Negative experience: Does not fix things when work orders are put in. Wants tenants to fix things themselves, take their money. They want top dollar for raggedy run down properties. Please visit rent experts and 1 south properties nicer homes for less money

Negative experience: If I could give this place a lower review I would. We rented a property through them and throughout the experience we had work orders take 6-8 months to even start, including when bees lived in the walls beside my daughter's room. They took close 5 months to remove them and never repaired the wall. However the moving our was the worst part. They wanted to show the house while I was in the middle of packing and were persistent after I told them no. Then as I am turning keys in they gave me a move out packet that stated I would be charged per item dirty and asked me to pay for water and electricity so they could work in the house. This property allowed us to have a roof leak from November to February without even putting a tarp down and left nails in the yard from the roofing that punctured one of our tires. Replaced floor from previous resident and the install was not done right and have still yet to fix it even though we put in a work order many many months ago.

Negative experience: If rating could be a negative number I would give it. I would never do business with these people. Mr. Reeves thinks he is too important to return phone calls. Good neighbors in my experience share the cost of privacy fence between yards. But he would not even return a phone call to discuss it. He left msg with the receptionist that he would not help with cost of fence in any way. But he will certainly benefit from MY fence. I would have gladly discussed this if he would’ve actually called back. I hope people read this and stay away from this company. Very rude and uncaring and unneighborly. Even worse he can’t call in response to my review and didn’t even write his own response but was written by office staff. But according to other reviews, I see I’m not the only one who doesn’t get calls back. The fence is on the property line and I would’ve gladly had it face your property if only he would have actually had the courtesy to have a conversation. If I had called wanting to rent your property, I’m sure he would’ve called back. The response from your office on google rather than a call shows lack of professionalism and integrity.
Tammy, it is unfortunate you feel this way. Our office received your message regarding a privacy fence replacement that does not belong to us. Our understanding is that you are the neighbor and have plans to replace your fence but wanted the owner to split that cost with you. We tried to explain on the phone yesterday that this fence does not belong to us and is not our property. Mr. Reeves would have personally returned your call as soon as he was able if you had allowed time for that to happen. Since you felt the need to continue calling the office for an answer our staff tried to explain as best we could. Unfortunately, your frustration with the answer made that impossible. Again, I am sorry you feel this way.
Tammy, John Reeves adding to the review. I have never had a neighbor pay me for my damaged fences, awnings, sheds, or anything else that was on my property. Surely, you see how ridiculous you are making such statements. You are in the wrong - not me. This isn't about being neighborly - it's about you not understanding home ownership duties and responsibilities. We have been in business for 55 years serving the Mobile area.

Fantastic experience: First time ever using a rental service company to find a rental, after a two month search and giving unclear information about rental homes. A family friend referred us to reeves rental. Quite professional must I say, straight to business although the fine print process such as credit check back ground checks, may seem a little frustrating but it's apart of the process which reeves rental was with us every step of the way. Which me and family appreciate very much. Negative experience: Very misleading information. Willing to take your application money and key deposit for you to view the rentals but will not tell you that they have already leased said property. Very unprofessional way to run a business. If you have a potential good tenant who follows every step of your process as you have ordered in a timely manner and you knowingly mislead them. Hope you get the tenants you deserve in your property. Highly do not recommend because these ladies can’t coordinate what they have told potential tenants.

Negative experience: I would give 0 stars if I could. Don’t rent from them, when you move out they will charge you $300 for an air filter. When I moved in the house, I had to pay for carpet cleaning because it was disgusting. The fence was falling apart when we moved.
DeAnna, it was a good bit more than a dirty AC filter. You are welcome to come by the office and I'll be happy to go over the move out pics with you. They show a much different story.

Positive experience: I only gave 3 stars because the front desk lady was actually helpful and nice! Gm hope all is well I did everything I needed to do for 3638 country ct and was denied for credit which was over the required amount stated! And have 20x rent in my account and just cause I had a few mortgage payments missing due to separation( Which I know is my responsibility to) I got denied! I even offered to pay the entire year (which application states have to be a year) out for the property still denied! I think her name is heather told me there was a certain criteria for the home what criteria is that! Thoughts??
We never approve anyone that owes rent or mortgage payments. Even after talking with the owner, he did not wish to enter into a lease with you. I'm sorry you felt like we were the problem.

