Experiencia negativa: I wish I had the option of 0 stars! Updated.... it has now been 4 1/2 months! No response or resolution. This company is a joke! I guess court is the next step. It has been 3 months since I moved out and I have not received my deposit refund. I called and left messages but nobody returned my calls. I was told via text almost a month ago the the check was being processed but still have not received anything. The new property I moved out of was in the process of being sold and there was no communication to the residents. Thankfully I moved because I was purchasing a home and will no longer have to deal with property management.

Experiencia negativa: Ive been with 4 degrees for almost 6 years. They use to be decent. Now the greed has taken over. This company has become so unprofessional its insane. They gave me a 14 day notice over being late 200 dollars for a few days. This month rent was paid in full on time and they sent me another 14 day notice saying I never paid. They drop these notices on your door on a Friday while youre at work then they dont answer the phone or resolve the problem leaving you to dwell on it. Even after you show proof of payment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Experiencia negativa: Since 4 Degrees took over management of my apartment complex, communication has been nonexistent. For the past three weeks, I have called every weekday, sent multiple emails, and left voicemails—and have never received a single reply. When I re-signed my lease under the previous management, my contract stated I would receive a gift card after 30 days of moving in. Since 4 Degrees took over, I’ve tried every way possible to get in touch about this—calls, emails, voicemails—and have been completely ignored. If this is how they handle a simple lease obligation, I can’t imagine how they handle urgent maintenance or tenant concerns. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience.

Experiencia negativa: Couldn’t even contact the landlord or anybody the whole year I lived there. They left notes on my door every other week and months saying they’re gonna come and fix things and check things out never did but left a notice on my door saying I breached the lease for having a my sister‘s dog for two hours while my neighbors all around me have dogs barking constantly all night and day. Nothing was ever fixed or clean before moving in and it still hasn’t been fixed. Hopefully today’s the day they answer a call or tell the truth about coming and fixing things around the apartment. Good thing I got help with this place I would not have paid the rent any longer if it wasn’t for them.

Experiencia negativa: 10 out of 10 do not recommend at least not Angie Davis, I contacted her to have her help me purchase a house and it seemed like she was working more for the person that sold it to me. I hired an inspector and we did several requests to repair and the inspector said they would reinspect for free to make sure they repaired the hot water heater/ breakers/light fixtures/ gutters cleaned and re-hung etc. She did not contact the inspector to reinspect nor did she do a final walk through and claimed everything was fixed. After signing the papers I went to the property to discover a full human size hole in my roof none of the other items repaired except the water heater which was installed without safety pan underneath also a wire that was under the house prevented the inspector from accessing that part of the foundation which ended up being totally rotten and completely needing replaced so let's just say I got much more then a fixer upper and she suggested I offer full price when I wanted to offer much less, so again working for the seller. When confronted she was extremely defensive and acted like she did everything she could to help me but she did not, she made a qwik and easy $6000.00+ and didn't deserve a single penny.

Experiencia fantástica: edit: with my first maintinence emergency, a broken window, i was responded to in 32 minutes after submitting an online form. my concerns were taken seriously, and work began right away to fix this. as a person with children in the home, it was a relief to not have to stress about this. I honestly had a great time with 4 degrees so far. not only did they get us reviewed and responded to quickly, they really worked to get us in. the maintenance team is prompt and professional, they have done good work to sure up various things we brought to attention. their customer service is honestly great, shout out to A and M for putting up with me while I was hangry, exhausted, and not my better self. i'm not gonna say there were no issues, but that's life. 5 stars for the resolution of those various problems, and great management.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had an excellent experience staying at the View west apartments, one of the properties managed by 4 degrees. Our property manager Adam has been quick to respond and resolve anything I have needed during my time here. The building has some of the best views of downtown. The property is well maintained and there is a sense of community among the neighbors.

Cody has been helping fix all of the issues that have been discovered since we moved in 2 weeks ago. He has been friendly, up front, informative and quick to fix all of the requests we have put in. He is really great with pets too! Glad we have such a helpful person to assist us in make sure our new rental is running smoothly!

