Experiencia fantástica: Just closed on a home yesterday. I did not think it would happen as scheduled as we hit some roadblocks, one just hours before we were to close. I have to give credit to Linnette Colon Gonzalez and team for their guidance, active and timely communication and knowledge. For example, I had a nice perk with a big bank but due to a structural condition of the property which I was fully aware of when I bid for it, the bank advised they could not move forward and offered no options that I could act on. Ask the bank for an escrow holdback for repairs, if that doesn’t work I can connect you with other lenders who can save this deal, note: at this point we were already in contract.
