Experiencia negativa: Spokane Washington: I had a great experience with Brandon Stebbins, who sold me my house, while working with the Top Agent Team. The company promised me a catered housewarming party and we settled on a date after renovations I am having done to the house are complete. After contacting Top Agent to verify the date, I am told that because Brandon has left their company, I will not get the housewarming party. I believe this is a very poor business practice since it was promised to me, and the company made money off of the purchase of my home. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Mark gave us pointers on what to fix, what colors to paint, and what would look better in selling the place. Yes, we were so upset we wanted to sell. We took Mark's advice and we sold it breaking even 9 months later. Mark handled everything like a pro and I am very thankful we found him.

First off we arrived and was instantly greeted we met with Haley and another gentleman I can't remember his name. they where very nice and didn't think down on us because of our income level they talked to us like normal HUMANS. they where straight forward on what we needed to do to get to our goal of home ownership and the steps we needed to take and thay where more than happy to answer any questions we had.

Experiencia fantástica: Aldo was very honest with me when touring homes. He was also able to get private tours of each home with reasonable restrictions (masks, social distancing, etc). Even in the toughest market, he was able to get us a forever home with all the amenities we were looking for. We thought we might have to settle for something less - but he proved us wrong. And, he made the closing process very easy - and worked with the title company and the lender to help us understand each step. I would recommend Aldo and the Top Agent team to anyone looking for a new home.

Experiencia positiva: I was doing an out of state move. I was unable to go visit houses and had to rely on what my Relator showed me through the website. I attempted to contact the Relator multiple times through email and text messaging about hiccups within the buying process and they were very slow to replay. There were many issues with the closing that could have been prevented has additional information been provided to us. In my honestly they should not have gotten the commission of the sell as I did most of the paperwork, contacting myself. We had a much better home buying process I’m Idaho.

During the home inspection, one of the things that needed to be repaired was the toilet seal needed to be replaced in one of the bathrooms. The lady I was buying the house from was not a handyman type of person to fix it. So Laura made arrangements for her husband to come out and do the job. Also, I have never had an agent give me a house warming present before. She surprised me with a gift basket full of all kinds of presents for my house. Experiencia negativa: I was underwhelmed with the service I received. The communication was minimal, and often started on my end. Meanwhile my friend was telling me that he was speaking with his agent almost every day. After the house closed, my agent said he’d come pick the keys up to hand them off to the buyer. I haven’t heard from him since, and I ended up taking the buyer the keys myself. I feel like my realtor did the bare minimum to get the place sold, but... it is sold. Therefore, I give two stars instead of one.

He is also polite, easygoing, sweet and good with kids (very patient and friendly.) We live in CA, so we were unsure how the house hunting would be. The housing market right now is unbelievably competitive, which made us feel impossible to buy a house we want.