Experiencia negativa: They are propery mangerment of 3125 e Carlisle Ave. They are slum property management. Nothing gets fixed, 1 washer and dryer for 7 units, bums dig through the trash, the mailbox is a joke, the maintenance crew is a joke, winter good luck leaving when snow hits. They don't plow. They do have person who sprays for bugs if that's what you want to call it and lawn care is a joke. I can't wait to get the hell out of here. Don't get me started about no parking they don't enforce it at all. Getting in and out off the parking lot is a joke. Worse place to build apartments. $1,300 for 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. No AC lighting in livingroom is a joke. Seriously stay away from this dumpster fire of apartments.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had a wonderful experience renting from this company they have been very helpful and considerate, I am currently in my second lease in a new location that is much larger and nicer then the previous (and the first one was just as beautiful and very affordable) they do a wonderful job with communication, they are very understanding as well as quick to fix any issues whether they are issues I have reported such as lights out causing unsavory activity, or if it's maintenance that is scheduled for regular repair they are very courteous give plenty of notice and make sure that every accommodation is covered. This is the best company that I have ever rented from, the best home I have ever lived in and it is all because of 4 degrees. I have had zero issues living in this new townhouse. All of the neighbors are wonderful it's in a great location and it is beautifully updated and modern inside and out. With updated appliances dark wood floors beautiful white marble countertops and stainless steel appliances with a glass top stove, not only does it have all of that but it also has in unit laundry, a personal back patio, designated parking spot and a covered entryway. This rental company did (and still does) everything possible to make sure that I got the home that I wanted, regardless of what we had to do to make it work I was able to not only get out of my previous unit slightly early with no fees and full deposit returned, I also was able to move in on my birthday at the new unit while still having an extra 5 days to clean and vacate the first apartment. The first apartment was updated, and it was well-maintained and came with many extras. There was no extra cost, such as a garage with assigned parking gated Courtyard personal locking storage room and communal laundry. The only thing I did have was with an individual neighbor on the opposite end of the building she for some reason did not like me and made constant complaints to the owner (so she said) and I contacted the rental company they told me they had no complaints except for one that I had addressed before the the complaint was ever made as I had addressed my own complaint regarding this situation. The response I got from 4 degrees was wonderful they were very considerate they listen to what I had to say and they suggested that I take pictures and document any interactions and video any conversations with this neighbor, and to let them know. This was one of the reasons that they worked so hard to get me into the townhouse that I so desperately wanted. I do plan on renewing my lease here as long as possible and I would love to move up to something even better with this company when financially able. But until then I am incredibly satisfied and I love my home the pricing is reasonable the grounds are maintained and everything is as it should be as well as having very great Neighbors. Everybody is considerate and keeps to themselves but at the same time are very friendly and courteous in passing. Overall, I will recommend to anybody looking for a nice home at a reasonable price to look into 4 degrees as an option for rental or purchase.

Experiencia fantástica: Just moved in January 3rd and had the most amazing experience. My sister lived in the building before I moved in and she put me in touch with Adam when I was thinking about moving to Spokane. He was super knowledgeable and kind. Was always on the ball whenever I had any questions and the moment units came available he reached out to let me know. The building is nice, the neighbors are super friendly and the outside patio area is a wonderful spot to grill, hangout w friends, and has a pad just for pets. Overall an amazing experience.

Experiencia negativa: Homeowners seeking property management beware! This company got us tenants for our rental property who stopped paying rent. The company did nothing to take action against the tenants or try to get them to pay rent or their electricity/water bills. We later found out that the tenants happened to be relatives of the company's owner, Joel Tampien, who also owns Parkfit Gym and Brickwest Brewery. We could never contact them until we stated we would take legal action, which is when we started getting responses on the situation. We always felt like the property manager was working against us the entire year and a half, and now we know why.

Experiencia positiva: Went kind of okay (if you don't mind the occassional lack of contact or routine upkeep(not well kept)) all the way until we were months away to moving out. We had to get an attorney just to get a response back from them. That's how bad things got. Worst management company ever. Extremely unprofessional in all manners of a management company. They do not care who is renting the unit(s) or if someone is on the lease! As long as $ is coming in. If you want prompt responses get an attorney, if not don't even bother trying to get a hold of them. Especially if you have an issue... As the issue progressed they reached out and have been trying to fix it. But at the very least they are trying to reassure us as well as fix the issues we are having as tenants. It's nice they have reached out as well as tried to reassure they are trying to fix the issue.

Experiencia fantástica: From the very 1st visit, EVERYONE has been so kind. We had a few problems in the beginning, with our unit. Alyssa, EZ, & April worked hard to fix the problems. The communication with management & ourselves has been so AMAZING, compared to the last place we stayed. It is a new place and it does take time to work out the kinks. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been at the Roxy for about 3 months and it’s managed by 4 degrees . The management team(Jodie is who I primarily speak with) has been very responsive and things are great! Another huge part of it is Adam who took over as the maintenance guy here... He’s always keeping everything looking good , fixing any issue that comes up in a very quick fashion, keeping the floor carpets clean and smelling fresh + every time I walk by he’s always very friendly and asks how things are going. 5 star from me this company has been great.

