I called the banker, he ask me if I had a DD214. The next day, I met with the broker. He already had multiple offers before the house hit the market but he liked mine. The team worked diligently and the stars aligned. I am the very proud owner and awesome home in an awesome community.

There was a lot going on in my life at that time and Sandy took care of all the real estate details so I could deal with other things. Sandy made the buying process as easy and convenient as possible and really tuned into my needs to find the best available home for me. She had my best interests at heart, and I couldn't have asked for anything more. I am extremely happy and fortunate to work with her team and would definately seek out her help again if the need arises.

Experiencia negativa: Highest commission I ever paid; worst service received. Kodi thought a text message agreement between me and the buyers would protect me with the moving company finishing their last haul after close of escrow and instead the buyers changed the locks at closing and stole my belongings. High end TVs, furniture, pets and plants left in home for final moving load nearby were told by police to now belong to the new buyers since our realtor “should have known not to leave them there or delay closing.” As I stood in my former driveway unable to finish moving, calling Kodi to resolve the situation with the other agent (after a locksmith locked us out and called the police to get my movers off their new property), Kodi said “sorry my duty to you ended at close of escrow and my (now former) broker is advising I shouldn’t talk to you anymore.” I hired a lawyer to file a complaint against her and found out I wasn’t the only horror story at her former company. I recently got called by her new office to say they were calling all her former clients from her prior business to get people leaving 5 star reviews on her new realty company (this one). Changing her company name doesn’t make her a better agent. Beware.

He did a great job empowering me to make decisions and was honest about the prospective buyers and the current market. I appreciated Kodi’s follow-up after the sale was completed. She showed genuine compassion and diplomacy when emotions ran high in my family after the recent loss of my aunt, the original homeowner. I respect her for her professionalism and investment in the client’s experience.

Experiencia negativa: I am surprised to see such high reviews. Kodi was given permission to bring a client to the home one early evening. I returned home about an hour after the agreed upon time and got into the shower. I went to the kitchen in my PJs to start cooking a late dinner and in walks the realtor with clients. I did not receive an apology but instead was scolded in front of the clients for being there! Come to find out they decided without permission to bring a second client over without permissions. Important to note there were three dogs in the home and the agreement was that we needed to know (for safety) when clients would come.
