Experiencia fantástica: Noelle was recommended by my cousin, who had great success with her. My mother's condo in Rochester had to be sold. I live in Minnetonka and needed a realtor to handle everything. From our first meeting, Noelle provided the market value and showed comparable listings. Her pricing strategy drove many showings. I was provided the date of each showing and their feedback. Within a short time, we had an offer, no inspection and pay closing costs. We countered and they accepted. The closing company was in the building. Due to all the preparation work prior to our trip to Rochester, it took 20 minutes to understand the sale and sign the documents. Noelle handled everything. Jeff worked with my family for months helping us find the perfect home, he was so patient and kind, and always available to us when we had any questions or wanted to look at homes. My husband works all week so Jeff was available to show us homes on Sundays, when most people have off and are enjoying their weekend, Jeff was accommodating to my family to show us homes all Sunday afternoons. We found our perfect home and Jeff still has reached out to check on us to see how we are settling in. He defiantly has shown he cares about us and that we weren't just a sale to him. He's great at his job and he's a great person overall. The only part that is a little sad about finding the perfect home through Jeff is now we wont be spending our Sunday afternoon's together. We could not have asked for a better realtor to work with. In this crazy market, as foreigners first buyers, we were feeling quite insecure. Elizabeth were impeccable in the whole process. Luckily, I was able to get Andrew Norrie as my realtor. He explained every step of the process to me, and let me know the pros and cons to each property. He also was well versed in the area and knew what to look for in a house, and knew what I was looking for as well. He also was very responsive answering all my questions and helped me see properties as soon as possible. He really made my first time home buying process as least stressful as possible!
