Jason helped my mother sell her home and adjoining acreage, and from the first meeting our family had with him, we knew he was the best person to do it. My mother and father purchased the property nearly 30 years ago and had renovated the chapel and barn on it. We knew this year that it was time for the next chapter. Our hope was that this special place could find the perfect new owner who would not simply do the obvious, which would be to subdivide the land, tear down the 100 year old live oak trees, and turn it into another subdivision. Cole Davis and his team not only helped us sell our previous home (growing family) he helped us sell another home we had as well all while finding me and our growing family the perfect home!
