Autumn happily answered all my questions and toured many homes remotely for me so I could feel confident purchasing a house site-unseen due to being out-of-state. Experiencia positiva: I’m happy for the opportunity to give feedback to this realtor company. I have to be honest, I have only worked with a handful of different realtor companies in the past. In my experience, I have never dealt with a company with so many different branches that had their own function. In the end, everything got done just like with all the other realtors I have worked with, but I have to wonder if by this company having specific duties assigned to each branch if it contributed to the overall service being very impersonal, almost robotic. I felt like I could have put all my input online & that would have served this company’s way of doing business perfectly. On the day of closing, I didn’t even hear from my realtor who listed the house and to this day have never heard from him. That has truly been a first. If this company wanted to avoid their impersonal attitude/treatment of their clients, at the very least, I would recommend a meeting by zoom or group call & introduce the individual people involved so your service would come across more as a team effort with your client feeling more like a person with real thoughts & concerns.
