She remembered all my questions and concerns, found the answers to them, and communicated them to me in a timely manner. She was very responsive. We had daily calls and in each call she had found answers to all of my previous questions. She had a friendly and approachable personality which helps a lot as a buyer’s agent because oftentimes you have questions that the seller is not obligated to answer but if they feel comfortable with you they will answer. With respect to the actual search, all the properties she showed me were in line with my criteria and I ended up purchasing one of them (my current home). She quickly learned my preferences and adjusted all the showings accordingly. She is very knowledgeable. While seeing properties she provided a lot of useful market stats and facts and estimates about upgrades and fixes. She was very honest in pointing out potential issues with properties but she was also very honest in pointing the positives, so she provided a good balanced picture of each property. Her presence when seeing properties was extremely valuable. She’s also a great negotiator. She actually managed to negotiate in my favor beyond what I actually expected while being realistic; so I was really happy with that. Although I worked mainly with Taylor, I interacted with the entire Colucci team throughout the process. They are all great! They made the whole process enjoyable, clear, and smooth. They are really organized and everything they do is methodical and systematic so you know nothing is left out. Another thing I found extremely helpful with this firm is their network. From plumbers to home inspectors to mortgage brokers to insurance agents, etc, they have them all in their network. I ended up using all their recommendations and they all have been A+ experiences.
