Prior to 2018, we used over a dozen different realtors with varying degrees of success. Steve is a consummate professional while also being very pragmatic in our strategic decision of when and how to list properties, what pricing to use, etc. As a local, Steve knows this market really well and has literally never-been-wrong about a sales/purchase decision. I will not use anyone else to buy or sell properties in Rochester. Selling properties involves dealing with tenants (not always a fun or easy process) and Steve always delivers. Steve is cautious in our purchases as well – which is not a quality found in many brokers.
