She was extremely helpful at every step through the process, guiding us through comparing and contrasting homes based upon flood risks, area of town, inspections, age of home, resale value, etc... Experiencia fantástica: Moving is one of the biggest stressors you face, as adults. If you do not have a quality realtor, I would imagine it could truly be a nightmare. We had family members with a different realtor who complained that they never heard from them, rarely ever communicated anything, and eventually just took their home off of the market. Brittney was the complete opposite of that. From the very get-go, she communicated with us just about every single day throughout the entire process. This was our first time selling a home, but she made the process seem super simple, although I know it is not. She gave great advice, was always prompt and thorough, and always organized and communicative. I could not say enough great things about her. Even dealing with a tricky buyer, she always had a response/answer to any struggles that arose. Although I am sure she had many homes under contract at the same time, she made it a purpose to make sure we felt like we were the only thing that mattered in those weeks.
