Fantastic experience: When we moved to Billings from out of state, we wanted to make a great first impression with our new realtor. Naturally, that meant rolling up to our first showing in a 12-passenger van (because apparently, the airport was out of rental cars). We thought we could quietly tuck it away in the side lot and avoid the awkwardness—but before we could even shut the doors, there was Heidi, standing outside, smiling and asking, “So what’s up with the van, guys?” From that moment on, we knew we were in good hands. Fantastic experience: Heidi is an excellent buyer’s agent, and I would definitely choose to work with her again for either buying or selling (though hopefully not any time soon). I started working with Heidi a little more than a year before our expected relocation. We were in town and toured a few houses with her, and she quickly got the idea of what we would be looking for, which was essential since most of our house shopping was expected to be done remotely. She was extremely responsive throughout the whole process and was very quick to turn around all the forms needed for the transaction. When the time was right, we very quickly found a house in a beautiful location that seems perfect for our family. The virtual tour was great. I came out for the inspection and there were no surprises. The whole process was very streamlined. Even after the deal closed, I feel like Heidi still has our best interests in mind, as she was checking in on the property frequently, going beyond what I expected.

Fantastic experience: My fiance and I were in the process of moving to Billings from Michigan and decided to ask Heidi for help looking for a home at the advice of a work partner. We decided to give up on the rental market as it was not at a great place when we were looking. That gave us a little over 1 month to close on a home we found through a work partner before our move in date and we were uneasy about the shift in plans, especially as first time home buyers. Heidi reassured us it could be done if we all did a bit of leg work. I was skeptical considering we were still living in Michigan but I put my faith in Heidi's word and I was not disappointed. We went through a virtual tour with Heidi and she did a great job highlighting pros and cons of the house and we decided to move forward with placing the house under contract. We flew into town during the inspection were we ran into several road bumps: there was hail damage to entire exterior of house, minor electrical issues, old/not well sealed windows, higher radon levels in lower level and worst of all a break in the sewer line that needed immediate attention. Heidi was quick to action and called up local experts. Everything was addressed in approximately 2-3 weeks. The sewer line was especially tricky as the break was just before the main city line. So we had to communicate with the City and Plumbers with excavation expertise. They needed City approval to excavate in the middle of the street. The line break was fixed in approximately 2 weeks. Another tricky portion of this was the funding. The location of the break was not the responsibility of the city as it was just before the main line and the sellers home insurance would not cover this. Not to mention the house was in probate for a short time. The sellers seemed intent on selling as is. Yet, Heidi was able to negotiate with sellers and myself a very reasonable outcome in both our favors in a timely manner. Here we are just a little over a month later in our new home. There is no way we could have done this without Heidi. She made this process make sense, was incredibly friendly and quick to respond when we had questions or were apprehensive We are very happy we put our faith in Heidi and I cannot recommend her enough.

Wish we could do it all over again it was that smooth.

Fantastic experience: Heidi was amazing! She was very professional and her communication was excellent. We were on a short time table for finding a house and had no prior knowledge of the area. We gave some vague guidance over a couple phone calls and Heidi set us up with exactly what we were looking for, coordinating a showing schedule over two days with over 20 homes. We were able to tour homes, make an offer and head back out of town, all in the same weekend. Once under contract, Heidi went above and beyond with setting us up with an inspector and carpet company, coordinating both companies to get in the house and complete their work. She really was our advocate in a town we didn’t know anyone and she made it possible to meet our short timelines. I started working with her before flying into town giving her my likes and she would continue to update me on statuses and ensure I saw new listing that matched my requirements.
