Allied Property Group, Inc. was founded and is co-owned by Ana Sanchez Rivero and Jaime Rivero. They envisioned opening a management company that would truly provide its clients with excellent service.
Ana Sanchez Rivero has more than 25 years experience in this industry. She began as the receptionist and worked her way through the ranks to become the Office Manager. During this time, Mrs. Sanchez Rivero acquired her Bachelor’s Degree from Florida Atlantic University. She then acquired her license as a Community Association Manager. Mrs. Sanchez Rivero is responsible for the development and acquisition of new accounts, as well as improving in-house corporate procedures.
Jaime “Jimmy” Rivero has more than 15 years experience in property management. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida International University and served four (4) years in the United States Marine Corps. Aside from being an owner, Mr. Rivero is Vice President and supervises the property managers. He is very dedicated, regimented, and understands the true value of customer service.

Negative experience: They send you to a collection attorney that charges an arm and a leg, threatening to put a lien on your property before even sending you a notice that you missed a payment. They are after you and they are so unprofessional! Be aware!!!!
Dear Monica, We take this feedback seriously and want to clarify our process. Allied Property Group strictly follows all requirements under Florida Statutes 718 and 720 regarding collections and owner notifications. Required notices are sent in accordance with statute, and we also encourage homeowners to register an email address so copies of correspondence can be delivered electronically in addition to U.S. mail.
As the managing agent for the association, it is our responsibility to ensure assessments are collected so the association can meet its financial obligations. While we regret that this has been a frustrating experience, these actions are part of our statutory duties on behalf of the association.

Negative experience: Poor communication. Owners were asked to drive to a meeting location in Kendall, 15 miles from the property, only to be told after 35 minutes of waiting that the meeting was canceled. Totally unprofessional. Update to Allied’s Response below Allied’s response is inaccurate. A quorum was never called during the meeting which was opened 35 min late in zoom , and the stated location was closed, making it impossible to verify whether any owners were physically present to establish quorum.
We are very sorry that happened to you. The meeting was cancelled for lack of quorum, which could not be determined until the meeting was called to order.
Negative experience: Horrible, don’t use. Completely incompetent team. Extremely difficult to get ahold off, and have zero common sense.
Negative experience: Sarah Ramos and Britney never return calls. They took Security Camera access privileges from our onsite property manager, and every time packages go missing they are not helpful in resolving the issue. In our building, within the same week in November, 4 packages went missing and this Property Management Group has not done anything about it. They also don't give timely notices to access your unit, they are never on time, and of course not very good at communicating. Do Not hire this company....

After reviewing our internal communications, we can confirm that our Property Manager and Administrative Assistant did respond to your emails and provided the correct information regarding the Association’s security camera system. The cameras installed on the property are for the Condominium Association’s use only and are not available for personal review by residents. This policy is in place to protect the privacy and security of all owners and residents.
As previously communicated, if law enforcement requires access to the video footage as part of an active investigation, we will fully cooperate with them. At this time, we have not received any request from the police.
We understand your desire to feel more secure, and we encourage you to consider additional personal security measures—such as installing your own approved camera at your unit—subject to the Association’s rules and guidelines.

Fantastic experience: I just closed on my house, and darling has been so patient and helping me along the hoa approval process, I emailed her multiple questions she always gets back to me in a timely manner and is super polite. Great experience so far.

Negative experience: Horrible service from their part. Beware with their ways of charging HOA dues and fees. I have been sending my dues to the address they claim to be theirs, but it is not. It is a third party that misplaced my checks 3 times and they charge penalties, knowingly admitting that they made a mistake. Avoid being served by them. Anything they implement is a disaster.
Negative experience: The only good part of this company has got to be the operators because everyone else, truthfully, is tough to deal with. To get ahold of anyone is next to impossible, email response is equivalent, if not slower, than traditional mail or perhaps smoke signal. I would not recommend this company to anyone and unfortunately deal with them because they happen to be the property group of my townhouse but the worst. Association prices is high in respect to what they actually do for my community… just all around not pleasant.

