We live in Fairbanks, and used Matt to help us find and purchase a condo in Anchorage. He was just amazing. He was considerate, honest, and we always felt like he had our best interest in mind. He also assured that the multitude of necessary forms were filled out correctly. Jeremy sold our condo for more than we ever expected and coordinated the purchase of our new house at a significantly lower price. Just before closing on the house, Jeremy reworked and presented a deal for the purchase of our house so that both the Seller, and us, the Buyers, each walked away with more money in our pockets. He is very professional, courteous and compassionate.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always gone the route of “for sale by owner”, so I was hesitant to use a realtor, but my experience with RMG was so smooth, well managed, and Ralphie was worth every penny! Fantastic experience: If you want to close on a house in less than 30 days, then sign up with RMG and ask for Mikey. Formula works. Stay in contact with your realtor from day one, form a consistent communication plan (my preference was texting first, call second, followed up by email). Be patient, be flexible and be reasonable and set correct expectations. I was not expecting to close on a house in 30 days or less but it happened and I’m now closer to my family. Mikey allowed me to ask ANY questions or concerns I had. Mikey also allowed my family members to ask questions. He in turn provided and steered me in the right direction as I was out of state majority of the time. He encouraged me to do my own research of the neighborhood, and he also worked with my family members who were local to the area and did walkthroughs of the house. Mikey also in detail stepped through the entire journey of what all it will entail to close on the house. He also shared who all the various team members that I would be working with. Mikey also provided other resources when he had family obligations. Communication was key on a daily basis and staying on top of the items I needed to accomplish for us to move forward. In less than 2months, I was able to establish a trusted and future relationship with Mikey and RMG. Thank you for helping me and my family find my house.
