Experiencia fantástica: Matt Petitte is a true polished gem. Not only is he extremely professional, he also intuitively understood exactly what we were looking for after our first conversation. He did a great job screening and selecting the best places for us. We were out- of-towners and new to the area, Matt did all the legwork to ensure we were extremely productive when we came to look at properties, and yet he was never pushy or impatient. We received daily updates of available properties and I could call anytime to get additional details about neighborhoods as well as objective pros and cons of each property. Our purchase process took almost a whole year, yet Matt never gave up and just checked in periodically to see if we had any updates. Once we chose our vacation home, Matt was able to suggest great local professionals for insurance, painting, remodeling, cleaning, etc…He helped us by meeting with contractor's (like the inspectors) at the property before we closed. Not only was Matt super personable with us, everyone who worked with him on our behalf commented on his great follow-through and communication skills. Cliff Smith took us under his wing and helped us navigate through the renovation process (the property had been damaged by fire) to listing and staging to maximize the value of the house. The listing was immediately prior to a drastic increase in mortgage interest rates and while initial traffic was good, the huge increase in rates slowed things down. Cliff advised us to take the house off the market, which we did, and after a cooling off period we re-started. Cliff gave us good advice about pricing and successfully negotiated with the eventual buyer to close the transaction.
