Experiencia negativa: Not sure how this place got a 4.5. call the local office during office hours and it takes 6 min to get through to a national call center and they are seemingly in a different country and are completely worthless. Could get more help from a Frontier airline agent than these worthless call screeners. if you are on an HOA board, I'd go with another company.

Experiencia negativa: This business is a total disgrace. People out here having to live in this area because they are serving their country and they send them to these bases to have to deal with property management companies such as this one. We have made five phone calls. No one returns phone calls. They want to tell you that they’re gonna put you on a priority list to call you back, but then the callbacks never come. They never supplied us with HOA rules to the property where we’re living and we’re sitting here having to guess everything our vehicle was almost towed because again we don’t have HOA rules and we’re having to sit here and play games with guessing so if you guys are our homeowners and you want to rent and or you have homes that you want HOA companies for please limit yourself to the second best because this one is horrible. There are a bunch of irresponsible individuals sitting behind desks and no one knows nothing.

In January, I called to follow up and learned that it was inadvertently sent to an unknown post office box. I was finally able to communicate with my community manager. – Sharon Tierney – who was able to re-order the coupon booklet and send it to my correct home address. Experiencia negativa: Horrible customer service to residence! I have been trying since August to get my refund from my yard project after sending numerous documents via certified mail and being told they "lost docs" and then calling, emailing and even trying chat support to still be told my refund is "processing" and a manager will call me and still nothing! Waiting for my $500 refund and now I will look into what legal measures to get my refund.... anyone else experiencing this??

Experiencia negativa: Tripoly at Kings Hill association, management Co. First service's residential. My experience w/ FSR has been terrible. I met with our new community manager w/ first services residential today 12/2/2025 concerning yet again another raise of our HOA fees $372.50 per month plus special assessments & the New manager Taylor Sommer or Dean stated work experience as a community manager only for 1 year & no other company. (Very shocking news ) Tripoliy at Kings Hill on the budget for 2024 2025 most of the items on the budget have not been completed or even started but yet for 4 years they raised our association plus special assessments for many years in a role. FSR ignore's your emails and your phone calls. Our community has dead plants all over & in front of my unit dead plants & irrigation problems ☘️ since March 2024 now it's 12/02/25 no action taken to be fixed. They shut the water off & let the plants die when there is an irrigation problem instead of fixing the problem. We are paying for street sweepers I have not seen them in 2 years. I notified FSR no response. We're paying $372.50 a month the only amenities we have here is a guard gate w/ no security guards that's broken 75% of the time 2025. Our HOA is responsible for the outside of the buildings we have exterior shutters throughout the community paint peeling off that is unsightly & 2 units have broken windows facing the street for over 3 years. We have dead plants everywhere, Photo's attached parts of the buildings falling off. trim it's been there for over 8 months laying on the ground. Light fixtures hanging by wires & pool light broken to its side. Unit next to me has oil all over sidewalk in front of their unit & water coming from the walls near there garage major water waste for 7 months finally fixed w/ large fines for water waste. Doggie station hasn't been refilled in years & severely damaged laying on the ground. I asked manager if our HOA meetings could be in person, she said no we like them remote. Cars parked on the sidewalks thru our our association HOA doesn't enforce CC&R'S regulations. The health department closed down the pool 2025 they hired people to resurface the pool & as of 12/2/25 pool still hasn't open this year and nowhere near being done. I haven't seen anyone work on the pool in 2 months. Many of the pet waste dispensers have not been filled in 2 years 1 is laying on the ground. Underneath the gazebo on Kensington Palace the cement is beyond filthy & every post under the gazebo has lipstick and markings all over every post and on the benches there's some kind of spray paint on the bench these are our Association amenities that were paying for and it is not being maintained. Another area of Westbury Square Street there's a dog park area in our association the pets dispenser has been filled 2 years & broken. There's poop everywhere and you can't sit on the bench because the smell of dog poop and there's trash everywhere the Westbury Street & Clarence House St. pet Park. In front of the mailboxes on clearance house there's a washer and a mattress that's been there for a long time no one's doing anything to remove them. The guard gate on Kensington Palace & Commerce non-functioning broken 75% of this year in 2025. Paying $372.50 a month Association per unit 150 units and their excuses oh it's not meant for security they have a duty to maintain and fix non-functioning broken Gates. This is a common area and the governing documents its advertising as gated. They have not replaced any of the plants that died all over the association because they haven't fix the irrigation and the plants die. Photos attached the Westbury Square Street pet Park they haven't fixed irrigation problems, wasting water for months now. I wish I'd never have bought in this Association inexperienced management and excessive HOA fees when I moved in here it was $195 per month HOA fees now it's $372.50 per month ridiculous. Multiple items on the budget have not been started or completed excuse to raise our HOA fees last 4 years plus special assessments.