Negative experience: The Reeves managed the complex of the townhome I purchased and were terrible to work with. Any time they were involved in any dealings it was unpleasant and unprofessional. They even interfered with the sale of my unit. I would avoid them at all costs
From January 31, 2024 until April 9, 2024 we answered over 70 requests from you, your agent and different mortgage companies on your behalf. They were all answered promptly. You, nor your agent understood what the Condominum Documents contained and you are apparently taking out your anger on us because of this. You had three sales during this period. First two sales couldn't be financed because of the reserves kept by the HOA (mtg company rules) - something we don't control. You finally sold the unit for cash and the HOA cash reserves didn't come into play. We are now managing the unit you sold for the new buyer. She seems to be happy...I'm not sure why you aren't? As I told you before, I will be happy to sit down and discuss any issues you want. You chose not to. Regards,

Negative experience: These are the worst type of people to rent from you won’t have your own privacy in your own home you will have to worry about them riding by your house spying on you calling you to come inspect the house. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had from renting. I had to change the locks due to them passing by and worrying about my stuff getting, taken from my home due to expensive items And they will do everything they can to try to to try to screw you out of your deposit ‼️BEWARE‼️ The smiles in the beginning are jus fronts
Once a year we do an interior inspection before offering to renew the lease. This is done as a precaution to having someone do thousands of dollars in damages over a period of years without any knowledge of how someone "lives". I should post the pics of the condition the property was left in. That is what a Security Deposit is for. Hauling off trash, removing food from refrigerator, repairing holes, cleaning...even had to remove dog ---- from the garage and stains throughout the house. Again, pics tell the real story. Negative experience: If Mobile County will ever again be a nice place to live, one thing that will need to happen will be for slumlords to be held accountable. As long as property owners/managers don’t care how the worst of their properties are managed, they are the cause of the devaluation of all of our properties.

Fantastic experience: At the end of the day it's not reeves it the owners they can't do anything without the property owner saying ok do it I'll pay for it. I wish I had rented thru them and not them being the middle man because everything that is wrong probably would have been fixed

Negative experience: The review from Aaron is correct. They find every way to keep your deposit. The house I was renting was being put up for sale while I was in it. When I refuse to let them have people look at it while I was there. My lease was broken on there end, I was giving less 30 days. When I ask for more time, I was told no. They took my whole deposit and say I owe them more. The closet doors was broken when I moved in but they charged me for that. I been in that house for 5 years, had the carpet clean the best they could. THE CARPET IS OLD. If you can find somewhere else to rent from please do. I can care less what you write under my review… PLEASE RUN… DO NOT RENT FROM THEM… read the reviews… you will see how unprofessional they are. You run a business and you go back an forth with people on their experience with working with you. People please believe the reviews. It’s more then one or two people saying the same thing… BELIEVE THE REVIEWS !!!!
Negative experience: Spoke to Mr. Reeves(who was very nice and informative) earlier in the day and I visited a property. When I called to see about an application, they told me to come to the office. I was met at the locked door by an older lady that was less than friendly and wouldn't answer any questions, just pointed at a box with papers. No apps in there. She then said to fill out the application and slide it in the door slot with our money. I had questions before I made a decision to apply, so since they wouldn't answer any, I decided it wasn't worth my time or money.

