He let us know when to walk away from any risky houses when we were looking to buy our home. He also saved us alot of money and was honest about any homes that were overpriced. He helped us find renters for the 6 months remaining on our rental when we bought our house, as his company handles rentals too. He also responded right away, every time we reached out to him with a question or to set up a showing. We will be using Dan for all our real estate needs in the future.

11 months ago Experiencia fantástica: I moved into Michigan from Texas for work on a fairly short time frame (a month). Dan and team worked very quickly and efficiently to communicate needs between me (buyer) and the seller. From start to close, took less than 3 weeks. My remote needs were accomodated with Dan doing live video tour, and most of the closing docs could be e-signed as well. Very friendly, didn't even feel like I had to do any work to get a place that fits!

He even negotiated a deal in which we could rent it from the owners until our new home was completed so that we did not have to move twice. I would highly recommend him!

He helped us narrow down neighborhoods, fine tune what was important to us and was very patient when we contacted him about various listings. He even went to an open house for us and showed us live video of the house we ended up buying. He has also followed up with us since we moved in.
