for a long time.

Their response time is fairly quick (the quickest I’ve experienced when applying to rental places) they are there to answer any questions no matter how big or small it might be. Experiencia positiva: Update: Tom from Ziprent reached out to me today and highlighted that their lock system has been updated since my experience. For full disclosure, I started my lease in November of 2022 and apparently others also had some issues with the locks they were using at the time. They have since embraced redundancy with multiple locks on site, two of which become available to a tenant on the start of their lease term. Its really good to see they are paying attention and improving the experience. I would definitely recommend them moving forward. Original review: I'm really on the fence whether to give Ziprent 3 or 4 stars because there are some good things about their system and their staff have been professional and great throughout, but there are technical issues with the system that need addressing. Now that I've completed a lease from start to finish here is a summary: We originally looked at ziprent as owners when we needed to move to the UK for 2 years, but decided to sell our house instead. When we were getting close to coming back, their automated system was great for us because we could apply and take care of the lease while still abroad. The process took a few weeks but was generally good. The day before the lease started I flew into SFO and picked up a rental car to drive to the property with the knowledge the auto lock would give me access when the clock rolled past midnight. I arrived at the property and tried the lock but it did not work. After two tries the lock went dead (presume battery had failed, the rental had been on the market for 3 or 4 months so it should have probably been changed), and that left me sleeping in my rental on the driveway until 6am when Ziprent opened. They gave me the realtor lock code and I was able to get into the house thereafter, but now that I know they give you access to this lock at move out, it would have been great to have it on move in. I suggest a back up system for tenants upfront. The move in inspection process was a bit difficult, their forms have a glitch or two and I would find sometimes data inputted was lost though admittedly I was jet lagged (I also noticed this at moveout as well). We had a few issues with a door but overall things went smoothly from there. They were responsive for the two repairs we needed and the bulk of the lease things were great. The moveout is a bit of a slog! I was aware the lease requires the property be shown in the final month but didn't realize that responsibility falls 100% on the tenant. This is a terrible idea both for the owner and the tenant. The tenant has to show strangers the house and is given their personal details. For an owner this is also terrible, like any real estate transaction the first 3 weeks you are on the market are the most important before your listing goes stale and you have to slash pricing. The last thing you want is the tenant being your agent. We were respectful and said good things about the owner and property, but admittedly the first showing was to a house jammed full with moving boxes. As an owner or tenant, try to scratch this one off the lease if you can during signing. So overall, the model is interesting and helped us but the move in / move out process needs a makeover I would say. Thinking back, the last time we went through an agency /brokerage was 2010. In comparison with that agency which was a brick and mortar establishment, I've put in at least an extra day of work getting in and out of the ziprent rental. If they could backup their locks or use a better system and drop the showing requirement, i'd give them a solid 5 stars. Regardless, the pros out way the cons and I'd rent a ziprent property again if needed.

Experiencia fantástica: Our property recently had a tenant changeover and I must say the Ziprent personnel really stepped up during the process. They were very responsive with returning calls and were prompt in dealing with issues that needed attention. For example, the old tenants left the property very dirty and damaged and Ziprent was great at getting vendors to deal with the repairs. I dealt with Alison from the the department that does move-outs and she was a gem. She noted every item that needed to be addressed/repaired and did an excellent job communicating with me. Compared to my previous management company whereby all the personnel were responding to calls from a foreign country where my calls never get returned sometimes or the instance when a needed repair was never brought to my attention, I will rate Ziprent 5stars for their prompt and great customer service!

Experiencia fantástica: I rented a place through Ziprent this month. They work online, it is very unique but fast and professional. I scheduled my tour online, I could pick which day and what time frame that I wanted to see the property. Then I received a code to get the key of the property. Their instruction is very clear and I entered the property easily. I communicated with the landlord through Ziprent and signed a lease quickly. Ziprent also arranged my walk through after signing the lease and they have a very clear online form for feedback information and you can upload pics as well which is very nice. Then my landlord did repairs quickly. I will be moving in the end of this month. The whole process is very smooth, and Ziprent staffs are very nice and helpful. Overall, it's a great experience!

Experiencia positiva: I have few words to describe how much of an operational nightmare it is to work with this company. Yesterday I viewed a unit in MountainView rented with them and I have got multiple messages , email from automated bots BUT not a single concise email where I inquired about how maintenance requests, mails , packages and HOA is handled. I really liked the apartment so I went an extra mile and even called them. The representative did not know and I emailed listings@ziprent, showings@ziprent Finally one floating email that answered one of my four questions and since then waiting ... while 4 emails have been sent through automated emails to apply! I will just not rent for the nightmare of working with this management company , though I liked the apartment! UPDATE : Was contacted by the escalations team with prompt response to queries after this review was posted .