Negative experience: I have never had such an unpleasant experience with any “company” or “business” in my life. Fortunately we were able to have a direct line to the home owner and he was able to help with the numbers issues Reeves over looked. The only reason I have given them 1 star is because google will not allow make the post with 0 stars. To say their customer service and communication skills is sub-par would be a compliment. There is little to no activity from Reeves in their portal. We sent Multiple Maintenance request that were never addressed. They will attempt to charge you for the maintenance issue they chose to ignore. I have never spoke to Reeves associate that did not make me feel as though it was an inconvenience to help me. When asking them to email documents concerning the lease to myself and the other individual on the lease Martha replied “ she doesn’t have time for that, and I can just forward the message myself” however she didn’t mention that she will not be sending me any documentation today it was requested because she did not have time. Thought Martha was very rude, I did find it refreshing that Martha assured me this problem will not be addressed, as opposed to simply not replying like before. Also if you are so lucky to have a direct line and can communicate with the home owner, I recommend doing so and establishing a good professional relationship. It will come in handy when Reeves Rentals attempts to increase your rental rate without notifying the home owner. I hope none of you experience unfair treatment from this company and this review will help you in your decision to work with Reeves Rentals
Aaron---we have been very fair to you in your tenancy here. Upon leaving the property, there were some things left undone by you such as changing of filters and cleanliness and yes you were charged for those. We did not charge you a pet fee for the two dogs and one cat that lived in the property with you. I'm sorry for these responses from you that are inaccurate. Negative experience: I went to view a house they had for rent and there were roaches EVERYWHERE. There was an infestation in the refrigerator. The roaches were crawling out of where you would drink water from. I informed a staff member and they did not care. It’s like the already knew. So sad how greedy and disgusting people are these days.
Positive experience: I would love to give the company a 5 star. We moved down from Huntsville in June 2020. Company very willing to make our transition easy. Rented the home before ever seeing it. We have absolutely loved the home and living in Satsuma. Always very helpful when we had to reach out. Comes time to renew our lease and we get told the owner is wanting to sell. We had 2 days to either buy the home or the home gets put on the market. We have 45 days to find a home to move into in the Satsuma area. Very disappointed that we were not even given a decent time to even make plans for our family of 5. We have faith though in Jesus. We will be ok. I pray that the owner of the house and the people that buy are blessed beyond measure. Edit**7/20/21 I have changed my review from a 3 to 4 star. Things happen for a reason. I am so thankful our journey happened the way it did. Because we are in a apartment waiting for the next step, my husband was able to accept a new job. No it has not been easy but we are excited about what the future holds. This is all a step to where we are meant to be.

Negative experience: I went to see the rental located on Creekwood Dr. in Mobile. Wow is an understatement. The carpet in the bedrooms upstairs is heavily stained, the fronts of the cabinets under the kitchen sink are water damaged, the pull-down shades downstairs are gross, the molding in one spot on top of the kitchen cabinets is totally broken off. The home is EXTREMELY unclean—the doors are filthy, the exterior hasn’t seen a pressure washer in years, and it’s blatantly obvious the place wasn’t cleaned prior to move out or by the management company. They should be ashamed to have their name attached to this house.
Negative experience: OH MY GOOOSH these reviews. I don't know why I didn't look before renting with them. They are CROOKS! Just as another comment said, it doesn't matter how much you clean the house they will keep your deposit. I know for a fact that the pictures they used are from an inspection they did a month before we moved out. And not actual move out photos. Even then it was a tiny scribbles with markers on a drawer that was cleaned prior to move out. The carpet was heavily stained prior to move in and we were told that it was our responsibility to get the stains out of the carpet and leave it spotless even though it was like that at move in. We cleaned the carpet but those stains were permanent and not coming up. Even with that being said asked about the damages we were charged for that were done prior to us moving in. They did not want to discuss those the kept going back to the fact that our bushes were too high. Did not make any sense, because the photos they took themselves as well as ones we took they were perfectly trimmed an the grass was freshly cut. The kitchen was spotless as well as the rest of the house. There was literally nothing left there and everything was CLEAN. Besides I will say we did forget to clean the oven but that was the only thing. So they kept pretty much all of our $1450.00 Deposite. Charged us two different cleaning fees a yard cutting fee among other fees. When the house was spotless I don't understand what you had to clean? And charging us for cleaning the carpets when they were already cleaned and heavily stained and damaged prior to us moving in? We were good tenants always paid our rent and left and immaculate house behind. Especially based on all the other pictures I have seen John post. The office staff is completely unprofessional and rude. initially when I asked about renting houses I got an attitude from two of the ladies. I guess they're used to just have a nasty attitude because they screw over their tenants and homeowners so much they deal with nasty attitudes. None of these post are "fake". We have never EVER had issues with moving out and getting our deposit back. Always left a clean home. Idk how they sleep at night knowing they screwed over a 25 year old mother with two kids out of a 1450 deposite. We had no pets. So the "pet urine" is a lie. We always paid our rent. They did not cash our checks we dropped off at the office. At the beginning there was a misunderstanding what the full amount of rent was on my sister's behalf (there were two tenants in the house, for one and for two their listing said 1400 but they later told us 1450) once we spoke with the office staff we wrote the overdue amount in full. Last month's rent was again dropped off and never cashed. You can't ridicule us because of your office staff neglect. As I said each time I called the office, staff was rude. So yes she did say she wasn't going to argue with me because I was asking why we were being charged for certain things when I myself had no attitude, the lady I spoke with was awful. The AC filter replaced myself two days prior to moving. I know what I did. And there's no way that AC filter was supposedly in dirty after 2 days if you did the inspection within a reasonable amount of time.
Katie- Your statements here are clearly false. Our office staff simply told you they weren't going to argue with you after calling us liars and that we "staged" your move out photos. You have been in the office, you have seen the pictures--but you still do not agree.
Your statement that you paid rent is false. You were consistently late and we withheld $449 out of your deposit because your last month rent in the property was never paid in full. However, we didn't charge you a SINGLE late fee for your habitual late payments but we are "crooks."
You were also not charged two cleaning fees as stated. You were charged a cleaning fee for the house being dirty. The stove itself was dirty enough to charge $150 dollars. You were then charged for carpet cleaning because your lease clearly states that you have to have carpets professionally cleaned before leaving the house, in which you did not turn in any receipt saying you did. Our carpet cleaners had to sanitize the carpets due to heavy pet urine. Once again, we did not charge you a pet fee ($350).
You were then charged for yard work which included, hauling off of trash that was left in the yard and garage, bushes that needed trimming, along with edging that needed to be done because it clearly wasn't.
The damages you were charged for consisted of filthy AC filter--which we could have charged a $400 coil cleaning..but didn't, coloring on wooden cabinets, broken blinds, closet doors off track.
It is clear that you just believe you are entitled to leave a property as you wish with no repercussions. We felt we were more than fair on what was charged and that has been discussed with you on numerous occasions.