Experiencia fantástica: Cody was amazing! Really kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me what the problem was, and walked through how he planned to fix it. Double points for that since I’m a woman and handy men usually don’t take the time to explain things to me to where I understand them. So I really appreciated that Cody did that. He fixed our guest bathroom toilet and our leaking roof himself! He even offered to come back in a clean up some insulation from the attic after he fixed the leak in our roof. I’ll be requesting Cody anytime we have any maintenance requests from now on. :)

Experiencia negativa: STILL THE WORST-Any homeowner if you consider renting out your home don’t use this company, they don’t care what happens to your property as long as they get paid! They are the worst!! they allow tenets to trash owners home, and get away with not paying rent, they never return. calls to home owners in a timely manner! They charge the homeowner for inspections, which they should be doing as part of their services without further charging the homeowner! They don’t monitor the homes to make sure they are in the condition that they were when it was initially rented! DON’T USE THESE GUYS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF

Experiencia fantástica: I had multiple leaks from the supplier line and the faucet in my bathroom. They were able to get someone (Katelyn, Kaitlin, Caitlyn, idk the spelling) out within 24 and she fixed the issue within 30 minutes. My cat supervised her for good measure, Eliza approves as well.

Experiencia fantástica: Ashley was the perfect real estate agent. She sold our home in North Spokane quickly and got us more than we expected!!! She represented us when we bought our new build in Trutina 55+ community. Ashley was always available for any questions or concerns plus she always had our best interest at heart unlike some agents we have encountered over our home buying experiences. We loved how she was a friendly resource and advisor but would go to bat for us when we needed something negotiated. She was there at every meeting and with new builds, there are quite a few. Just a great agent with a wonderful family we got to hear heartwarming stores about. We feel like Ashley will always be there for us, even after closing. Highly Recommend! So thankful we got to buy our forever home with Ashley!!

Experiencia negativa: Impossible to reach someone by phone. Always goes to voicemail and you either get an email or a text response, never a live person! I rented from them for 2 years and when they sent the deposit return check they made it out to all tenants, one of which didn’t even live there when the deposit was paid. I was the one who paid the deposit and it’s clearly noted on the ledger. Just another way for them to hold your money and my bank won’t even cash the check. Hopefully this negative review will get a response from a live person rather than an email or text.

Experiencia negativa: Incredibly negligent company. Two huge windows fell out of this building onto the sidewalk on two separate occasions- it's a pretty new building- Parkview West Apartments. They could have killed people walking by, if I had been 1 minute sooner, it would have fallen on me. I contacted the owner, Jeremy Tampien, to see if he was aware, but he blew me off and didn't seem to care about the incredibly unsafe conditions of this building that he owns. The manager I spoke with-Tawna- was rude and unprofessional regarding the situation. The apartments look really nice on the inside, but are made very poorly. The (brand new) washer's seal broke a few months in, was not fixed (after almost two years.) A cabinet door in the kitchen broke off- never fixed. The dishwasher was leaking and ruining the floors and still hadn’t been fixed. We have since moved out.

Experiencia fantástica: Katlynn was amazing! Less than 24 hours after I put in the work order she was here and replaced one carbon monoxide detector and then added a second in an another location. She was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Looking at the location of the old detector, she realized that it was no longer to code and corrected that.

Experiencia fantástica: We only had two weeks until classes started for our son entering law school. We left messages with many properties but it was Jamie at 4 Degrees Real Estate who responded immediately. She assured us she could expedite the process and get us moved in on our tight timeline. She introduced us to Tawna who manages the Roxy on Wall St. Tawna truly went above and beyond to answer our questions, coordinate our stay as we moved our son in, and get us settled within our extremely short timeframe. I can’t say enough about the hospitality, trustworthiness and clearly defined contracts. Tawna made sure there were no surprises and no hidden fees or costs. We knew exactly what was included and what wasn’t. She even answered texts and sent info after hours as needed. We just had to share our experience. Companies like this deserve recognition.

