Fantastic experience: When I decided to sell, I interviewed three of the top realtors in the area. While interviewing Rachel, she was completely transparent about how the selling process worked. She brought up issues with capital gains taxes that I hadn't even considered (which gave me time to consult a CPA about those implications). Rachel was patient in answering all my questions. She understood my communication style as a military veteran and clarified what my expectations and goals were before we even began the Agent-Seller relationship to ensure we were both on the same page. I was so excited to hire her because she was passionate about her client's interests and extremely knowledgeable about the current housing market and selling process.