Experiencia positiva: The application process is so generic and doesn’t allow self employed to provide 1099 and asset documentation. As owners I’d like to see more applicants to review and not take the 1st one that qualifies… It would be interesting to see how many landlords end up with bad tenants with Ziprent? Bad communication and vague responses. I’d stay away from using this company either as a tenant or owner. Wanted to change my review to 4 star for the company's effort in making improvements and explaining the process... Very few companies try and make an effort to improve their service and or process. I commend Vanessa, Scott and even the Co-Founder for finding out. I can see why you will be a place for tenants/owners or investors choice.

Completed and qualified applications are presented to the owner in the order they are received which is an industry standard to minimize the risk of discrimination. As mentioned previously via our emails and phone calls, the property already had an approved application when you decided to apply and you were informed it could be kept as a backup as needed. We're also happy to help find you another rental and move your application and refunded your fees but we understand you're not in a rush to look for a new home at this time. Experiencia fantástica: I would like to update my experience with Ziprent, I would like to thank the Whole Ziprent team for all there efforts, each person I've spoken with has been Knowledgeable, courtsy, Respectful, and most of all understanding. I love the honesty the company gives there customer's at all times. I appreciate the company putting there best foot forward to help there customer's by all means necessary, I love that Ziprent will advocate for you when necessary, But keep in mind The owner still has the final decision to make as Ziprent has zero control over the final decision made by Owner's. I love that Ziprent work's with all types of credit despite the preferred requirement of 650+, having a low credit score doesn't make you automatically ineligible. It's a lot of things Ziprent take into consideration while working with the Owner's and dealing with credit score's for each potential candidate. The best part about the Process, say things don't go the direction you were hoping for you can request a full refund for your application fee upond your request. Or you can move your application to another preferred property at no extra charge, also keep in mind they can't duplicate your application so if your interested in any other properties you would have to submit another application pay the fee, BUT REMEMBER YOU CAN ALWAYS REQUEST YOUR MONEY BACK SO YOUR NOT LOOSING ANYTHING. Thank you Ziprent I would definitely recommend Ziprent to anyone in need of an amazing experience with a great Management company.

Experiencia fantástica: I didn’t get the apartment but I have never seen a better operating real estate management team than Ziprent. I really appreciate the experience. One thing to recommend; I’d like you to add a note that people don’t have to connect their bank to your 3rd party provider and the documentation of income verification would be enough. In fact, not asking for it at all as connecting financial accounts to a 3rd party platform just to apply an apartment is not ideal. I personally had problems and my account has been attempted to login. Not worth it.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been working with Ziprent for 3 1/2 years and the help co-host a short term rental I own. They communicate with customers and have a high level of knowledge about the property. They also coordinate with cleaning and a maintenance person to make sure the property is cleaned and flipped in a timely fashion. They were not pushy, gave us enough time to think through and most importantly was always available to reach over phone (as compared to a number of other independent listing agents). I used to handle turnovers myself and having Ziprent's expertise and great staff take over has been one of the best business decisions I have made. Experiencia fantástica: I have used Ziprent to place tenants as well as to act as property manager, and they're wonderful for both. They're well-priced, efficient, and make rental property ownership in the Bay Area as easy as it will ever get. I will not ever manage rental property in the Bay Area without them. As others here note, because everything is automated, rents are timely collected and received, repairs are timely reported and made, placing tenants and entering into new leases is easy peasy. Their online platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for those of us who aren't particularly tech-savvy. On the tenant side, I'd rent a Ziprent property in a heartbeat as they make the process easy for tenants as well- convenient property showings, easy communication, easy rent payment process, and prompt handling of repair requests. I see that the few negative reviews here are on the tenant side. To that, I'd note that this is a business that deals with a large swath of the public. This means that from time to time, despite the best screening capability, there are going to be some bad apples- bad landlords, bad tenants, bad vendors, bad attitudes. 5 stars to Ziprent for doing a great job as a referee, in spite of it all.

