They seem to love their work and carry out their duties both competently and enthusiastically. Who knew buying a home could be made so easy even 1,200 miles away! We first spoke to Elise early in our timeline, we were committed to Spokane, but we didn’t know the area. We scheduled a trip to Spokane and Elise helped us out by explaining the pros and cons to all the different areas and showed us several houses while in town. Aaron priced the house more than $30k over other realtors' suggested sale price. The actual sold price of the house was even higher. Aaron and his team did a phenomenal job to get the house ready. Due to the fact that we had moved out of the city. It could be a nightmare to arrange for junk removal, equipment replacement, inspections and repairs for the sale. Aaron and Krista Farr were highly recommended to us by our daughter (a Farr Group client). No surprise, our daughter’s recommendation was spot on! From the day 1 search to close was just a couple days over a month, and only required two trips to Spokane from western Washington. We found a great home under construction on Five Mile that was just a month from completion – Aaron helped us work with the builder (DL Homes – shout out to Dave Largent) to make a few modifications to the final product, which was huge for us. When we faced a potential issue on our concern about the concrete work, Aaron provided a great referral to a local structural engineer and made the connection so I could get an expert to inspect and comment on a particular issue within a couple of days to ease my concerns. Krista made a special trip to the property to prepare a narrated video walk through of the home to help us get a better visual of the interior space. Aaron also came through with referrals to other local professionals for the overall home inspection, electrical work, window blinds, and general carpentry / finish work.
