Fantastic experience: Matt was super helpful and very quick with responses to any questions or concerns that we had throughout our trip and would recommend the apartment on Seitz street to anyone staying in Cincinnati. The apartment was very clean, quiet with a nice skyline view. The swinging chairs were a perfect touch on our trip as everything was less than a 15 minute drive from any activity’s in Cincinnati or Kentucky.

Fantastic experience: I travel for work and stayed in one of their properties in Cincinnati with my teenager. I was drawn to the house due to the pictures of the comfy Livingroom, and we were not disappointed, two couches, a large TV with games and streaming services. I was able to cook our meals in the well-appointed kitchen. There were plenty of towels and blankets and free laundry and parking on site. It was just as comfy as home, and the hosts reached out and made sure we were comfortable. Any message to them was responded to within minutes. Overall 10 out of 10! Would def stay again.

Fantastic experience: This place felt like home. The location was perfect for us because it was at the center of everything. The property was well equipped for our stay (despite the lack of a washer and dryer). I look forward to staying here in the future. I highly recommend this place for a family of 2 to 4 people.

I primarily worked with Dawn and Ivy, both handled themselves professionally. I would say this is one of very few companies who not only professional, but also handle their business with integrity. Would have no problem renting from them in the future!

Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Vrbo Stay in Florence, KY – Close to Cincinnati! We had an excellent stay at this Vrbo in Florence, Kentucky. Matt was an incredibly accommodating host and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Communication was easy, and he truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The house felt like home the moment we walked in — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, which made it perfect for relaxing after busy days exploring the area. One thing we especially appreciated was having everything we needed for a cup of coffee in the morning. If you arrive later in the evening and don’t want to immediately run to the grocery store, you’re covered. Those little touches make a big difference. The location is fantastic — close to Cincinnati, making it convenient for downtown events, dining, and attractions while still enjoying the calm and comfort of Florence.

Parking Garage right next door made it very convenient for us in case we had to drive further. The space we rented was very nice and well worth the price. Fantastic experience: This was a phenomenal experience. The city view is amazing from the suite. Although parking can be tricky, there are multiple parking options mere feet away that made the parking doable. There are multiple dining options less than 2 minutes walking distance, grocery store less than a 5 minute drive, and easy access to the highway from here. The suite itself was immaculate. The cleanliness was welcomed and appreciated. The aesthetics are pleasing to the senses, giving a modern industrial vibe. Beds, pillows, and sheets are comfortable in both rooms. The kitchen area is nice with everything one would need to cook and dine in for a nice meal if preferred. The fitness area also has everything one needs to get a great work out in. Overall, The 333 is the place to be!

Fantastic experience: My stay at Queen City Views 4 was amazing. Check in was a breeze, and Matt checked in daily to ensure that I had everything that I needed. The space was exactly as described and shown in photos. Super clean beautiful place! The view from the balcony is priceless. Please keep in mind when booking that Unit 4 is on the third floor of a walk up building. The steps were only troublesome for me when I had to get my heavy suitcase up there. Fabulous place and communication. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic experience: This is the location for getting around Cincinnati. Close to Clifton, OTR, Oakley, and Downtown. The house was decorated just as the pictures show. We had all the items to stay for over a month. Pots pans, plates glasses. The house stayed a very cozy temperature during one of Cincinnati's worst snow storm. Matt and his team were great with check "couldn't get any easier". This is definitely a place to stay if visiting Cincinnati.

Fantastic experience: My fiancé and I recently stayed here with our dog and we absolutely loved it, the apartment is very pretty and well put together. It was super easy to find as well. Ladies be aware there isn’t a dresser, but there’s multiple closets that you can hang stuff up in. The beds are super comfortable and homey we’d love to stay here again!!

Fantastic experience: I loved everything about this listing such as the location, easy access to hiway, very quiet nice street, friendly nabors and a comfy naborhood to be in. The house is decorated cute, cozy and definitely just a good vibe. Also, Matt was amazing when it came to communication at one point my end mail wasn't working and he made is possible to take another avenue. One thing that does stink but I don't believe management can do anything about but the pipes freeze to the washer when its really cold out. I would definitely come back to this listing.

