He stayed in communication with us constantly and always made sure we were on the right track to obtaining our new home. If the chance ever presented itself, we would definitely ask him to be our realtor again. My husband and I moved from out of state and were only able to visit the area once before moving, and Burke took the time to show us all of the houses we were interested in. He did a couple virtual tours with us for homes we liked that we found after we were back home. Two weeks before closing we found out that appraisers were making us fix something before we were able to close on our new home, which put us in a very stressful situation being out of state. Burke said straight away that he would go out and scrape and paint the area for us and would make sure we still closed on the house the day we needed to. Knowing we were not familiar with the area, even after we were done closing on the house, he took the time to tell us about the area and where we could find different locations/things we might need.

I feel that is a word that has probably been used before to describe how she helps her clients. The home we first made an offer on did not work out, however Shelly put in extra hours and made calls to get several items corrected. In search of the second choice, Shelly always made herself available to show houses, and help us in finding the things we were looking for in the purchase. She also was able to refer different businesses to us to help with home improvement projects. Anytime I called or texted her, she was quick to respond. When we came to area to purchase she made herself available in adverse weather conditions to show properties. We made an offer that day that was accepted. Our buyer ended up being concerned with layoffs happening at their job so backed out. We had it sold again and the seller's realtor was awful to work with. We ended up backing out of that deal. And that's when we found Teri. Trying to sell a home from 4 1/2 hours away was so stressful. Teri took care of everything for us and had it sold within the week and closing a few weeks after that. It was a huge relief to have that over and to be able to move on with our new life in our new town.

Experiencia fantástica: Cindy helped our Son find a home, a couple of months prior to us looking. We were in SC and decided to move back home to IA, to be closer to family, after 13 years. When I asked my Son whom to start with on buying and looking for a home, he referred us to Cindy. He was a first time buyer and she really looks out for her clients, she pointed out several things when he bought that saved them a lot of headaches that would have been problematic in the future. When I called her, she felt like family immediately. We weren’t locals, but she made looking for a home “virtually” like we were there physically. She got a sense of who we were, and what we were really looking for and considerations or needs versus wants. I would ask her several times, “What does your gut say?” Meaning, if she were us, what would we feel about it… she nailed it each time. Cindy is very good about thinking of things a buyer really has no clue about as she has exceptional expertise in realty. If anyone is buying or selling a home, here or out-of-state this is the only one our family would suggest. We got here Monday, our closing took about 20 minutes and we are very happy with each step along the way and love our house.

She took on the dual role of managing the estate sale and the sale of the home. She made recommendations with us initially in order to do the “big sorting to get the house ready for the estate sale and we were able to list the home before the estate sale was completed. We were able to return to our home state and she conducted the sale, then completed the donation/ disposal of remaining items after the sale. The whole process proceeded to completion without a hitch and made what was otherwise a stressful time much easier. She and her team are professionals who make the process work seamlessly, especially since we had no local area knowledge or resources.