Positive experience: Worst customer service ever no one's ever to be found when you need some information or a policy. 3 different ppl no where to be found left emails and voicemails . Is everyone at home no one's in the office? Why can't all employess have access to helping out properties? But boy when yall send out your letters to the residents for a violation you're calling. Fantastic experience: Melissa Cortes provided me with great customer service from beginning to end! She was available to answer all of my questions via phone and email. Her responsiveness and customer service were unmatched! We couldn't thank her enough!
Negative experience: The worst. The closing for my condo was delayed 3 times due to inefficiency, lack of communication between themselves. Simply getting forms filled out was difficult. When I finally closed on my home I could not get any response from anyone either via email or phone. The voicemail boxes were full. I drove all the way down to their office to get an access key so I can access my new home & the office was closed since 1:30pm for a Christmas party. You'd think they could leave a recording on their phone system, but they didn't. I really hope they enjoyed it, meanwhile I cannot access my home all weekend. Furthermore, the Title Closing company I used also knew Allied reputation for being terrible as well as other realtors. My fist priority will be to join the association so we can get a competent management company. update, check out the fee chart. the most popular credit card on the planet has a $24.26 service fee.
Fantastic experience: Big thank you to Demi. She has help me several times in the past month. She is an outstanding source for assistance.
Negative experience: I've been trying to update my account and obtain a reimbursement for two months now, but I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. Instead, I keep receiving letters stating that I have a $25.00 balance for a returned check—an issue that should not exist, as my entire Special Assessment account has been fully paid off since December 13, 2024.
Negative experience: this Company own money to a worker in a condo, his work for weeks of maintenances, only one person in charge and not doing her work, now is the bookkeeping person with to much work, maybe the payments due for expense of our Condo there late too.
Fantastic experience: I needed help fixing a gate code for my mother who lives in Catalonia 2 and Britney was the one who helped, she was extremely kind and helpful!
Negative experience: Slow or no communication. I've called and emailed. Things break, and they don't even bother to put up a sign as to the status. Preventative maintenance is not a thing with them. I have had my elevator broken three times in under two years. I have not had a single condo owner say they are happy with them.
Fantastic experience: It's Managers like Jackie Lopez and Jenni Pineda that make Allied such a great place to do business with.
Negative experience: The most incompetent company we could discuss in America. Not even one of their employees are able to help they always have an excuse to not help and they are never in office or open. If you’re moving to somewhere in miami make sure they are not under this company because they are going to make everything in their hands to annoy your life until you move
Negative experience: Very poor service and the staff is friendly but ignores you completely. I tried to reach out the property manager for some issues in the unit which was of her interest to solve and never contacted me in any sort of way after I sent multiple emails and left several voicemails, she ended up saying that I never reached out. After having issues with the keypad in the community where I live for more than a year now, I never got an answer after a month of sending several emails and leaving voicemails because she would never answer the phone. I actually solved the matter because I had to go to the office and even so I had to be late to work because the person who was supposed to talk to my was “stamping some stuff” . It turned out that my code was erased due to some system sort of problem and that’s why I couldn’t get in the community. After a solution being offered it turned out that it didn’t work neither so I had to reach out the next morning after I was told that the matter was solved. The lack of communication and organization is disappointing.
Fantastic experience: I have to say, the response times from this management group are impressive. Having managed associations myself in the past, I had to come here and give a big time kudos to Jennifer Fernandez who has kept me up to speed on the application for residency at a community association where I'm helping my sister's move into. Also, that community looks very well kept, so more kudos to whoever is in charge of that!
Fantastic experience: Our building recently contracted Allied Property. Group and even though the transition was not easy for the owners I’m Happy to say that Sergio Villon was extremely helpful in resolving our issues and making sure we were satisfied with the outcome . He made sure to communicate with us in a timely and professional manner every step of the way until our problem was resolved. Thank you Sergio , you are an asset to Allied and we appreciate you.
Fantastic experience: When I call or I need anything from Allied Property, Jennifer is my solution in all my questions, when I call this phone number, I feel sure that Jennifer will resolve me any request. Jennifer is a wonderful employee!!! Keep her!! Jennifer is in front of each case, she is very fast and intelligent, congratulations!!!!!
Negative experience: Never have I called and gotten help from these people. I used to live in one of their properties where over a year later their security team is still handing out my number. Still giving out where they think I am living. They even told people my schedule! Then when I call "how did you know it was them" like the people calling me with MY private information aren't telling me where they got it. OR like I can't see the calls coming from their company? I left that property because it was no longer safe for me and my family and these people have continued to prevent me from fully reaching safety by not properly managing their buildings and team. And 100% I realize it is Miami but it is not SAFE to not hire anyone that speaks English on their security team. There was a fire one time, directly next to security (they never saw or reacted which was another issue while living there) and nobody that came outside could get help or info because they person spoke 0 English. Ridiculous. Especially when you know you house English speakers. So... nobody there wants to help me? I have to send emails and keep making calls? I was rude for being scared that my information could go to the wrong person??? Oh wait! It already has!!! So here's your email. Show the board this.
Fantastic experience: Jenny has been assisting our HOA in putting ACC Guidelines in place. She has been more than patient as we have gone through various drafts. Finally got done! Great job Jenny!
Fantastic experience: I had problems with my association payments. They were being diverted to another account, Sergio and Javier helped me figure out what the problem was and helped me fixed it.
Positive experience: I had a pleasant experience speaking with Sergio at Allied Property Group. It has been the only time I’ve actually received a clear answer to any of my questions. I give him 5 stars. He was professional and kind and was able to help me. Keep in mind, my other times trying to call them is like trying to reach the President of the United States and receiving information about my account or changes in our HOA are hit or miss. Good job Sergio! And thank you for your prompt attention to my needs.