Experiencia fantástica: As a land load, I have been working with Ziprent for about a year, and I am impressed with Ziprent's professionalism, flexibility, and speed in getting things executed. I didn't have any hiccups on routine maintenance work on the house and I believe the prices they were able to secure on raw materials were very competitive. Experiencia fantástica: This review is from a landlord's perspective. Ziprent recently helped us lease out an apartment. I was impressed with their services for several reasons: 1) the staff at Ziprent from onboarding to leasing are not only courteous but also super responsive. The response time frame was under 24 hours and I sometimes got email responses from them late at night; 2) Ziprent also produces daily activity report and is very transparent about the foot traffic from prospective tenants. Their report also captured tenant's feedback on the unit. And if a tenant applied, they would show the application and the status, etc. The visibility into a clear process was excellent; 3) after a tenant is approved, Ziprent provides the lease for tenant and landlord to sign online, and makes the process quite convenient for everyone. They also helped us modify the lease when the tenant decided to move in earlier than expected; 4) after the unit was leased, Ziprent also followed up with us to see if we had any feedback for them. Overall, great customer service and we were very pleased with the result. We are hiring Ziprent to help us lease and manage another property after this great experience. Highly recommend Ziprent!

Experiencia fantástica: This is my first experience with a rental property and using a property management company. Ziprent has made the process seem quick and easy. They screen the tenants, set up tours, and propose potential tenants. The automatic ACH transfers have typically reached my account within 2 days. So, that’s a plus. Overall the whole ziprent team has been very responsive and helpful. They’ve definitely made a good impression on me.

Experiencia fantástica: We were searching for a Property Manager to manage a recent rental property we purchased. I found Ziprent on google, I emailed them and got a response the same day. Since then we have had nothing but perfect experiences. Communication is amazing, value for placement and monthly fees are very reasonable. ZipRent pricing for tenant placement is very competitive. Their online system from signing up as a client to monitoring progress via daily and weekly reports has been fantastic. All prospective tenants have given me very positive feedback on how easy it was for them to get the information, to see the property, or to follow up on the application process. What I truly value is also the excellent customer service by the Ziprent team. Almost all my emails were responded to within hours. have seen responses and follow-ups during off-hours and weekends. Experiencia fantástica: I recently tried Ziprent for the first time to rent out a property. The whole process, from listing, showing, screening to rent collection, took less than 2 weeks. The staff are knowledgaeble and responsive and the team all know about our listing intimately, we can discuss any details with any of them anytime. Their photographer took amazing pictures of our property too. I am impressed by their smart lock arrangement where anyone interested can request a showing online and alloted a time and passcode to tour the property privately. They were able to arrange as much as 6 showings a day and that helped draw in a big pool of applicants in a short time. The website was easy to use and informative, I was able to find application status there easily. I am very happy with their service.

Experiencia fantástica: When we read all the 5-stars reviews for Ziprent we figured we could give them a try. They quickly got back to us explaining how their platform works and how it is designed to save money and effort. Once we signed up, we got an appointment with their professional photographer and within a matter of days, we started getting qualified applicants. We enjoyed the process of getting daily notifications, prompt responses to our questions, and access to their online portal to help us find the best applicant. In about 3 weeks we got a great tenant who is now renting our home. We are happy to partner with Ziprent in this process and to give them a 5-star review.

I liked the combination lock box that allows us to view properties on our own time, and liked the online application process. Experiencia fantástica: We learnt Ziprent because we rented a 1-bedroom Airbnb suit for our trip to South Lake Tahoe and that was very professionally managed. As former Airbnb hosts we know Ziprent has adequate experience and did a great job managing the rental complex we stayed in. We'd consider Ziprent ourselves too when we acquire investment properties in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: I used Ziprent to find tenants for my Oakland duplex and had an amazing experience. I am a first-time landlord and Ziprent was perfect for me. They were always available (I mean always - 7 days a week!). Whenever I called, I only had a minute at most to speak to a live, local, person. You can't get better than that! Because of Ziprent's online portal, I could track everything easily and they always sent email updates on a daily basis. Also - the pricing can not be beat and they are an exceptionally good value. I would recommend Ziprent to anyone looking for the easiest possible tenant locator and property management service!

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend landlords to use Ziprent if they need high quality property management service. Arvand and his team have been doing an amazing job leasing my properties quickly and efficiently. This time, It was difficult one as we started to rent it out at this low season time and the nature of this house being big house with high price point. They were able to find very high quality tenants. Even though we had to lower the price several times and we rented it out at a lower than expected price, we are satisfy with their service. Ziprent’s tenant placement team communicated and coordinated effectively with us and the potential tenants so that we were able to offer and sign the lease with the tenant promptly and successfully.