Fantastic experience: House is beautifully designed and was a comfortable stay for our family. We were helping our oldest move to downtown Cincinnati and this house was only 7 minutes from his new apartment. It is also close to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and the Newport Aquarium. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessary cooking supplies. The home is in an up and coming neighborhood. So be prepared to see newly renovated homes and apartments alongside some older homes and businesses. However we felt safe in the neighborhood and were able to walk to several yummy and quaint coffee shops and restaurants. I wish the weather was warmer because I know we would have enjoyed the rooftop deck. Matt and his team were easily accessible and quickly responded to all of our questions. We recommend this home for anyone who wants to enjoy all of the local Cincinnati attractions.

Fantastic experience: The home was clean and well managed. We received a message the second morning as a check in to see if we needed anything. Very responsive! We had no issues. The space was perfect for 6 adults. We used the kitchen alot. I always cook. We had the very basics. Bring your own seasonings and dry measureing cups. We loved the electric tea kettle, coffee, tee, pop, water and snacks that were left for us. The view was breathtaking and our destination was very close to convenience stores, a large well maintained dollar general and 5 miles from where we spent our time visiting. We are planning to return again! 5 stars.

It is perfectly situated between the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter, as well as close to the airport and grocery stores, etc. Matt, the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again if the occasion arises.

For example, when we asked for a hair dryer (apparently a previous guest stole the one that was here), we had one delivered to us within the day! When there was an issue with guests in an adjoining unit, he had security there within a short time considering it was 2:30am New Year’s day! I would say he bent over backwards to accommodate and even offered a couple perks upon checkout to make up for the inconvenience. Way to go, Matt! The place was as advertised and even had the lovely bonus of deer visiting us each morning and evening. It was very relaxing watching them graze in the back yard. It’s super easy to get to King’s Island, the Cincy Zoo, and Newport Aquarium. Overall, I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: We stayed for 4 days during New Year’s Holiday week and property was fantastic! Master bedroom was extremely large with high ceilings and a large closet. The two bedrooms upstairs were nicely decorated as well. Very large backyard as well! The highlight room was the kitchen/dining room area due to its VERY large size and was great for entertaining our group of six. The kitchen was very well appointed to allow us to cook each night of our stay. The large laundry room was also very beneficial to use. We plan on coming back on future visits to Cincinnati! The host, Matt, was extremely responsive (less than 5 minute response time) to any questions that we had!

Fantastic experience: The place they had was a very convenient place. It is minimalistic and clean. The stay was very comfortable and surprisingly spacious. Matt was very responsive, even with I suddenly called with a question. The building was clearly older, but they has been upgraded well. There was a baseboard heater in the larger room, but also AC units in the larger room and living room just in case, but the central heating unit worked quickly and well. The only con was the street parking and being boxed in anywhere I parked along that street, but there's nothing they can do about that for a place in downtown Cincinnati.

Having designated parking was a huge plus and made coming and going stress-free. There were also plenty of great food options nearby, which made the stay even better. The place itself was comfortable and exactly as described. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Positive experience: Yes we have enjoyed our stay. The only thing that made me a bit uncomfortable is not being from this area, there were times we weren't comfortable unpacking our car due to bus/trolley stop right in front attracting folks that felt a bit shady. Plus the side entrance felt dark and tight. The inside of the unit was perfect My husband's concern was the side window near the bed was drafty. I couldn't give you a 5 star ⭐️ review but we could give 4 stars. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: The house was nice and clean with plenty of amenities in a great location for us. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of extras. The only thing to note is that there is a keurig instead of a coffee pot, but k pods were provided by the host. The host was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great space for a small group setting, we did a girls annual Christmas sleepover, it was a perfect space to socialize and large table to play games, eat and enjoy each other’s company! Would rent from them again.

