Fantastic experience: Since moving back to Hawaii over ten years ago, the Ihara Team has been our go-to for real estate. They really look out for you, whether you’re on the buying or selling side. A special thank you to Jarrett (JJ) and Randy—for being so patient and present during this exciting time! They took the extra time to explain every detail of the home-buying process. What I love most is how responsive they are; they listen to you like family and respect the significance of these big financial moves. At the initial meeting with The Ihara Team, Dan introduced the team members that we (myself and cousin) would be working with and clearly defined each members role and responsibilities. Dan explained the 52 Point Marketing Plan process and their strategy in selling homes. In addition, Dan explained options that we could do to increase the value of our home for sale. At the conclusion of the meeting, The Ihara Team was able to answer any and all questions that we had and provided contact information should any additional questions be thought of in the future. Dan made us feel comfortable as we moved forward. The Ihara Team provided a few recommendations (de-cluttering, cleaning and staging services) that we could do to increase the value of our home for sale. At our request, they were able to recommend various companies for us to review which made it simple for us to select which companies we would prefer to execute the work. Victoria led the coordination efforts with the de-cluttering, cleaning and staging companies. Victoria's exceptional efforts allowed the process of selling our home to continue in a timely manner. KP provided timely updated schedules to inform us of the progress. During Open House events, KP provided an overview of the event along with Pro's and Con's comments made by the potential buyers. The Ihara Team took care of the Open House events without any incidents. Once The Ihara Team received offers, Randy met with us and explained each offer and recommended counter offer's if warranted. Once the agreement with the buyer was in place, Randy coordinated Escrow and closing was completed as initially scheduled. The selling of our property was completed in approximately 3 months. The final agreed upon offer exceeded our listing price. If I were to purchase or sell a home in the future , I would definitely contact The Ihara Team for their professionalism, expertise and the ability to reduce stress during the entire process. Fantastic experience: Fast and totally stress-free is how I describe my experience working with Randy Ihara, Victoria, J.J. and the vendors they work with when I sold my home. Packing and moving all my things seemed so overwhelming until Randy had a moving company contact me. After an initial consultation, Cynthia, Jonathan and their company, Lets Move, de-cluttered, carefully sorted, packed and moved all my belongings. Having lived in my home for almost 40 years I wanted to give it a nice "send-off". Victoria arranged for Pan, a contractor, to do the renovation. Then she sent cleaners to make everything spotless. In less than two weeks they all did a truly amazing job at getting my house showcase and move-in ready. On our first meeting, I had told Randy and J.J. how much I expected to net after all my anticipated expenses - renovation, escrow, broker and inspection fees, etc... And I wanted everything done before years end. Randy and his team exceeded my expectations. I received more than I thought I would and the sale closed weeks before my deadline.

Fantastic experience: From CA to HI for over a year we had communication with Randy and the Ihara Team. Randy set up an email link so we could view listings in our preferred areas on Oahu while still in CA. We were able to text him and get information on the properites that caught our interest. Upon arrinving in Hawaii and when we were ready to purhase we made contact with Randy. We were well prepared and moved forward more informed and faster. Randy patiently arranged many viewings and met us at the properites we were inteested in seeing. He would provide information on the properties but never tried to sway us into buying, no pressure, that made us feel at ease and confident the deision we made was ours. Randy was always on top of things. When we decided on a property as issues arose, they always do when purchasing, he persued them until resolved.