Negative experience: Do NOT let Reeves manage your property for rental. Over five years, they found three renter groups, the first we had to evict and they still owe us several thousand dollars; the 2nd also got behind on rent payments and left the house in horrible condition; and the 3rd group trashed it still further. We couldn’t even get a full refund from the last renters’ deposit for basic things like carpet cleaning and light bulb replacement. We literally have had to spend thousands of dollars repairing and restoring our home, and the Reeves staff simply doesn’t care!
Fantastic experience: I moved from California here in 2015 and have been renting with Reeves Realty since 2015. My experience with Reeves Realty has been pleasant. I have no complaint.

They’re always so professional, take care if any issues I bring up, and allowed me to fully express myself in the space I am renting. Overall a highly wonderful company to lease from with some of the nicest employees you’ll ever meet!

Fantastic experience: Great company! I have been using this company for years. I have several real estate properties that are listed with them. I love the way that they take time and run background checks on potential tenants for my property, do the leases and any other legal work that might be needed. They notify me immediately if there is a repair that might be needed and take care of it immediately. Rent is deposited electronically into my account and monthly and yearly reports sent out. A very friendly staff to me and my tenants. I believe they have close to 50 years in the real estate business. I recommend this company 100%.

Negative experience: By far the WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had .. upon moving in the house I noticed rat droppings .. mind you this was before moving in any of my furniture or clothes etc... they took responsibility for that and decided to take care of pest control as they should now the issue has reoccurred and their telling me it’s tenet responsibility... even though the issue was there when I arrived!!! Within 7 months I’ve dealt with more bs than I have in 23 years .. I noticed the FRIDGERATOR wasn’t working as well it literally took them 5 months to replace my refrigerator weeks to fix my air conditioner and another month to replace a hot water heater !! Further more the ceiling is caving in && leaking now the floor is coming up and there’s holes in the wall and they expect me to live in these conditions paying for an overpriced dump !!!

