Experiencia negativa: Initially the process was fine. He hooked us up with a lender who had fair lending rates. Things moved quickly. However, he set us up with an inspector who wasn’t thorough. Jordan at NW inspect. Only two years after I bought this home, it needs a whole new roof. Nothing was ever mentioned about needing replaced OR repaired ANYTIME soon. Nothing about there being an old layer with another OLD layer on top of it. Roof is leaking into kitchen and I need ton of water mitigation it’s been happening for over a year under the surface! SMH When I called Peter about the inspection not being done properly he was kind enough to speak with me but in the end he said “it is what it is” not cool at all. IMO I’m a single first time homeowner and I feel taken advantage of. Maybe they work together to get homes sold quickly? I highly doubt I’m the only homeowner who didn’t have a good experience with Peter’s resources.

Experiencia fantástica: Are you selling a home? Want max price for it and not waste too much $ trying to get it ready? And sell quick? Peter is 'the man'! I do reviews only for those I would trust to do business with again and want my best friend/family to use; Peter is one of those references. Seriously, he saved me a lot of time and money by counseling me on what I should do to the home to get it ready to market, and he got us full asking pricing and sold less than 30 days. If you're thinking, 'he priced it too low', I was concerned about it, however he knew what to price to turn it quickly. I would have paid another (portion) month and just love the fact I don't have to mess with it any longer. How did he do it? Significant digital strategy, great connections (we did stage the home - best strategy ever), and very candid/straight-forward/rapid comms.

Experiencia fantástica: I interviewed several realtors and met Peter accidentally via a call through Zillow. After 10 minutes of talking to Peter I had decided he was going to be our agent. It was very clear that Peter had an invaluable wealth of knowledge that surpassed that of the average agent. He has taken the time to learn the particular style and history of each local builder and has personal experience in remodeling homes. When walking new build properties Peter could describe all materials used and point out desirable vs not desirable choices the builder had made. Conversely Peter helped me estimate potential remodel costs in older homes. He was incredibly patient as I viewed what could be described as an obnoxious number of homes, cranky toddlers in tow, to determine exactly what I wanted. Peter confidently walked us through first time home buying and made the whole process as stress free as possible. When THE home hit the market Peter had us in for two showings and an offer submitted before 9 pm.