Fantastic experience: Everything was seamless, from booking, to communication, and just our entire stay! The house was super quiet, clean & spacious! We only had four in our group, but even with eight people, you still wouldn't have been on top of each other at all. There were ample games (board, foosball, hook & ring, darts, ping pong, axe/star throwing, cornhole, etc.) for us on site to keep us entertained. There were also ample TVs and even a hot tub! It made for a very easy & calm stay after a long drive to Hamilton from Pittsburgh late at night. I will definitely be booking with them again here next year!

Fantastic experience: We stayed here for a long weekend over Thanksgiving 2025. The house was great and Matt (owner/manager) was very attentive and helpful. The house was cozy and very clean! All beds and pillows were very comfortable and fit our family great. Master bedroom upstairs (king bed) had its own full bathroom and was very spacious. Downstairs bedroom had a queen bed and was across from downstairs bathroom (full bath with shower). Also upstairs is a spacious bedroom with a king bed and its own full bathroom. Finally, bedroom with queen bed and bunks is upstairs. There is a full guest bathroom upstairs. Four bedroom and four bathrooms…so spacious and roomy. Kitchen and living room are very cozy and very nicely decorated. Kitchen had all the necessary amenities, utensils, cooking supplies and dishes. House had full laundry room, and fireplace was a nice touch for the cold weather outside. Hot water was hot, furnace kept us warm. Overall a great stay and definitely a five star home with five star service. Would fully recommend this home. During our stay we flew into Cincinnati airport (CVG), visited Cincinnati, the creation museum in Petersburg, and the Ark Encounter in Williamstown. The house was a great location and easy access to all attractions. We were 100% satisfied with our stay!!

Fantastic experience: We had a delightful three-night stay at this wonderful establishment. The accommodations were exceptionally clean and comfortable. We appreciated the thoughtful provision of towels, shampoo, body wash, and especially the coffee, which was a very pleasant touch. The availability of makeup remover towels was also quite convenient. The parking facilities were excellent, eliminating the need for street parking. Its location offers easy access to numerous restaurants and activities, yet it remains remarkably quiet. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and would certainly consider rebooking should we find ourselves in the area again.

Fantastic experience: Matt was a great host! #4 was such a quaint place to stay. Right down from the Market, breweries and tap rooms. Amazing food options are just steps away. This was a great pick for a couples getaway!

Fantastic experience: We had the best experience at this home over Thanksgiving! Our host was incredibly responsive. We had a tiny hiccup with the door keypad when we arrived, and he replied within two minutes and had us inside right away. The house itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. It has this unique charm, vintage with elegant furniture, yet a perfectly cozy family room where everyone could relax together. The huge sectional couch fit our entire family comfortably, which made movie nights extra special. We had our family of four, my parents, my brother and his wife, and my sister staying together, and it never once felt crowded. There’s tons of space to spread out, and the layout made it so easy for everyone to have their own corner when they needed it. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal, and having a washer and dryer onsite was such a convenience for a longer stay. The yard was beautiful too! We would’ve loved to enjoy it more if it hadn’t been 20 degrees out! It was such a meaningful trip for us. The first time in a decade that our entire extended family gathered in the area, and this home made it all the more special. I can’t recommend it enough!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful apartment on a great street. Walking distance to great food. Large shopping center is 1/2 mile away. Definitely will stay here again.

Positive experience: My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Ruth House; and our host Matt was very attentive to all our questions or concerns. His prompt and friendly responses were very much appreciated. The only thing I was disappointed about was not being allowed to have Thanksgiving dinner at the house for my family. For the past several years I’ve rented homes that I’ve hosted my dinners and it’s never been a problem. My fault though for not asking sooner before committing to rent. All that said - the Ruth House was lovely and Matt did an excellent job on his part!

Fantastic experience: Nice residential area. Peaceful and quiet. Yet, various stores and restaurants 5 minutes away. Unit was very nice and CLEAN. Perfect for our Cincinnati long weekend. Kitchen had everything we needed. And Matt the host contact was welcoming and responsive. Yes...FIVE STARS!