Tested it out and still didn’t open the gate. I traveled down to our HOA association First Service and the young lady at the desk reset my remote control and now it works perfectly. Experiencia negativa: Impossible to get a hold of anyone in the US. Their phone is outsourced to an overseas call center that work off a script and do not know anything about the individual communities they represent. Emails go unresponsed for months after a request is made in their system.

Everyone at First Service Residential is very attentive to the needs of the community residents. The staff, board members and HOA representatives are simply phenomenal. Nicole is our Community Manager and go-to person and she is simply the best. Extremely helpful and very efficient with time sensitive requests. i know many people have nothing but negative things to say and or negative perceptions of HOA Communities. Experiencia negativa: No notice to let us know the street was being worked on. Both cars towed had to pay 500 each for the lack of communication nothing on the door, mail or in my email. Not only were our cars towed but multiple other people who weren’t notified either in the neighborhood. But always quick to let me know if my rocks look bare in an area that’s really on my neighbors side or that my bush is less than a half inch hanging over my driveway way.

Experiencia negativa: I have asked to speak to a manger/supervised multiple times and I have never received a call back . I received a new debit card and I entered into the auto pay system. To this day I don’t know what went wrong but they were never able to take the funds out. However, I got a confirmation email saying that everything was fine with the set up. I never got another email stating that something was wrong until I received a certified letter from Redrock financial which is a collection agency. Mind you they send me emails all the time for dead plants and activities in the neighborhood but it was quiet on the set about my debt. The 500 dollars I owed turned into 1028.00 due to being sent to collections. This is a scam I want everyone to be aware of. If you don’t have a lawyer or the time and money to fix this they walk away with easy money. Do not trust autopay or these people. Trying to scam people in this economy is diabolical.

Experiencia negativa: I would leave no stars if I could. I don't normally leave reviews that are bad, but this place sucks. I pay a huge monthly fee and get nothing in return. I can't get a response from anyone that works here. They have an answering service, my money well spent, so that they don't have to speak with the residents they are supposed to service. I can't believe a business is run this horribly. I got a response for my home project 31 days late. I called and emailed them several times to get updates, but it still took them 31 days past their written review time, of 60 days. That is unacceptable. Just horrible worthless people, taking our money and giving nothing in return. I believe it's called racketeering. good luck to anyone that has to deal with First Service Residential. I think most of the reviews that are good must be from employees or their family.

Experiencia negativa: After removing shrubs from my backyard in full compliance with HOA rules, I submitted clear photos multiple times over a month ago to support the return of my $1,000 deposit. Instead of resolving, their management continues to stall, citing irrelevant or outdated excuses about plant placement from months earlier. Despite my repeated evidence, the Portfolio Community Manager, BREANA MITCHELL, responded dismissively, refusing to engage with any facts I provided and effectively holding my money hostage. When I warned that I would file a formal complaint with the Nevada Real Estate Division, their response was a vague “do as you will,” a clear indication of their unwillingness to act professionally or transparently. This experience reveals a pattern of poor communication and an apparent willingness to withhold funds unjustly. I strongly caution anyone dealing with this HOA to document every interaction and be prepared for frustrating delays and excuses.

The new management team, especially Kellie Holt, has truly revitalized the environment here. After struggling to make sense of my account when it was switched from another HOA to first residential, I found no one who would try to listen and understand my dilemma. When Brianna looked at the file and the accounting she immediately realized what has happened and worked with me to correct it. I have never had such exceptional customer service. Being a senior and in the middle of some health struggles, I was not prepared to do this on my own. This issue had been a point of contention for four long months, with board members disagreeing on the recommendations. Nicole was the only one who recognized the unfairness of the situation and took it upon herself to advocate for a resolution. Thanks to her persistent efforts, we were able to finally resolve this matter. In addition to her advocacy, Nicole has always been incredibly responsive to my inquiries. Whenever I have a question, she replies promptly and maintains a polite demeanor. Most of my communication in that time frame was with Brianna Linton. She was always helpful, courteous, and professional. Most recently after my own home purchase, Brianna had sent out an email unaware that I no longer resided at the property. I asked that she please remove me from the mailing list. She promptly responded and honored my request. She did not have to do that. She could have just ignored it. Thank you Brianna!

Experiencia fantástica: I just had the best interaction with my neighborhood's assistant at FirstService Residential, Brianna. First of all, my interactions crossed over the holiday and she STILL responded immediately upon return to the office. My gate code stopped working and she helped get that resolved quickly and effortlessly on my side. A simple attached form to fill out and return as an attachment allowed me to enjoy my family while also regaining access for friends and family to visit through the gate! She definitely knows her stuff! Regarding my overall experience with FirstService Residential: always pleased. I haven't stopped in at the new location, but it looks to be easily accessible, and at the previous location all interactions onsite were met with smiley professionalism. Experiencia negativa: This hoa is absolutely horrible. Dealing with them is a nightmare. It took them MONTHS to deal with black mold that was in a sprinkler room that was on the side of our building. Not to mention that the water was leaking into our garage and causing damage to our wall. This company needs to be investigated because they keep raising the monthly dues and little has been done to fix things in the community. Our gate is constantly having issues. We’ve had graffiti on the walls. People have broken into our mail boxes. Others have come into our community pool and thrown chairs in the pool. The hot tub was dirty during the summer, it smelled like urine. The abuse of power they have when it comes to YOUR home. So many issues and little resolutions.