Fantastic experience: There was an error with one of our assoc dues check where it had been stamped and deposited into the incorrect assoc. Sergio Villon was very helpful in getting that error fixed. Sergio was super friendly, helpful. Def made our day when he advised that the funds were put into our account! In following up on this issue, Sergio notified me that we were passed due on two other months of payments, which we had def already paid. Come to find out, APG had changed the way they receive payments from banks in that banks no longer sent e-checks, but were now sending e-deposits. We found that those deposits were also being routed to a different assoc and Sergio was able to rectify that error AND get our payments routed properly.
Negative experience: worst management group, customer service very patronizing and abusive, specifically Sergio Villon. They keep on misposting my payments, and now threat with collections! I wish I didn't have to deal with them. I wouldn't even give them 1 star!
Fantastic experience: World-class management and 5-star customer service! A management company hailed by many associations and greatly appreciated all throughout South Florida. A well established and well recognized property management group, who cares about their members and treats us like family. It's one of a kind!

He was patient with us even when we were in an elevated state because we had so much trouble with other agents and entities we encountered while trying to solve our issue. Fantastic experience: After multiple attempts to reach somebody at the association, several emails and several calls. I tried Once more and I was transferred to a very nice gentleman by the name of Sergio Villon. He was very helpful and understanding. My issue was resolved instantly thanks to Sergio Villon! Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars, I would. Last May, I received a violation fee because my tenant parked their trailer in the driveway. And the tenant contacted the property manager, Katrina S. And they came to the agreement that the HOA would waive the fees if the tenant did not park the trailer in the driveway anymore. So, the violation fees have been waived. And I had called many times to get to the them for a written agreement that the fees had been waived. Yet, I could not reach anyone despite multiple attempts. This January, they hired a new manager Jackie P., and I received notification for billing of the violation fee again. My leasing manager and I tried to call the HOA so many times to discuss this with the manager, but we could not get a hold of them. Moreover, they sent the notification for billing of the violation fee to the bad debt collection. What I don't understand is why are we paying HOA fees when no one is obviously working. This is the most unethical and unprofessional company I have ever known in my life. From J. Wong, Miami.
Fantastic experience: Thank you to Sergio Villon for helping my neighbor with an issue regarding a check she mailed to Allied for association dues. The local Allied office was not able to help her but luckily we called the Ft. Myers office and spoke with Sergio. He immediately accessed her account information and verified the payment was accepted. He then sent me an email with everything we discussed and a copy of her payment history. My neighbor was so relieved. Thank you again!
Fantastic experience: Ms Elizabeth Rivas was very kind and helpful when my wife and I needed assistance with our community gate code. She responded in a timely manner to all our questions till the problem was solved. We definitely need more people like her.
Negative experience: I had to deal with Sergio Villon, George Perez, Jimmy Rivero and Ana Sanchez Rivero and they all were useless. Didn’t want to solve my problem. A very bad phony management company.

