Not only have my tenants gotten a prompt response for repairs but I can also log in to the portal and get my own unit repaired with more speed than if I were to call someone for my own maintenance. Communication is clear and the details that I don’t have time for are explained. I am unbothered. No one calls ME in the middle of the night Sunshine takes care of that.

I submitted a maintenance request for my window not shutting fully and right away they sent a maintenance technician named Emmett, a really nice guy to fix it. On top of that, they remain proactive in maintaining their clients assets and ensuring the comfort of tenants. I cannot ask for anything more from Jordan and his team, but they still exceed expectations. Just today, I had Kiwan show up at my apartment (with a notice of course) to do a winterization inspection. He checked the windows, checked the furnace, and even asked us if there was anything he can repair while he was here. He fixed a few light bulbs, looked at a few other things, and put in tickets for us. If you are looking for a home for your family, I suggest working with SNSHN. Almost forgot to mention Bruce, Greg, Vincent, and the rest of the team that has helped me out. All of you are genuinely appreciated and make us comfortable in our decision to maintain leasing with your company.

Experiencia negativa: Recently moved into one of their properties and have been experiencing an electrical issues affecting more than half the house, the circuit breaker is not working properly. I have had to wait more than 5 days to get any support - and there is still no response from the management company. I am told a "technician is assigned" but no details on who that is, when they will come etc... this is a major issue that could have life threatening consequences and no one seems to care. This has been one of the worst experiences I have had with a landlord / management company. Yes they are polite which is nice but they don't seem very concerned that the basic functions of the house work or if their tenants are living in a home that is uninhabitable!!! October 17, 2025 update: I wish I could post something more positive about his mgmt company but it is impossible! We co time to struggle w them and the property maintenance! Latest issue is bed bugs which we have no clue how they got into the house! The mgmt company continues to drag their feet on responding, correcting the problem and finishing tasks that they start! This is obviously not your high rent property but I expect better service! I would not rent another place from this company!
