When I saw the work she has done over the years with Found Realty, I knew that my wife and I had to have Jena as our realtor when the time came to sell our home. She did a tremendous job, making sure we were ready for pictures, understood the market challenges, and helped us get an offer much quicker than the market trends. Experiencia fantástica: Coming into buying a house for the first time I was anxious to say the least. With it also being one of the craziest times of my life I was unsure of how to go about many of the processes involved with such a significant purchase. My relator Lesley Nelson was outstanding, she was patient and amazing with explaining the whole process step by step. Any house I told her I was interested in, she gave her full attention and even went as far as to dig up ALL the history of the house and past homeowners. She looked out for my best interest and I couldn't be happier with the location and house we closed on.

Experiencia fantástica: I had been causally looking for homes for months when I saw the one I knew was the one! With no realtor I reached out via text to the one person I could think of, Chantelle, who had showed me a home months prior. She immediately jumped in to help me and got me set up to tour the home that day, to beat their upcoming open house. In this crazy market we knew we had to be fast and creative so Chantelle helped me craft an offer that would be appealing to the sellers but not require me to just play around with the cash. Within days the house was ours! Then came the fun part of listing my home which I had not prepared for at all. Chantelle came over to recommend what items to remove or rearrange to help make my home ready to sell and very quickly had a photographer out and got my listing up! She helped with multiple open houses and was so proactive with other agents touring my home given I had some sensitivities with multiple pets in my home including a very sensitive and nervous dog. Could not have survived the process without her. After our first offer fell through Chantelle hustled and we ended up getting an even better offer. The entire process to closing was so smooth thanks to Chantelle!