Negative experience: Unprofessional TERRIBLE property management company. Took me over a month to get an elevator security deposit back after multiple phone calls and emails. Finally, I had to get our HOA president to help out because the property manager and assistant property manager do not know what they are doing. I had to send a copy of a check 5 times because they do not even know how to use email -- all you have to do is simply scroll up to the previous email to see the attachment. Jennifer F. with security check refunds has no clue what she is doing someone needs to train her badly. It took me well over 30 days which is against Florida law. Almost had to get my attorney involved.
Fantastic experience: Had the BEST experience with Allied Property Group, Luis G. Camps, Resale Coordinator. He was/is professional, understanding and his willingness to help is extraordinary!!! He sets the bar HIGH for Allied Property Group. They are lucky to have Luis! Thank you for making our communication key, thank you for taking my calls and responding to emails. This made our transaction that much easier. I also want to extend my gratitude to their receptionist. She was very courtesy and polite.
Negative experience: They are not professional at all. Apparently my HOA in Fort Myers is undergoing a management change, and for over a week I've been trying to contact the property manager, the assistant property manager, the new property manager, the new assistant property manager, and no one is responding to any of my emails. I tried emailing Allied directly, and they don't want to help me either and basically referred me to the property manager who is non-existent just ignoring the homeowners.

This is not the general experience I have encountered dealing with most agencies in South Florida and I would like to commend Sergio on his professional/timely endeavor to resolve my problem expeditiously. Negative experience: This is the absolute worst company ever. Anyone considering using them should seriously reconsider it. I have never ever worked with a company that behaves the way this company does. This company truly never responds, never returns calls and never solves problems. Please do yourself a favor and just burn your money versus giving it to them.
Fantastic experience: Leti was very helpful in answering all of my questions and working to resolve. After discovering that there was a glitch in the system that did not send a notification to me regarding late payments I thought were on auto-pay, she is going the extra step to see which other property owners this glitch may be affecting so they are properly notified in the future and to correct issues with their lack of notification. Fantastic experience: I had a minor issue with my accounts due to the fact that I pay my monthly dues for my two units with one check. I emailed Joanna and she instructed Steven to resolve the issue. Negative experience: We onboarded this management company and its been a complete disaster. They are uncountable, they have emergency lines and regular lines but don't respond to calls or call back when you leave a voicemail. Ive been trying to track down payments that ive made for months and they are unable to resolve the accounting issue. Our build has only 30 units so i cant image the mess when its a larger building.

Negative experience: The property manager never gets back to you. Worst customer service ever. I requested a key and it’s been almost 1 month. I have to chase them around to get answers. They give you the run around and they do not own their mistakes. Worst experience!
Fantastic experience: We are new owners of one of the Venetian Isles’ complexes and had an issue setting up the monthly payments for the association fee. We called Allied, and first , the operator was very courteous and assured that l was transferred to the correct customer service specialist. This time was Ms. Dora Rodriguez who helped me. She provided me with every detail and tip to set up our monthly payments. She went the extra mile on this topic. And did all that, with a great attitude and desire to help. My husband and l have lived in condo associations for the last 8 years; however, with our previous properties, we never had, an even close experience as the one that the employees of Allied Property Group provided us today. We are very grateful and happy. Thank you!

