Fantastic experience: Amardeep helped me in securing purchase loan at a good rate and very little closing costs when we bought an investment property in 2018. We've refinanced mortgage loans for 4 of our properties with him in January 2021. Amardeep offered us very good rates for all these properties. Our primary home is refinanced with zero closing cost. Our investment property loans are refinanced with very little closing costs. Other than signing final closing docs manually, all document submission or e-signing is handled online securely and conviniently. Thanks Amardeep and his team for refinancing our home loans at a good rate with minimal closing costs and in a timely manner.

Negative experience: Very True about FRAUD numbers, Amardeep Singh changes numbers all the time till the end. He would mention 0 closing cost and he will make you pay out of your pocket for all closing costs. Also takes money from your lender credit. Never believe his words, even written confirmation emails are worthless. Better look for a different agent.
