Fantastic experience: We’re first time buyers, who knew NOTHING! We spoke to Charles after learning about him from social media and he explained the whole process and offered to get us in touch with a lender for more details. Fantastic experience: In 2021 we decided to leave the Bay Area and purchase in Sacramento County. We knew little about the area and didn’t know of any Realtors, but thankfully I stumbled upon Charles Velasco’s LinkedIn where I saw he covered the Sacramento region. Fantastic experience: I came across Charles on Instagram, and from our very first encounters he was helpful, informative and ready to work. He did all the upfront homework for us, lots of numbers and other circumstances we needed to know before we sold our home. His entire team, including his photographer that came out to our home was VERY nice and professional and kept us in the loop the entire process. During covid it was a huge worry of showing our home, but his team drove an hour to our home to set up a table with gloves, masks, shoe covers and sanitation.