Negative experience: I remember that me and my husband went up there to talk to them about getting out of our lease because he was having to move because of his job they would not let us out of our lease so we ended up paying our lease in full and they said we would get our security deposit back in 60 days okay well whenever we surrendered our keys on September 19th at I believe it was 6 in the morning I have a picture of the piece of paper through the door in case they want to say it wasn't returned and it has our forwarding address and our numbers we have not heard anything from them I have emailed them numerous times I've even called them and they have never said this until now and so now it was so it's 60 days at 60 days it'll be there in 60 days and now I called him today which the 60 days ended on the 17th of this week which its December 18th 2019 and today it was completely different so it was 60 days to to the end of your actual lease it doesn't matter that you paid it off early and surrendered the key because its its 60 days of the end dateof ypur lease In the contract it says exactly: "tenant agrees to deposit with the landlord a security deposit of $675 to be held as security for the full and faithful performance by the tenant of all terms and conditions herein, it being understood and agreed to that no part of this deposit is to be applied to any rent which may become do under this rental agreement until after landlord has received possession and all other lawful charges deducted. upon termination of the Tenancy, property or money held by the landlord a security may be applied to the payment of accrued rent and the amount of loss of rent or damages which the landlord has suffered by reason of the tenants non-compliance which this lease and the Alabama uniform residential landlord and tenant act. any deductions from the security deposit must be itemized by the landlord in a written notice to the tenant together with the amount due, if any, within 60 days after termination of the Tenancy and delivery of possession and demand by the tenant, whichever is later. This obligation is met when the landlord mails the portion of the deposit road and / or the written notice within 60 days by first class mail or better. The tenant shall provide the landlord in writing with a forwarding address or new address to which the written notice and amount due from the landlord may be sent. Both tenant and landlord agree to use a tenant handbook, dated this same date to handle any charges to tenant. Now mind you I'm 21 years old and I'm not a lawyer but im almost certain that my contract says within 60 days after termination of the Tenancy (which was don't when we paid off our lease) and delivery of possession and demand by the tenant (which was done when we turned our keys in with the change of address and phone number) but if I'm wrong can some one explain to me the reason because this was mine and my husband first time renting a house and i might not know what im talking about and I'm not going to take someone's word who has given me the run around since we have moved.
Negative experience: If I could give them no stars I would. They let us move into a dirty house and did nothing to clean it. Then we cleaned the house and they charged us $350 of our deposit for cleaning. They also charged us for paint when the owners are the ones who peeled the paint in the house because they wanted to redo it. This place will scam you. DO NOT rent from them.
We use a 3rd party to inspect our houses before move-in and after move-out. They take pics and detailed listing of the condition of the property. We compare pics and written report before deduction of any costs caused by tenants actions. This is the fairest method that we know to deal with damages. I have no idea if this real or not as you chose not to leave a last name...
Negative experience: Worst management company I've ever seen. They have poor management practices and no concern with maintaining the high standards they claim they have. They neglected the landlords request to uphold what was in the lease, and claimed the landlord had "too high of expectations" and so they pushed them away in hopes that it all just goes away. Instead of fulfilling their obligations to their clients, they quit on them and left the dirty work to the person they claimed to be there for. The property was left in bad shape, a workbench removed from the garage area, doors ripped off hinges, and more. They didn't inspect the property once in two years and this led to all that damage by the tenant. All this is from the standpoint of the landlord of the house, I can't imagine how they treat their renters! In response to your "fake review" reply, this review is as real as it gets. You may not have record of me as the owner because it was my family that employed you rather than me, however, I speak the truth. I watched my mom's house decline heavily in value over the course of two years while under your management, all because you refused to uphold her end of the rental agreement. I listened to you all push her questions aside all while assuring her you would inspect year after year and I came in to see her once valuble house destroyed because you failed to manage the property appropriately.
Fake review. We have no record of ever having you as an owner or as a tenant.
Positive experience: Overall experience was pretty good. House needed some major work but it is a rental house. Some things were fixed on a reasonable time, other things were never fixed. Left house clean and no major damages and we were returned our full deposit, so I think they are very fair in that department!
Negative experience: When we put our house in the rental market, it was just coming off of the sale market during a down turn and was completely with new flooring, carpet, and paint. The move in home was flawless. We were obviously incredibly concerned about the right tenants and were assured by John himself all the ways they screen tenants. When they told us they found a tenant (and turned down others that were not "qualified") we felt excited about the whole process. Over the course of the next 5 years (our tenants renewed the lease) we made the unfortunate mistake of believing Reeves was living up to its promises that it claims on their website about making sure properties are managed and values maintained. We didn't live in the area and fully expected our paid management company to make sure our property was well taken care of. When the tenants moved out, we were left with 17K in damage - every bit of flooring in the home had to be replaced, some down to the sub flooring. The amount of dirt was incomprehensible. They left us a dumpster and a half full of items in the house that had to be cleaned out. Fans were broken, outlets broken, even the stove had a fire behind it that was undisclosed and wires had to be replaced. When we asked for inspections over the years, Reeves clammed up. We were told "next week" "next week" and we were trying to figure out how to property file against the tenants for damages. Reeves decided that it was because we want to sue them and refused to turn over or talk about our property through our contact. Once my husband got into touch with John, we felt better and that he was going to chat with us and that they would help us file against the tenant. Once again, there were no calls back, and when my husband spoke with him again, john HUNG UP on my husband and said "my attorney said not to talk to you." I have videos, pictures, and long list of required things we had to clean up on the home. If you care about your property and need a rental agency that will VALUE you and make sure the tenants are maintaining the property as well as support you when there are issues, this is NOT the company for you. If we can save even one family from having to experience the poor level of management and customer service we have, then I feel better. I will be adding video of our home online as well so people can see how bad it really was. The pictures do not even do it justice. The 3rd party inspector said it was the "worst he has ever seen". The most unfortunate part of this has been their customer service. Hiding behind an attorney rather than talking about where they failed is a sure sign of a company that will not take your assets with care. John- if you read this - call us. You owe us an actual discussion about your failure. I am happy to put the video of our home on YouTube so people can see what kind of tenant you disregarded in our home.
Negative experience: Horrible business took almost a week for them get in touch with the owner of a house and when I called 3 times over a whole day asking about I was pretty much rudely told don't call back we'd call you then days later I called back and they said oh we heard from the owner and he said no. they knew and never called. And assured us our request for the owner he would do it now they act like they never said he would and they did. Unprofessional
Negative experience: We have rented with Reeves for over 5 years. We usually do not deal with any personnel directly, we simply pay our rent timely, we do our very best to maintain the integrity and value of the property that we are renting as if it belonged to us and generally just mind our business and stay neighborly. My problem with Reeves Realty is they show absolutely no regard for your concerns as a tenant as it relates to repairs. In the 5 years of dealing with Reeves as a Rental Company, here is what we have found to be a consistent practice of what a work order request through Reeves consists of: You make a service request for a home repair- you will be asked a million questions and then you will be told (and I quote) “ Can I have a good contact number to reach you? Okay Mr. / Mrs. Clark your property manager will be contacting regarding this work order promptly.Thank you “ And that’s it. I promise you WILL NOT GET THAT CALL BACK! In fact you will be the one constantly calling to follow up until you get so tired and disgusted with the “She’s out of the Office”, “I’m sorry they are currently on the phone, I’m going to take your name and number and they will call you back.” It is anever ending loop and you end up paying out of your own pocket for the repair! It is faster and it actually gets done! Funny how when you go into the office, no one is on phones basically you will see and hear them sitting around and gossiping. Sad, I know!!! Annual inspections are NON EXISTENT! We lived in a home for 3 years - NOT INSPECTED BY REEVES EVER! We’ve been in this home for over a year ,and in fact renewed the lease - NO ANNUAL INSPECTION... This Company has demonstrated that it care very little for the properties under their direction, and even less for the concerns of their tenant- even those who are long standing and follow the rules and make timely no excuses payments. We used to believe in this Company once upon a time, now we just can’t wait to be away from them. I am disheartened that I had to leave such a negative review.