Experiencia fantástica: I have to be honest, I’m not big on writing reviews. I only take the time to do it if a business sucks, or is exceptional, there is no in between. In this case I cannot say enough good things about Ziprent. I’m engaged and planning a wedding, as well as a move to Puerto Rico, all while dealing with the worlds worst construction company completing repairs on my place, and becoming a landlord for the first time. Needless to say I’ve had a bit going on, and none of it has gone smoothly, until I started the process with Ziprent. They are the only ones who have actually made my life easier. They are truly phenomenal, and set the standard for how I feel every business should be ran. For anyone who is into instant gratification, constant communication and follow through, this is the company for you! Let’s not even get into how affordable they are. The level of professionalism, and how easy they make everything is second to none. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property management company, there service is truly superior!

Experiencia fantástica: I rented out my condo for the first time with Ziprent and I am really impressed with their service and team. They walked me through the entire process and provided suggestions along the way. The team that I have been in communication with were professional and responsive. At first, I was hesitant with the unsupervised showings. After going through it, I think it is a great idea and definitely shortened the time period to find qualified applicants. They listed the condo on several websites and set almost a dozen showings over the first weekend. I was able to find a qualified applicant in just a few days! When I compare them to more traditional property managers, I find that I am getting BETTER service for a much lower price.

Experiencia fantástica: As a first time landlord I needed help with tenant placement and property management. After some research, I decided on Ziprent and so far it's proven to be a good decision. I particularly like their online platform which kept me posted instantly on leads, showings, and applications as they are received. It seems very intuitive as it will also keep track of rent payments and such. I was also please with how well the photos of the property turned out, which made the listing more marketable. The only small issue I had was occasionally their email response time was delayed as they could get quite busy at times. However, they are looking to add staff which help! Since my tenant was just placed, I am looking forward to the property management experience with Ziprent, which I have a good feeling about!

Experiencia fantástica: I would recommend Ziprent to anyone looking for a property management company, their professionalism and extremely quick response time is very appreciated and important to myself when looking for a company to trust my property with. Everyone who I have interacted with treat me like im their only client and always put my best interest first. The low rates by comparison are an added bonus to an already great experience I have had the last 2 months. Experiencia fantástica: As a new landlord, I was little apprehensive about trusting a management service to find the right tenant. The Ziprent team was able to answer all my questions in a timely manner and the process went very smoothly! I had a couple of delays with property availability but they were able to accommodate with the schedule. The professional pictures definitely helped with attracting potential candidates and we found a qualified tenant after only one showing! Experiencia fantástica: Ziprent is a great host. We booked an Airbnb through Ziprent and the property was nice and clean. The unit was updated and modern. It was exactly how the pictures are shown. Even though I had no issues during my stay, they reached out to me to make sure everything was good. Prior to my check in, they've sent me all the step by step information on how to check in. everything was easy to follow. We will definitely book through them again in the future. Experiencia fantástica: I have used Ziprent for the last few years and cannot recommend them too highly. I rent my house when I'm out of the country for extended periods and am totally relaxed and confident about their property management. For example, two skunks took up residence under the house, understandably alarming the tenants, and Ziprent managed the removal perfectly. Ziprent is an honest and refreshing alternative to the real estate establishment in Marin, to which they have introduced efficiency and affordability. You're doing yourself a disservice if you don't use them.

Experiencia fantástica: As a first-time landlord I found the website easy to use and straight forward allowing me access 24/7 to see activity at the property and check status. I also receive regular emails giving me updates and current status. When I had questions, regardless of who answered the phone, they very professional and knowledgeable. The level and ease of communication made me feel very comfortable with the process. I really appreciated the fact that there was no downtime during the process. While potential tenants filled out applications and attempted to negotiate lease terms, the Ziprent team continued to bring qualified potential tenants to the table. Experiencia fantástica: I recently employed the services of Ziprent to find a tenant for a home I own. This was the second time I employed the services of Ziprent in the last 12 months. Their business model is unique and their service is modern and professional. The entire process from getting the home prepared for listing to on-boarding of the new tenants proceeded smoothly and in a timely manner. This included taking professional photos of the property, property inspections, and identifying potential issues with the property. From there-on all interactions were over email and telephone all the way to tenant placement. This was especially convenient and safe given that I had a contact-less interaction with prospective tenants during the time of the COVID pandemic. Their web portal for homeowners is well designed giving the owner flexibility to showcase their property for prospective tenants. The portal has a log of the daily activities at the property, showing a clear status of interested parties, their application status etc. All financial transactions were handled ethically and transparently. I'm very impressed by the professional communication, promptness, and attention to detail by the entire Ziprent staff. They have made me a fan of their service and I have already recommended them to a few of my friends and will use them again when the need arises. Great job Ziprent staff and thank you.
