Fantastic experience: I love renting from PTM, they advocate for their renters when it comes to getting things replaced in their unit. PTM recently took over property management of my townhome within the last couple of months, I have rented this town home since 2023, my previous property management company whom I won’t name told me when I came to look at my place before renting it that to ignore the disgusting tub and surround as it was going to be replaced before I moved in, move in day came and the tub and surround was not replaced, when I contacted them right away to address the situation I got told “Yeah, sorry, the owners decided that they didn’t want to replace it” and they left it at that, even though I rented it thinking that it would be replaced before I moved in. Sam with PTM came to do their annual inspection March 19th, I showed her how terrible the tub and surround was, she took pictures and was on top of it instantly, she reached out to the owners and within a few days she had two different plumbing companies here to do estimates and as of yesterday, I now have a beautiful new tub and surround, all because PTM advocated for me, I truly appreciate them getting this handled. Rent from PTM, you won’t regret it, they truly care about their renters, they treat you like family, you’re not just another name on their list, thank you PTM!!

Fantastic experience: I have had a few issues with this place but all in all they do take care of their clients. It has to be a tough job managing apartments etc. I do feel they are caring people. Any time we have a problem or maintenance request PTM is very responsive.. I especially admired PTM when they gave a cake to a 92 year old veteran on his anniversary date of renting his apartment. Kudos to PTM..

Fantastic experience: I have been living in a Personal Touch Property for a few years now. I haven’t come across many issues at all. The team is always fast to answer my questions and have been very pleasant. I tend to ask a lot of questions and raise concerns if I notice things around the building. They have always been patient and kind to me and have worked with me extremely well. Maintenance is typically pretty fast too, but the complex that I am in is not in the Fargo area, so sometimes it can be a short wait.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for great employees with great attitudes and are able to Shelter your family quickly and professionally, Then I would recommend personal touch property management. If you need additional care. And a good professional employee to talk to I would recommend talking to Megan, Absolutely phenomenal.

Fantastic experience: This is the best property management company I’ve come across. Previous places I’ve rented from I didn’t have the greatest experiences from addressing concerns, issues or responding right away. PPM make residents number one priority. Get questions answered and issues fixed and make sure things are working and you are taken care of. When I moved in, it was middle of summer and had AC issues. The issue was addressed right away and followed up after looking into it to make sure it was working. If you are looking for your next place to live, I highly recommend Personal Property Management!

Fantastic experience: Loving it so far surprisingly spacious and decent size kitchen. The only things that are a little strange or concerning are no ventilation in the bathroom beside a window in the shower and that all the outlets are upside down may just be my unit but strange enough mention oh and some of the neighbors are a bit to rambunctious at night But besides that pretty nice dwelling for 1-2 people. But the lack of ventilation or just a small windows for it is definitely something to look out for. When consider otherwise pretty neat

Negative experience: Jimmy and I rented a home with these guys. They failed to get the jome ready in time. We move and they were still working. BAD LIGHTING AND FIXTURES UN PAINTED DOORS AND PATIALLY PAINTED INTERIOR. WE MOVE OUT TWO MONTHS PRIOR TO ENDING THE LEASES. WE PAY THEM FOR THE TWO MONTHS. WE OWE THE ZERO BALANCE. THEY SIEZED OUR SECURTY DEPOSIT AND CHARGE USE FOR PAINTING THE ENTIRE HOME AND TWO MONTHS OF LAWN CARE, AND UTILITIES. THINK HARD BEFORE GETTING INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THESE GUYS!!!!

The location was perfect, offering easy access to shops, parks, and more. While there were some minor communication hiccups during my stay, the management team was generally responsive and eager to assist whenever needed. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient living space!

Their contract is easy to read and understand, I was able to coordinate my services that were previously scheduled for the property prior to their management as well. They were also extremely quick at getting my place rented out. I would definitely recommend them for managing your property!

Negative experience: What a joke for a company. Very unprofessional They sent out emails offering $25 if we would show up in their office and prove we left a review. Samantha is an awful person. My wife has lived here 10 years, this past year and the only year has been under PTM we cannot wait to leave them. They made false allegations to my wife against me without using their brain and I’m going to sue them for that.

Negative experience: They charge you to pay online. They increase rents on good tenants pushing them to want to seek alternate housing options. They are nothing but a middle man unnecessarily inflating rent prices. I don't think they wanted my review but they asked multiple times, so here is my honest feelings. If it weren't for my ex I wouldn't be stuck here dealing with them.

Positive experience: I put in a work order long time ago for my cupboards but didn’t get the fixed yet. If ur late a month they threaten to kick u out. I got hurt at work and. Couldn’t pay until WSI came in than they got paid a month late.

Fantastic experience: My name is Ryan and my experience renting with ptm properties has been good so far ,our landlord (Bree) has been firm but fair and is much appreciated ,our rent did go up $25 dollars on the first of April, not loving it considering we pay all our utility's and care take the property, for ourselves and the elder gentleman that lives next door but it is what it is , we love our neighborhood and PTM properties for the roof over our heads ,we also have recommended our friends and family to rent with PTM properties

Fantastic experience: I recently moved in New Year’s Eve and have only been there about a week. Everything was extremely easy and straight to the point. My leasing manager, Megan has been nothing but kind, considerate, and extremely accommodating and I can tell already she cares about the people rather than the personal financials and takes her job above and beyond. I was welcomed with a clean, and updated One bed, and they provided all the necessities, plus some arrangements and snacks. That alone has proven to be such an outstanding welcome home. I recently moved to Fargo a year ago and my first apartment did not go over so well, and she has already verified that none of my previous issues will carry over. So please if you like what you see, give them the chance to help make you comfortable!
