Experiencia negativa: RE. my house for sale; My realtor didn't even post signs, saying the traffic was so light out here! He was discouraging, saying that people don't care to live in my area, which is not true. The contract he sent me to sign had the wrong address, which I had to correct! The washer and dryer would not come with the house I told him, yet he forgot and the buyer got more money out of me. I tried to drop him but couldn't. He certainly wasn't worth his commission!

I used a individual from this realtors agency, and it turned out to be one of the most stressful times in my life. You could have got better service from a Walmart associate than from the realtor I chose from this agency. Marion was untimely, she could not get legal documents back without forcing her to send them some of which I still haven't received. Very unprofessional. She wouldn't respond to phone calls, instead she would respond with text hours later, with none of the information you requested. I would absolutely recommend staying away from using Marion for any buying/selling transactions.

She stated on top of the sellers and sellers agent for responses. The down side of my experience was that I did not feel like she was truely my agent. She tended to always want to be a mediator even though I would tell her what "I want" as I am purchasing the property. I missed out on the true property that I wanted due to this. I asked her to submit my purchase price at a higher amount because of how much I loved that property. She did not accept my choice and I miss out on the property because someone out bid us. There were many more complications with the purchasing of my property and I will say it was not an enjoyable process. She always tired to side with the seller and the sellers wishes. I am just happy it is over and I have a decent property.

Experiencia fantástica: Donovaun Horne was absolutely delightful to work with. I had a home in northwest Gainesville I have owned for 29 years. Some personal and professional changes in my life made me decide that all good things must come to and end. I met with Donovaun this summer and we had a great conversation. I needed some time to make improvements in the home before it went to market. However I am definitely not good with design. Donovaun was very patient and willing to take 3 months getting the house prepared for market. He helped me find painters. Pick out colors. Find carpet people. Pick out colors. We talked awhile about granite countertops and backsplash. After some deliberation we decided to go for it. The end product was amazing. He even went to Lowe’s with me and helped pick out ceiling fans and found a handyman to take care of much needed repairs. After the home went on the market he was amazing helping navigate the sale. There were a few unexpected twists from some unreasonable buyers, however it all ended well with a bid and contract over listing price I cannot begin to say enough about Donovaun. His professional work is the best I have ever encountered. Time and time again he went the extra mile for me. Much of the work was done while I was out of state and he acted as my eyes. If I ever come back to Florida I would make my first call to him. He’s amazing!!!