Negative experience: I had the exact same experience as Heather before me. Multiple requests to get major issues in my house fixed, one of which being a 4 ft. by 2 ft. whole in my floor directly next to my bed. 5 months have now gone by without any resolve. Every time I call, about anything, it somehow is my fault. In fact the last person I spoke to said "Just pay your rent that's all we are worried about." - Kayla. So I visited the office. I walked in and asked the front desk to speak to someone about my new lease, which I received less than a month before it was due but was told I had to give a 30 day notice even though I didn't even receive the lease until it was too late. So according to them I owed another month's rent. The event ended with three different people yelling at us that we had to pay more rent and that we needed to put in a work order (which we had done twice before.) Issues like this only scratch the surface of the is disgrace of a property management company and there must be something we can do to stop this company from continuing to ignore it's customers.

Your statement is inaccurate. Any issue you have ever called in, which is few have been fixed, besides the flooring issue. The ONLY reason we found out about the flooring issue was during our annual inspection. Once we found out we sent someone out there. When he got there, you refused to allow him in that room, hindering him from doing the job.
As far as only caring about paying your rent--I think you misinterpreted what was said. She was saying we would waive the late fee, just bring in rent. It had nothing to do with only caring about rent.
We apologize that you did not get your lease renewal in a timely manner. However, we cannot control the post office. Your lease clearly states that you must give a 30 day notice prior to moving. We give you a copy at lease signing so that you can reference it at anytime. You are also more than welcome to call our office to check on a lease ending date.
When you came into our office you didn't get your way and acted accordingly. Before you left you slammed your hand down on our counter in a very threatening manner. When you called yesterday, you acted the same way. We try our best to be helpful and reasonable but we ask the same from our tenants.