- Parking Permits: Unfortunately, as you are not listed on the account and do not have a lease, we are unable to provide the requested parking permits. We have reached out to the homeowner for authorization but have not received a response.
- Leak Issue: Once we became aware of the issue, remediation efforts were promptly initiated. We have connected the vendor with both you and the homeowner to schedule the necessary access for repairs.
- Dues and Assessments: The community’s reserve funds are underfunded, necessitating a special assessment. The community’s monthly expenses currently exceed the budget, which has contributed to these challenges.
- Community Appearance: We recognize the need for improvements, but limited funds prevent the necessary updates at this time.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work within these constraints to address these concerns.

Experiencia fantástica: HOA property managers have always had this reputation where folks would rather have a root canal rather than work with them. The opposite is true for First Residential which manages the Estates here in the Northwest. I have been retired here for years and every interaction I have had from weeds to other issues, have always been professional. It all boils down to the people working within these organizations and an exemplary example is Brianna Linton at First Residential. Experiencia fantástica: I just wanted to share a positive and favorable experience I had with an employee at First Service Aliante, Suzanne Williams. I was responding to an HOA violation on my property through email, and requested a follow up confirmation that it had been received, to elevate any future or potential issues. I really doubted I would receive any response, but Suzanne not only responded immediately that my email had been received but that also the case was closed. Experiencia fantástica: Our HOA manager, Kellie Holt, has been a wealth of knowledge for this HOA resident. She was able to fix a problem programming my out of state phone number to work with our security gates, which I had reported and that others had worked on with no success for a couple of months. Just a few minutes after speaking to Kellie, she jumped right in and the problem was fixed. I also spoke to Kellie about an unrelated issue today, and she gave me some good (and reassuring) information regarding my situation. Kellie definitely knows what she is doing, and she is friendly and easy to reach out to. I hope she continues in this role, as both her knowledge and her attitude are a huge benefit to our community….Update:10/15/2024..We were recently asked to correct the fading color of our home by our HOA, First Service Residential. We reached out to Tina Harris, who worked with her team to address our questions and to give us a bit of extra time to get the painting project completed, as we needed a few painting company quotes, and because the scheduling dates are a bit delayed during the fall season, as this is a busy time of the year for painting. Tina answered any questions we had in a friendly matter, and she was flexible in making us feel non pressured as we waited for different quotes and color codes. It all worked out well, and the freshly painted house looks great! Thank you, Tina! We appreciate your help, and we were happy with the whole process.

Experiencia fantástica: I enjoy working with Elizabeth and Alma at First Service Residential. They have been responsive and have helped our Board out with our many questions. I find them very good to work with. When we ask questions they get right back to us and their software is wonderful so use.

Experiencia fantástica: We here at Tapestry of Town Center have only been with FSR for a short time, but in that time Our team with FSR has been great. We are a very large community and it takes patience and good listening skills to handle us. Elizabeth and Alma have and do just that. We are very happy and satisfied with the service Elizabeth and her team provides us. We left a management company, who our community has had a relationship with for over 10 years, because their lack luster service was horrible and they failed us on every level. So we searched and found First Service Residential. They are very professional and usually have a quick response to our questions. Being President of our HOA, I know it is my responsibility to take care of my/our community and find vendors that can handle our needs. FSR does just that. We appreciate their knowledge and expertise and feel confident that they are able to provide us with quality service.

Experiencia negativa: Please be aware of this company. They are quick to take your money and do absolutely nothing for our community. Pictures to show that they have allowed our community go down hill regardless of taking direction of the board, FSR still has a duty as a company to be held liable for their responsibility to follow the laws. Do yourself a favor and Stay away!

Experiencia fantástica: I would like to praise Patti Franklin for her assistance in a HOA related matter. She responded immediately to an issue I was dealing with and then assisted me in identifying the process needed to resolve the issue. Patti demonstrated excellent communication skills as was persistent in getting the issue resolved.

Experiencia fantástica: A lot of times people in property management people just see a “tenant” and not an actual person, sometimes with challenges of their own. There is a small issue with painting an area of our home. Not a huge job, but a chore nonetheless. My husband is a disabled veteran with back issues and in lots of pain. I explained the situation and asked that we be given a few extra days to complete the task. He can only work for so many hours before needing to stop and rest. Zaira Hernandez heard our situation and acted kindly toward us. She sent me the information on paint colors the very next day after I asked for them to make it easy for us. She then granted us the extra time we needed to finish. She did not just treat us as “just another tenant”, but as real people with real issues. Her kindness will not go unforgotten or unappreciated! Thank you Ms. Hernandez!