Experiencia negativa: 4 Degrees has got the have the worst property management in Spokane. It's so bad I wouldn't even trust one of their realtors to do right by me if I was searching for a house to buy. I was so excited to move into the new Perrine Court building because it was brand new and I thought it would be a great place to live. Their leases are more like loose suggestions instead of rules. This place has become absolutely TRASHED in 2 years simply because there is no enforcement of rules and we've had a series of apartment managers that don't care about anything. Trash everywhere, dog pee and poop everywhere, everyone smoking on their balconies and in entryways, broken down cars taking up parking spots, open drug use on the grounds, and they just find ways to add more fees instead of making things better. Pretty sure my neighbors are engaging in animal abuse, human trafficking, and drug sales. But no one cares!

Experiencia negativa: Horrible! Zero response when needed, did not have property snow plowed once over the winter, I couldn't even park at my rental. Horribly rude customer service when trying to cash my deposit that they made out to all three roommates. We are in college and live in other states and although they took our deposits all separately they would not even listen to our unique circumstance. The front desk women were rude, interruptive, belittling and lacked even the slightest bit of customer care or concern. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely terrible experience. Rented an apartment for a year at Parkview West Towers. Multiple appliances have not worked since the day I moved in. Zero communication with the building manager or maintenance despite multiple requests. I have moved out a month ago and am still recieving rent bills and have not received any of my security deposit back. Extremly infuriating. Have spoken to several other residents that are leaving the building due to the same issues.

Experiencia positiva: We have been tenants with 4 Degrees for five years; while they've increased rent like most places, the staff for our complex have been top notch. Under Nicole's management, the best interest of tenants is made top priority in approaching whatever is going on. Maintenance is quick, emergencies get handled and the staff is welcoming to anything else a resident might need. We got lucky!

Experiencia negativa: The worst service ever. We haven't had a working dishwasher for months. We've left literally countless voicemails, texts and maintenance requests. They will make appointments to come fix the dishwasher and then not show up. It's so bad, I really don't recommend living here. You'd think if we have to endure domestic violence and public nudity outside our window we could at least have a working dishwasher, but no.

Experiencia negativa: In terms of managing rentals, this has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I have lived all over the world (including third world countries) and the service of management would be ranked at the very bottom. They will never call you back, horrible at communication, and will never follow through on what they say they will do. We have not had a dishwasher for 1/4th of the year and they still are not doing anything about it. I would suggest staying away or be prepared to be sorely disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: Natalie is hands down the BEST realtor I have ever worked with! She helped my husband and I find our second home this past January of 2022 and she was always available to answer any questions we had! She is the most responsive person ever (which is amazing when you’re a very anxious house buyer) and she is very knowledgeable in this industry! Most importantly though: she wasn’t just a typical realtor who wants to quickly make a commission off of buyers-she was a friend throughout the entire process and actually cared about how we felt and what we wanted and she never pressured us in any way to rush into buying a home. Experiencia negativa: UPDATE: My credit card company issued a FRAUD REIMBURSEMENT for the charge. The rental side of this company is a SCAM. I filled out a rental application and wound up moving into a different apartment. Right when my lease came through I got an email from a rental portal to set up my account as well. I did that and paid for renters insurance and the rent for the remainder of the month. Turns out it was for this Four Degrees property that I had never even seen in person so I had to get a refund from the renters insurance people for $170 and the $150 I was charged from Four Degrees has yet to be refunded. It's lucky I took a screenshot of the charge because they deactivated the account and with that, the confirmation number of the charge I accidentally paid for. Seems like a scam to me and I've only heard horrible things from other renters as well. I'm just glad I dodged this bullet for the most part.

I have tried to call multiple times left multiple messages for a call back and I never get a response. Called this office and again leave messages and no response. Experiencia negativa: If I could give them 0 I would. Maybe on the real estate side this company is okay, but on the rental side.... that's another story. I would almost suggest Camp Hope before I would suggest trying to rent from this company. They own/manage ( if you can call it that ) multiple apartment buildings in spokane and spokane valley. They leave tenants hanging can't respond to emails or texts, take forever for any repair/ issues. Instead of trying to fix all of their internal issues they are just putting up more buildings. They are just adding to the work and management they already don't know how to handle. Unless you want to be ignored/ pushed under the rug, or desperately need a place to a live I would never suggest this place.

