Cornerstone was the property management company for the condo building in Gainesville where I owned a property. Todd and his team were always very responsive if it was a building issue, question or help finding local contractors. I also worked with Cornerstone and Jamie for a weekend rental property. Jamie was great to work with and very responsive. When I reached out she would respond within minutes. The house we rented for graduation weekend was close to campus, clean and provided all the amenities needed for a home away from home.

In my Valid opinion, Corner Stone is the verb of managing these apartments/homes, Since day, one, the previous management after a storm, but tree fell on my roof. I notified the previous management as usual they said they would take care of it and as usual, it did not. Of Corner Stone being the verb of true valid management took care of Eco’s Responsibilities. Corner Stone is the verb of management and its own responsibilities. Well done!

Efficient time-management skills, saving the Association both effort and money via advances in technology outreach. Almost always, it is found that she has already performed responsibilities, without a reminder; followed-up and -through. At times, it seems she is everywhere: on-site, in the office, 24/7 - putting out "fires" before they start. Takes initiative, when necessary. As I am a board member (and prior president), I have found her legal knowledge, integrity, and advice reliable, without question. She is professional in her conduct of meetings, thoroughly prepared -- and an excellent letter-writer, grammarian, providing just the right tone required to communicate what needs to be said and done. Homeowners, as well, have only the highest compliments and gratitude for the recent change in management, due to Ms. Ramirez taking the helm.