Negative experience: Hello Allied Property Group, in my experience dealing with the company, specially in the office by the Executive Airport at 120th, has been terrible and disappointing to say the least. I have gone to the office and had to leave for an emergency, they were going to have me and my relative wait an hour and more to pick up a deposit check. I have waited for a call since a week ago, from representative Karina Sanchez. Left plenty of messages and inquiries about when to pick it up, and no reply so far. When calling the main office, no one picks up and the call falls through as well when marking the extension. I do not think they should be like this and should work on their ethic, as well as costumer service.
Fantastic experience: Lender working on a Condo Approval for a Veteran. They were quick to get me documentation, the fastest that I've ever had from a property management company, in order to work on getting our Veteran into one of their managed condo associations. Shoutout to Leidy.
Fantastic experience: Dora took the time to explain my payment situation and walk me through the solution. She also checked the history of our interaction and considered it to make decisions on the issue at hand.
Negative experience: The only thing they are efficient with is charging their fees. Customer Service is apathetical and will just put you on hold until you decide to hang up or they drop your call. They won't respond to questions and just provide vague answers with zero intention to help their customers. Avoid this company unless they become your very last and only option I guess.
Negative experience: They managed the building I owned a unit on. It took me 3 consecutive days of nonstop calls and multiple emails for them to answer. Their voicemails are full so you cannot leave a voicemail. If you call the main office is the same. Unbelievable.
Negative experience: This company relies on kickbacks they give to Board presidents and/or members to stay in business. A building located on 7845 NE Bayshore Court ( miles away from this company) is dealing with no hot water and stoves, just because the board members got a big paycheck when they hired this company. STAY AWAY! IF YOUR BUILDING HIRES THIS COMPANY, LAWER UP!
Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Karina Sanchez, Assistant Manager at Allied Property Group, to obtain a modification approval. She provided me with the best assistance, She was courteous and efficient. Keep up the good work.
Negative experience: I have no idea why a condo in Fort Myers is managed by people from Miami. I spent more than 1 hr waiting on the phone to setup the automatic payments and when they answered they said I have to do it online so noone can help. Then Receive a violation letter because they dont have the lease agreement and even I started a conversation with them they still applied the fees. I have no idea who approved this change to this company but I'm not happy with this situation at all.
Fantastic experience: I wanted to recognize Jenni Pineda for working with us through a tough time. She was courteous, understanding and she genuinly tried to help us when she didn't have to. She is a great asset to your organization.
Negative experience: Worse customer experience ever. Unfortunately there is no more options and you have to go with the one assigned to you. Lack of flexibility, low time to respond, to provide solutions and zero customer oriented. They don’t add any value to the process
Fantastic experience: Jimmy Rivero is the "Best' in this property management. If your assigned manager or service company doesn"t work in your property as expected just let him know to fix the problem.
Negative experience: Absolutely the worst. If i can give 0 star, i would definitely do. The property manager at Windward-she never responds to emails or calls. It has been few weeks since I try to call her every day, still havent heard anything back from her. If you have a choice, please pick different property management group. Period.
Negative experience: This is the most unprofessional Property Management Company EVER !!!! The property Manager from OLA Condominium Mrs. Lisette San Pedro never answer the phone calls, and rarely replied the emails "in a professional manner". If you try to call the Company directly, you will put on hold for 30-40 minutes. I hang up and try again, nothing. After several tries, I got lucky and asked to speak with Mr. WAYNE LEVENTHAL (Director of Operations), and guess what? he is always in a meeting and do not reply the messages.... this company is total Garbage !!!!! By the way... I have been trying for more than a month getting an answer about a very UNSAFE situation, all 4 Elevator's certificates on the mentioned community are expired from 07/31/2022 and still waiting.....

She was very nice, patient, she replied to all my questions satisfactory, she put me in brief holds to look more in detail. Negative experience: This management group is absolute garbage. Never am I able to contact our property manager. If I choose to call Allied directly, I am put on hold for 30 minutes. I hang up and try again, nothing. If you have a choice of a property management, I HIGHLY recommend researching. Headaches all the way around. Obviously if I could give 0 STARS I would. Just my educated humble opinion!
Positive experience: I just spoke with Dora and she was really helpful with the problem I was having. I don't give them 5 stars because I have leak problems and the truth is that they haven't solved it yet and it's been a long time and several years paying for the roof assessment and nothing...
Positive experience: Thanks Emily and Laura for your prompt response and help. I’m a new resident at Forest Lakes ( Shoma Homes ) at Kendall and both have helped me with my inquires, forms and HOA onboarding precess. Very professional and attentive.
