Once we moved to Tallahassee, we had a woman show us around. Then another during other times. They did say they are not on commission, which gives them more of a team feeling. The website has plenty of information and we received many emails with potential homes to buy. I am not sure how many work on the weekends, but Ondrea was with us on a Sunday. If efficiency and speed is your thing, you need to work with Michelle Manausa and Joe Manausa Real Estate. After living in and raising our children in my old house for 22 years, it wasn’t an easy decision to move. Back in 2019/2020, I spent a good year poking around different websites just to look around for fun. Suddenly, Joe’s website showed up and I really wanted to look at one particular property. I had to enter my name in order to see the property info. I’m glad I did because I got a message from Michelle whom I’ve known for many, many years. We came to Chris once before but weren’t ready yet, but even then he continued walking us through the process. A year later we came back to Chris and he made our dream of owning a home come true! My favorite part about Chris is that he made it very clear that his main priority is that we get a home that we love. From start to finish Chris was very attentive and understanding of our preferences. At one point, my wife and I were going to put in an offer with a home, Chris knew we weren’t 100% sold on. The home had been on the market for a long time, so he convinced us to take a couple days and think it over. The very next day, Chris sent us an email about a home that was soon to be on the market, and now we’re moving in!!
