Experiencia negativa: They refuse to fix anything I send a request for. They just blame my 13 year old small dog for everything. And refuse basic maintenance. 0/5 if I could. My house is poorly insulated causing my bills to skyrocket. They refuse to fix any weather stripping or insulate the attic. I can see daylight through my kitchen door, and they do nothing. If you have a choice, avoid this company at all costs.

Experiencia fantástica: Rented a Ruckart property and when we were signing the lease Brad told us if we ever wanted out of the lease agreement early to buy a house, there would be no early termination fees if we used one of his realtors to find a house. We didn't plan on taking him up on that, but ended up buying a house this year with Ruckart Real Estate. Josh Lee was our realtor and he was fantastic throughout the whole process. He's a great communicator and we genuinely felt he had our best interests in mind. When we got an offer accepted, I reached out to Brad to let him know we would be moving out of his rental property and he made it extremely easy and told us to just pick the date we'd be moving out and he would prorate the rent so that we didn't have to pay for a single day we weren't living there. Only a few weeks after we moved out he sent back our deposit in full, something I've had to fight tooth and nail on with other landlords in the past. From a landlord perspective, Brad was as fair and respectful as you could ever want. From a realtor perspective, his employees share the same morals as him and make the home buying process easy and stress free.

Walking in and out of houses, one looks for any number of things: square footage, the bones, a kitchen island, where the cats will sleep. Experiencia fantástica: I found Josh with Ruckart Real Estate after doing some research on real estate agents in my area and he has already sold two properties in my neighborhood. Josh has a great reputation as a real estate agent and has done an exceptional job of staging the properties for listing. Additionally, the number of days each property took to get an offer was less than a week. So, I decided to work with Josh to put my house on the market. And I am so glad that I’ve made the right decision. My house had a lot of minor maintenance issues that needed to be taken care of before selling it. Josh has a great team consisting of listing manager, Victoria; a team of handyman/painter including Santos; and client care coordinator, Ashley. The team was very organized and maintained an open communication with the progress of Home Prep and Repairs, Staging, Photos, Showings, Open House, Offers and Closing. When my house was repaired/painted/prepped/staged for an open house, I was just amazed with the result and I almost didn’t recognized my own house. After the open house, we received an offer 3 days later and closed it about 30 days later. For any potential sellers, look up Josh and his company for previous listings and you will exactly know what I’m talking about. I trust them and highly recommend them.