Experiencia fantástica: My partner and I moved from the south to Spokane, and we have to take a moment to rave about 4degrees and especially their employee Autum. If your nervous about moving across country or have had bad experiences in the past with rental companies, ask for Autum at 4dregrees! First, we had no idea what this process would look like (trying to find a new home while we were across the country) we put in an inquiry/application online for a unit that was listed with 4 degrees. We got a call within 3 hrs, from Autum, letting us know we were in line for the unit. We immediately informed her that we were interested in a couple of options with her company. We didn't get the first place we applied for but she put us first in line for the next unit we were interested in. Second, She stayed in contact with us throughout whole process and made sure we got our second choice (which turned out to be even better than our first). Third, Autum did a video walk through of the unit with me to make sure it was what we wanted (very thorough). Fourth, she advocated for us (without being asked) when the landlord wanted a rug put in the bedroom. We would have obliged but she asked them to buy the rug if that's what they really wanted. This kind of advocation is rare people! This action really solidified our joy in choosing 4degrees. Fifth, Autum premeditated that we would be moving in on the weekend, so she set up our keys at our door (since they are not open on the weekend) and left us a document to state all the small defects in the home for record. Sixth, she checked in after our first week to make sure everything was as expected and that our experience was great so far. We would highly recommend you to use 4dregrees if your moving to Spokane or even as a local. Honestly this has been the best service we've ever experienced. Christine & Patrick

Experiencia positiva: since my last review they have really made an effort and turned things around. Thank you! This was my review a while ago.....4 degrees does not care about there smaller customers. I started working with them right around the start of the pandemic, so I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. There have been several instances where their service has been very subpar. But this week they proved that they do not care about their smaller customers. They manage a single condo for me. I needed my bank information updated. I gave it to them over a week ago. I have called and emailed several times with one email response saying that they would update it. I still have not gotten my owner disbursement. No one will call me back. If you are a single home owner do not use them as your management company. They will not answer your calls, they will not call you back and they will do a poor job of managing your property.

Experiencia fantástica: I don't even know where to begin. I am pretty new to Spokane. I had a pretty bad situation going on and 4 degrees were amazing in so many ways! Unfortunately I had to move, but Autumn oh sweet sweet Autumn this girl literally pulled me out of full blown panic attack! She was so kind calm and patient and she went above and beyond to help me in every way she could! I have not rented a lot in my life prior to my moving to Spokane, however I know darn well no other company actually cares about an individuals situation to them your problems do not matter money talks and bull**** walks. I have not one time felt this way and I would recommended 4 degrees to anyone! They have truly been a blessing!

Experiencia negativa: If you’re looking for a place to rent, I would not recommend 4 degrees. I applied for two units from the same complex out in the Valley. Could not get a hold of management because the voicemail box was full. Called 4degrees to urge them to have management do a showing of the place. Both units are now removed from their website. At least the application fee was the only money I wasted, after reading reviews about the apartment complex, their bed bug problem was a pretty big nope there. The other place that was offered to me by Autum (couldn’t find her in the list of brokers, sus) was perfect for me, but the day of the showing, it was canceled because someone bought it up. The unit was never listed on their website and I had no way to apply. Thinking I might have dodged a bullet there by not spending money on an application, considering how things are so grossly mismanaged here. If you’re looking, you’re better off going on Craigslist and Zillow. Heck, I would recommend Watson Management better than I would recommend 4degrees.

Experiencia negativa: So we had a pipe burst in our neighbors unit, fine that happens. It took forever for someone to deal with it and they put us in a different place that place flooded which they claim was something we did even though we called when we noticed it backing up before it flooded and nobody showed up for 3 1/2 days and we called and messaged over and over and over again! Even after it flooded everywhere they didn't show up. Now, we have to live in my in-laws basement with our 4 yr old and this all happened within a month. We put in an application elsewhere but apparently everyone knows as the other landlord said "4degrees is historically known for being inpossible to get a hold of." So we can't even get a place because they again aren't doing their job and communicating so we might actually have a place to live. It's mid morning I just called everyone I could 6 times and not one person answered not even the operator. They damaged their own place because they couldn't do their job and get someone on time to fix the plumbing before the flood happened and here we are again with them not doing their job and my family is out of a home. Stay away from this rental agency. They deserve 0 stars.

