Positive experience: Ok place. Tow truck visits often. Once u are on management's radar they don't stop.

Fantastic experience: Green River village is a nice quiet community located right before the Green River golf course. This community has a pool in community center workout center. They have a basketball court and a little dog park. If you're into health they've got trails that you can walk and a bike path that leads into the beach cities. It's a gated community so the gates closed and need a key card to get in. This community is pretty safe I'm comfortable for family to live.

Fantastic experience: We stayed in the River House, and it was amazing. I have no complaints here—it's just beautiful and relaxing. I will miss the sounds of the river at sleep time forever!!

Fantastic experience: I deliver grocery orders here and find this a very family friendly community who takes pride in their lil piece of paradise and have beautiful nature around them. The customers in here have always been so polite and a pleasure to be of service helping out!

Fantastic experience: Great community to stay in very low key and quite out of the way. Gated community with a dog park and pool with basketball court. Close to the golf course and range. Jack in the box and Starbucks are close by for comfort. Easy access to the 91 fwy, 71 fwy, and Irvine Fwy.

Fantastic experience: If your a guest don’t park here they will tow your car legalized auto theft

Negative experience: Garbage management, parking rules are stupid, they got bigger things to worry about and fix and clean, than towing people cars who can barely afford this crazy rent. Than when you ask to rent a parking there full and state the wait takes up to years, unbelievable. Not to mention hammer towing even told me, “I don’t know why we get calls for these type of towing as we should only be patrolling the fire lanes”

Negative experience: Very nice place and accommodations however the new management is crazy obnoxious and going on a power trip. They love to inconvenience people for fun.the parking is CRAP.

Negative experience: I don't understand, why oriental restaurants don't take care restroom, always are at really bad conditions old and nasty ‍♂️‍♂️

Honestly I felt in love with the community because it’s clean, well maintained and the management is on top of everything. Cynthia Estrada made the process simple. She took the time to explain and answer all of our questions.

Negative experience: Those of us who live here call it Greed River Village. 5 star space rent ($1076.00 mo) at a 3 star park. Rent is raised yearly! The antiquated sewer system backs up regularly, raw sewage running down gutters. 7 different managers in the last 10 yrs. RUN! 2019 update: Space rent is now $1206.00!!! May 2019: Finally sold our home at this overpriced, depressing, poorly maintained trap that is Green River Village! Constant water outages, weedy, neglected homes with carports full or rusty bikes and refrigerators! Whatever you do, don't, don't, don't buy a home at Green River Village! We left GRV 3.5 years ago for Oregon, where we bought a new house for less than the space rent here. My mortgage in Oregon is only $1300.00. However, I left some dear friends who are still stuck in this horrible place. I was informed that the space rent has risen to $1735.00 per month! Good Lord! That's just for a dirt lot, you are responsible to maintain and pay for the home!

Positive experience: Stunning scenery

Positive experience: Carefully consider the management of the park before buying a home. Management does not returns calls, has different standards for different homeowners, and notifications regarding facility closures or power / water interruptions are not sent in a timely manner. I wouldn't have posted this if management had called me as I requested.

Negative experience: I have lived here my whole life. The play ground has stayed the same and when it’s broken it takes years to get fixed. The same for the pools and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi heater never works and the pools are closed for most of the year. Management installed bright lights surrounding the playground so the houses there are constantly blinded by the light. The rent is so ridiculous and that’s still an under statement. For all the money we pay we want a working front gate, hot jacuzzi, better gym, updated playground, and so much more. Mangers don’t stay too long and should make us all wonder why. Green River use to be a beautiful and peaceful place to live but not any more. The river is gone and many bad and strange people have lived in this community. Some of which sold drugs or made home adult videos. Green River has seen it all. So please don’t live here and don’t bring your children unless you are okay with them becoming corrupt.

Fantastic experience: Awesome place to live. Very peaceful and away from the city life. Amazing neighbors and overall an outstanding community to be amongst. Love the scenery and the weather changes more intensely than the other cities local. But I like the Santa Ana winds and the mountain pass around us. Management for the park is A ok. No issues there, but really in general a safe place to live, rarely cops in here for serious crimes but that's said from previously living in Pomona prior to Green River. Wouldn't change living here for the world.

Fantastic experience: I truly loved this park and would have loved to live there, but due to some credit issues, I did not qualify for the space rent. Nichelle, the park realtor was extremely helpful in my quest to buy there. She pulled all the strings she could for me, but it was not to be. The park is so serene, it would have been the ultimate retirement home for me. Nichelle did not even seem like a realtor to me, she truly felt like a true friend and family. Thank you.

Negative experience: Update on parking shortage. Many residents received letters their car will be towed for parking in guest parking. They advise you need to pay for extra parking spaces yet they have none available. As a resident who obeys the rules and tries to resolve this issue they advise there’s nothing I can do about it and eventually our car will be towed. This is how management treats their residents.

Negative experience: This place is authorizing illegal towing. If your car is towed the person who authorized the tow has to be there in person to sign for the tow. If your car is hooked up already they have offer the car to you for half price before it’s taken. Do not allow them to take it outside the gate. They will give it to you at full price. Anyone looking to buy here we strongly suggest you look elsewhere. Tour the facilities, they’re in poor condition.

Negative experience: Hey Folks trust me, this is the last place you want to live in, management in this place is bad and the management team is more worried about things that have no importance instead of worrying about peoples safety they worry about stupid things this is horrible place to live don’t do it!!!! It is also infested with rats,raccoons, and who knows what else utilities very high!!!!

Negative experience: Before purchasing a home here we talked to many residents who complained about the management. I thought to myself it can’t be that bad. After living here over a year now I see it’s true. They do not follow through on anything. We have to call several times before I just give up. Most homes are maintained while other are trashy. Everything needs updating. Tour all the facilities and you’ll see what I mean. Nichelle and the maintenance guy are very friendly. My complaints are too many to list. Don’t buy here. You’ll also notice many homes for sale here. A sigh everyone wants out.

Negative experience: We bought here. Biggest waste of money. No parking. I read a review from a couple years ago about the plumbing, it hasn’t changed. I stay at home with my disabled daughter, I have had no water on multiple occasion without so much as a heads up. I have had the sewer backed up in my driveway. The “sanitation crew” was two men and a bucket. I had to throw away my stuff. Other people’s poop and toilet paper were still caked on my hose and house when they left. I called he next day and they sent one man and a bucket. There was still poop and toilet paper. Every time their plumbing goes bad, some plumbing of mine does too. Amy, Nichelle and the other maintenance guy are great. If you can help yourself don’t buy here.... oh yeah and there was that time I wrote the rent check for the wrong amount... THEY TAPED MY CHECK TO MY FRONT DOOR.Im think calling the city is in order, if his plumbing problem is years old, they probably could fix it instead of putting up sun panels.

Positive experience: 300+ owners of homes on small lots.That takes a lot of managing. This is one of the nicest geographical locations in SoCal. And it's gated - a real upscale built-in feature from its conception in 1972 as a seniors only community. Thus many amenities not found in most mobile-home communities.

Negative experience: Lived here little more than 4 years. When I was buying I asked if they raise rent much. Was told maybe every 2-3 years . NOT ! Every year so far from 979.00 to 1045.00 and utilities don't differ from summer to winter . Moving to Arizona where homes are $10,000. and rent is $450.

If people would park where there supposed to some rv'ers wouldn't have problems trying to get by, so people park out of the way,there's a reason why you get warning if you don't know maybe if you get hit you'll understand!!