Experiencia negativa: In reference to the 4 double unit 3 floortownhouses located on Waikiki. This property management is the most non caring, non responsive company. I believe it is the responsibility of this company to ensure the safety of its residents. Just like last year, same this time with almost 12" of snow you absolutely DO NOT PLOW the parking area AT ALL! That is a major liability and problem. I. On behalf of my child who pays an outrageous amount to live there will be pursuing this to the fullest. It took maintenance 3 weeks to get the AC fixed in the summer AND 2 weeks to fix the toilet! Trying to get hold of an actual person is literally impossible. Shame on this ignorant, noncaring company!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I just closed on my 5th purchase with Toby Sullard. He is amazing at finding properties, knowing exactly what my requirements are. He is just an amazing agent. He doesn't waste my time with things he thinks I might like he knows! He stays beside me all the way thru the process and follows up constantly. He is always ready to take a call and find answers to questions. I find him a joy to work with and plan on using his services for years to come. I highly recommend Toby for any real estate needs.

Experiencia fantástica: So came to Spokane to consider this as a new location to live. I hooked up with Jake from 4 Degrees at the time and he was extremely helpful and professional. He took the time needed to find out what we wanted and did not give up on finding what we were looking for. He spent a week with us and we struck out but were still interested in the area. He followed up and did present a solution that was almost exactly what we wanted. Then he went into high gear to help us out being eyes and ears for the process and making sure everyone got their part done and the process kept moving forward. When all done we were still 1500 miles away and Jake helped to collect the keys etc and then when we were about 16 hours late getting in he was there to make sure we had access and even had a great welcome pack of needed items to make our late night arrival work. Jake was always a step ahead and made sure that we kept up with what we needed to do as well. Sometimes when you do a RE transaction you wonder what you are paying for, in this case Jake earned every bit of the money. Very well done. Jake also earned the 5 star rating I gave. Probably deserved a 6 star if they only allowed it.

Experiencia fantástica: Li is the gold standard of residential real estate. This was the second property we purchased with him and the process was smooth. He is motivated, patient, and always has your best interest in mind. No matter how many locations you have to view, Li won't be happy until you find the one that is perfect for you. Experiencia negativa: 4 degrees is ignoring a tenant that had water leak into her apartment after 29 years of paying on time, simply told her to live with it... then found asbestos and told her to vacate by email - with no communication since - its been weeks. Absolutely unacceptable to ignore a good tenant you deserve 0 stars.

Experiencia fantástica: I have rented from a lot of places in my life and most rental agencies let issues go unnoticed and not fixed for weeks (sometimes never getting around to it). Our furnace and our washing machine went out within the same week of each other, Lisa from 4 degrees was on it and kept us updated every step of the way. Anytime I have put in a maintenance request, I have heard back within a couple hours. Very pleased and will continue to rent from 4 degrees until we are ready to buy.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time selling a home with 4 Degrees, and it was a breeze. We worked with Li Ciavola and he was an absolute professional. His knowledge of the area and the market were integral to our house selling not only 24 hours after list, but also over asking price with no hassle. Every recommendation he made was spot on; every professional he suggested was of the same caliber and class as Li, and made every aspect of this transaction simple and painless. I can't imagine that 4 Degrees could find many more employees of Li's caliber, but if they're anywhere near his level then you can't go wrong with this company.

Experiencia fantástica: I had two maintenance issues with the property I was renting and they sent somebody out immediately. Very accommodating and helpful on the phone with other issues as well. Extremely professional and I highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Li Ciavola went above and beyond for me selling my home. Answers my calls day or night and even on Sundays. He walked me through the whole process answered any question I had took care of my home while I was selling it because I was out of state handled everything for me it was a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Hello We were having some hiccups in communication and expectation at first when I hired 4Degrees (I was a new client) to manage my apartments at the beginning of this year, perhaps due to the changing/shifting of their staff and positions, and of course Covid has a big impact as well. I was lost for awhile not knowing what to do as far as being a new client of 4Degrees. Til this day, I still haven't met any of their staff members in person except for Jessica when we met initially to turn over the buildings. Anyway, with patience and consistence we are doing better now. Along the way, there were a few key staff members that I was able to talk to via phone/text/email and they helped answer many of my questions and concern. I think overall, initial communication and expectation could have been better to develop a clear understanding and expectation from both parties. As I mentioned earlier, I was lost for a while as their new client and was starting to feel disappointed in the company. Anyway, I think things are getting better now and I hope that it will continue to improve. Thank you to Jessica Rafter, Douglas Lowell , Lisa Weth, and Jenna Niles for helping me and responding to my emails/calls during this time. You guys were the main four that I talked to and helped me, and the only reason why I am still with your company. I hope this honest review helps all of us improve in one way or another because there are always room for growth. I am looking forward to collaborate with your company for years to come. Remember guys----communication is the key!
